背景技术
数码纺织印花设备在印花时,传动的导带上需要涂粘贴面料的导带胶水,面料粘贴的平整度对涂胶的均匀与平整尤其重要,后期会直接影响印花的质量。现有的数码纺织印花设备,大多采用滚筒式滚胶式上胶,滚胶造成导带面的胶水起颗粒状,且在最后抬辊收尾时产生压辊痕迹,影响导带面上胶不均匀,上胶有缺陷且不方便。

为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种用于数码纺织印花设备的导带上胶装置,此装置简单,实用方便、可靠,上胶效率高。
本实用新型中的一种用于数码纺织印花设备的导带上胶装置,安装在数码印花机器上,包括安装架、摆动杆、上胶支架、固定架和上胶刀,所述上胶支架的一端与摆动杆连接,所述上胶支架远离摆动杆的一端与安装架连接,所述上胶刀设置在安装架底部,并与安装架连接,所述固定架与摆动杆远离上胶支架的一端连接。
上述方案中,所述摆动杆与上胶支架互相垂直。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型是一种用于数码纺织印花设备的导带上胶装置,安装在数码印花机器上,包括安装架1、摆动杆3、上胶支架5、固定架 2和上胶刀4,上胶支架5的一端与摆动杆3连接,上胶支架5远离摆动杆3的一端与安装架1连接,上胶刀4设置在安装架1底部,并与安装架1连接,固定架2与摆动杆3远离上胶支架5的一端连接。
其中,摆动杆3与上胶支架5互相垂直,摆动杆3与固定架2互相垂直。
进一步的,上胶支架5包括左上胶支架51和右上胶支架52,左上胶支架 51设置在安装架1的左端,右上胶支架52设置在安装架1的右端。
摆动杆3包括左摆动杆31和右摆动杆32,左摆动杆31与左上胶支架51连接,右摆动杆32与右上胶支架52连接。
固定架2包括左固定架21和右固定架22,左固定架21与左摆动杆31连接,右固定架22与右摆动杆32连接。
上述技术方案的工作原理:
将固定架2分别固定在机器侧板两侧,再将安装好的上胶支架5放入摆动杆3内,随着导带6匀速的运动,将胶水均匀分批倒入上胶刀4内,胶水自动从贴合面上胶到导带6,直至胶水上完提刀。
本实用新型的优点和有益效果:
通过导带6的匀速运动将胶水均匀倒置上胶刀4内侧经过上胶刀4与导带6 的贴合面均匀的涂胶,由于上胶刀4放置在导带6的软面处,所以导带6随着上胶刀4的切面走,不会造成上胶不均匀。上胶完成前,由于设有摆动杆3,所以抬刀方便,因此不会出现抬刀不好以及拉丝,使操作人员省钱省力。因此,此装置简单,实用方便、可靠,且上胶效率高。

1.一种用于数码纺织印花设备的导带上胶装置,安装在数码印花机器上,其特征在于,包括安装架、摆动杆、上胶支架、固定架和上胶刀,所述上胶支架的一端与摆动杆连接,所述上胶支架远离摆动杆的一端与安装架连接,所述上胶刀设置在安装架底部,并与安装架连接,所述固定架与摆动杆远离上胶支架的一端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于数码纺织印花设备的导带上胶装置,其特征在于,所述摆动杆与上胶支架互相垂直。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于数码纺织印花设备的导带上胶装置,其特征在于,所述摆动杆与固定架互相垂直。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于数码纺织印花设备的导带上胶装置,其特征在于,所述上胶支架包括左上胶支架和右上胶支架,所述左上胶支架设置在安装架的左端,所述右上胶支架设置在安装架的右端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于数码纺织印花设备的导带上胶装置,其特征在于,所述摆动杆包括左摆动杆和右摆动杆,所述左摆动杆与左上胶支架连接,所述右摆动杆与右上胶支架连接。
