Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-4, a drive chain tensioner comprises a chute 1, a tensioner base 2, a first tensioner sprocket 3 and a second tensioner sprocket 4. The chute 1 is fixed to the base of the apparatus on which the chain 6 to be tensioned is located, for example the base of an SQ35 shredder. The tensioning wheel base 2 is positioned in the sliding groove 1 and can slide. The first tensioning chain wheel 3 and the second tensioning chain wheel 4 are respectively and rotatably connected with a first fixed shaft and a second fixed shaft which are fixed on the tensioning wheel base 2. The first fixed shaft for mounting the first tensioning chain wheel 3 is arranged in the slideway 5 of the tensioning wheel base 2 and is connected with a nut of a screw-nut mechanism. As shown in fig. 6, when the chain 6 runs in the reverse direction, the driving sprocket 8 rotates clockwise, the lower part of the chain 6 is a tight edge, and is in a tight and straight state, so that the second tensioning sprocket 4 drives the tensioning wheel base 2 to move downwards in the chute 1, and the first tensioning sprocket 3 also moves at the same time, thereby tensioning the loose edge of the chain 6.
The device disclosed can make the drive sprocket 8 not only rotate forward but also rotate reversely, can both tension the slack side of the chain 6, ensure the chain wrap angle of the drive sprocket 8 and the driven sprocket 9, avoid the shaking and the tooth jumping of the chain 6, and make the operation of the copper bar chain of the SQ35 shredder more stable.

a chute;

the first tensioning chain wheel and the second tensioning chain wheel are respectively and rotatably connected with a first fixing shaft and a second fixing shaft which are fixed on the tensioning wheel base, the first tensioning chain wheel and the second tensioning chain wheel are respectively positioned on two outer sides of the chain to tension the chain, and the first tensioning chain wheel and/or the second tensioning chain wheel are/is connected with a screw and nut mechanism for adjusting the distance between the first tensioning chain wheel and the second tensioning chain wheel.
