The cylinder gluing mechanism 45 comprises a gluing base 46, a gluing bracket 47, a gluing barrel 48, a gluing box 49, a gluing quality detection device 50, a gluing mounting plate 51, a pneumatic motor 52, a gluing head device 53 and a glue throwing device 54; the gluing bracket 47 is arranged in the middle of the gluing base 46, the glue barrel 48 is arranged behind the gluing bracket 47, and the glue barrel 48 is connected with a gluing head device 53 through a glue solution connecting pipe to supply gluing liquid; the glue receiving box 49 is arranged in front of the glue coating support 47 and used for receiving glue coating liquid falling off when the processing cylinder body is coated with glue, so that the glue coating box is convenient to recycle in the later period. The gluing device comprises a gluing mounting plate 51, a pneumatic motor 52, a gluing quality detection device 50, a glue thrower 54, a gluing head device 53 and a glue throwing device 54, wherein the gluing mounting plate 51 is mounted at the top of a gluing support 47; the processing cylinder body after the gluing is finished is moved to the position below the gluing quality detection device 50 to detect the gluing quality of the processing hole, and the comprehensive gluing is ensured. Preferably, the gluing quality detection device 50 can be a fluorescence sensor, a camera, etc., and it is understood that any device or component capable of detecting gluing quality should be the technical solution contained in this patent.

The top of the positioning frame seat 57 is provided with a fourth detection device and a through hole 76, the fourth detection device comprises a fourth proximity switch 77 and a third transmitting block 78, at least three or more than three fourth proximity switches 77 are sequentially arranged around the edge of the through hole 76, and the third transmitting block 78 is arranged on the rotary bearing 75. As shown in fig. 10, the three fourth proximity switches 77 provided in this embodiment are respectively disposed at three positions of the through opening 76, and the third signal transmitting block 78 on the rotary bearing 75 detects whether the turnover assembly 61 drives the processing cylinder to turn over to the designated processing end face in sequence, so as to effectively ensure the accuracy of turning over the processing cylinder in place, and facilitate the PLC controller to perform the processing hole capping press-fitting process on each end face of the processing cylinder.
The press-fitting assembly 79 comprises a press-fitting frame seat 80, a servo press 81, a press mounting plate 82, a press connector 83, a first horizontal guide rail 84, a first horizontal sliding plate 85, a second horizontal guide rail 86, a second horizontal sliding plate 87, a fifth detection device, a sixth detection device, a first horizontal adjusting assembly 88, a second horizontal adjusting assembly 89 and a press-fitting front end part; the press-mounting frame seat 80 is installed on the left side of the press-mounting frame 55, the upper part of the press-mounting frame seat 80 is provided with first horizontal guide rails 84 at intervals, the first horizontal guide rails 84 are connected with a first horizontal sliding plate 85, the lower end of the first horizontal sliding plate 85 is connected with a first horizontal adjusting assembly 88, and the first horizontal sliding plate 85 is provided with a second horizontal guide rail 86. The second horizontal guide rail 86 is connected with a second horizontal sliding plate 87, and the lower end of the second horizontal sliding plate 87 is connected with a second horizontal adjusting component 89; the servo press 81 is connected with a press mounting plate 82, and the press mounting plate 82 is arranged on a first horizontal sliding plate 85; the servo press 81 can change the horizontal position on the press-fitting jig base 80 with the sliding of the first horizontal sliding plate 85. A press connector 83 is arranged on the press mounting plate 82; the fifth detection device comprises a fifth proximity switch 90 and a fourth signaling block 91, and the sixth detection device comprises a sixth proximity switch 92 and a fifth signaling block 93; a fourth transmitting block 91 is arranged at the upper end of the first horizontal sliding plate 85, a fifth transmitting block 93 is arranged at the upper end of the second horizontal sliding plate 87, and a plurality of fifth proximity switches 90 are arranged above the press-fitting frame seat 80 corresponding to the fourth transmitting block 91 at intervals; the first horizontal sliding plate 85 is provided with a plurality of sixth proximity switches 92 above the fifth signaling block 93 at intervals, the fifth proximity switch 90 detects the fourth signaling block 91, and the sixth proximity switch 92 detects the fifth signaling block 93. The proximity switches on both sides of the fifth and sixth proximity switches 90 and 92 provided in the present embodiment are limit position switches for preventing the slide plate from sliding beyond the limit position; the middle proximity switches are all original point position switches and are used for providing position information for the PLC controller to control the press-fitting structure to position and press-fit the machining hole of the machining cylinder body, and press-fitting positioning accuracy is high.
The middle part of the second horizontal sliding plate 87 is also fixedly provided with a plurality of press-fitting front end parts, and each press-fitting front end part comprises a press-fitting front end frame seat 94, a press rod connector 95, a first press rod 96, a press head 97, a blocking cover in-place detection device 98 and a door stop block 99; the press-fitting front-end frame seat 94 is arranged on the second horizontal sliding plate 87, one end of a first pressure lever 96 is connected with a pressure lever connector 95, the pressure lever connector 95 is connected with the press connector 83, the first pressure lever 96 is arranged on the press-fitting front-end frame seat 94, the other end of the first pressure lever 96 is connected with a pressure head 97, and an adsorption device is arranged on the pressure head 97; the door stopper 99 is arranged in front of the pressure head 97, and the cap-in-place blocking detection device 98 is arranged between the door stopper 99 and the pressure head 97; a plug feeding station 100 is arranged right above the plug in-place detection device 98; blanking cover feeding station 100 is equipped with liftout device 101 and feed inlet 102, and liftout device 101 has two independent flexible liftout poles, is upper portion liftout pole and lower part liftout pole respectively, and initial condition is that upper portion liftout pole unclamps, lower part liftout pole closure, is equipped with blanking cover feeding detection device between two liftout poles. When the blanking cover is fed, the blanking cover enters from the feed inlet 102, and when the blanking cover falls to the ejection device 101, the lower ejection rod plays a role in material separation, at the moment, the blanking cover feeding detection device detects that the blanking cover is arranged above the lower ejection rod to wait for feeding, and the PLC controls the upper ejection rod to tightly push the current next blanking cover to be fed through a signal transmitted by the blanking cover feeding detection device, controls the lower ejection rod to be loosened, so that the blanking cover to be fed falls to the pressure head 97 and is adsorbed by the adsorption device on the pressure head 97; the adsorption device can ensure that the pressure head 97 and the blocking cover are just bonded together; during the pressure equipment, the PLC controller passes through the blanking cover and targets in place the signal that produces when detection device 98 detects that pressure head 97 department has the blanking cover, and the control door baffle loosens, drives pressure head 97 through servo press 81 and carries out the blanking cover pressure equipment processing, and servo press 81's pressure size all can have PLC controller control. And then the material ejecting device 101 is controlled to reset and the operation is carried out, so that the orderly feeding of the plugging cover can be realized. The press heads 97 of the plurality of press fitting front end parts have different models, and can be press fitted for different models of blanking caps. The position of the second horizontal sliding plate 87 on the first horizontal sliding plate 85 is adjusted through the second horizontal adjusting assembly 89, so that press-fitting front end parts of different models can be replaced to perform cap blocking and press-fitting on machining holes of different models of machining cylinder bodies.
The reverse support assembly 103 is provided with a reverse support frame seat 104, a third horizontal guide rail 105, a third horizontal sliding plate 106 and a reverse support device; the reverse support frame base 104 is provided with the third horizontal guide rail 105, the third horizontal guide rail 105 is connected with a third horizontal sliding plate 106, the lower end of the third horizontal sliding plate 106 is also provided with a third horizontal adjusting assembly 107, and the third horizontal sliding plate 106 is provided with at least two reverse support devices; the reverse supporting device is provided with a supporting cylinder 108, a second pressure rod 109 and a pressure plate 110, the supporting cylinder 108 is connected with the second pressure rod 109 through a supporting cylinder connecting plate 111, and one end of the second pressure rod 109, which is far away from the reverse supporting frame seat 104, is connected with the pressure plate 110; the upper end of the third horizontal sliding plate 106 is at least provided with a sixth signaling block 112, the reverse support frame base 104 is provided with a plurality of seventh proximity switches 113, the seventh proximity switches 113 on the two sides of the reverse support frame base 104 are limit position switches, and the seventh proximity switch 113 in the middle is an origin position switch, which all provide position information for positioning the reverse support device on the third horizontal sliding plate 106. The supporting cylinder 108 in the reverse supporting device pushes the pressure plate 110 to tightly press the processing cylinder body through the second pressure rod 109, and the acting force applied to the processing cylinder body by the servo press 81 in the press-fitting assembly 79 is buffered. The stability of the processing cylinder body in the press fitting process of the plug cover is ensured.
The blanking cover feeding mechanism is provided with a blanking cover raw material vibrating table 114 and a feeding device 115, the blanking cover raw material vibrating table 114 is provided with a vibrating disc 116, the vibrating disc 116 is connected with the feeding device 115 through a conveying pipe, the feeding device 115 comprises a blanking cover inlet 117 and a blanking cover outlet 118, the blanking cover inlet 117 is arranged in the middle of the feeding device 115, and the blanking cover outlet 118 is arranged at the upper part of the feeding device 115; an elastic limiting block is arranged between the plug cover outlet 118 and the plug cover inlet 117; one end of the elastic limiting block is provided with a lug; a material ejecting cylinder 120 and a material ejecting head 121 are arranged at the lowest part of the blocking cover inlet 117, and two first detection switches 122 are arranged below the blocking cover inlet 117 and are respectively a cylinder in-situ switch and a cylinder extension switch; a wrong material discharge air cylinder 123 and a discharge head 124 are arranged on the leftmost side of the blocking cover outlet 118, three second detection switches 125 are sequentially arranged on the left side of the blocking cover outlet 118 at intervals, and are respectively an air cylinder in-situ detection switch, an air cylinder extension position detection switch and a blocking cover posture detection switch; the plug posture detection switch is just positioned at the plug outlet 118, and a delivery port 126 is arranged above the plug outlet 118. The plugging cover raw material is discharged by the vibration of the vibration disc 116 and is conveyed to the plugging cover inlet 117 of the feeding device 115 through the conveying pipe, the material ejecting cylinder 120 pushes the plugging cover to do ascending motion through the material ejecting head 121, when the plugging cover passes through the elastic limiting block, the elastic limiting block is tightened up under the action of the pressure of the plugging cover by the convex block on the elastic limiting block, the plugging cover naturally passes through the elastic limiting block, the convex block on the elastic limiting block is not stressed any more and does resetting motion under the resetting action of elastic performance, at the moment, the plugging cover is positioned above the convex block of the elastic limiting block, the operations are circulated, so that the plugging covers are sequentially and vertically arranged above the convex blocks, the plugging cover arranged at the top is positioned at the plugging cover outlet 118, whether the posture conveyed by the plugging cover is the posture required posture when the plugging cover is pressed and is detected to be correct, and the material ejecting action of the next material ejecting cylinder 120 and the material, pushing a new plug into the upper part of the elastic limiting block, and sending out the plug arranged at the top through the conveying port 126; if the detection is wrong, the wrong material discharging cylinder 123 pushes the discharging head 124, the detected wrong plugging cover is discharged through the right outlet of the plugging cover outlet 118, the operation is continuously circulated, and the orderly discharging and detecting of the plugging cover are carried out. Preferably, a plurality of models of plug cover feeding mechanisms can be arranged according to actual conditions for conveying plug cover raw materials of different models.

1. when the plugging detection mechanism 8 does not detect that the machined hole of the machined end face on the machined cylinder body is plugged, the PLC controls the six-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm device 27 and the clamp assembly 28 in the mechanical arm carrying mechanism 25 to carry the machined cylinder body to the cylinder body gluing mechanism 45, the mechanical arm carrying mechanism 25 sequentially turns over the machined end faces of the machined cylinder body to be in place, the gluing head device 53 and the glue thrower 54 carry out gluing treatment on the machined end faces of the machined cylinder body, the machined cylinder body is carried to the gluing quality detection device 50 by the mechanical arm carrying mechanism 25 after the gluing treatment, gluing quality detection is carried out, and if the gluing quality does not reach the standard, gluing rework treatment is carried out until the detection reaches the standard. 2. After the processing cylinder body with the error is detected to be lifted to the designated height through the lifting mechanism on the discharging station 7, the processing cylinder body is conveyed to the temporary storage area by the external mechanical arm. And (5) detecting that the processing cylinder body without errors normally carries out the plug press-mounting processing flow and moves to the discharging station 7.
The processing cylinder body detected to be correct in the steps is lifted to a certain height in the discharging station 7 through the lifting mechanism, and then is carried to a subsequent processing station or discharged through an external manipulator. The automation degree of the whole equipment is high, and the processing efficiency is high.
