Abstract
The invention discloses a chain transmission tensioning device applied to a lifting device of turning equipment, and relates to the technical field of turning machines. The chain-driven chain transmission mechanism comprises a bottom plate, wherein a fixed wheel mechanism and an adjusting wheel mechanism which are matched with a chain are arranged on the bottom plate; the two sides of the bottom plate are both provided with limiting blocks in sliding connection with the bottom plate; the limiting block is fixedly connected with the shell of the lifting device. The invention can ensure the smooth assembly of the chain and greatly improve the assembly efficiency; the meshing state of the chain wheel and the chain is ensured to be optimal, and the transmission stability is improved; the chain transmission structure is suitable for a chain transmission structure which is vertically arranged and rotates in a forward and reverse direction, has certain automatic adjustment capacity, improves the use reliability and reduces the maintenance time.

Background
The turning equipment is a professional equipment for converting organic materials into organic fertilizers through oxygen consumption and fermentation. The existing lifting device of the turning and throwing equipment mostly adopts a chain transmission structure, the chain transmission structure adopts vertical arrangement, the center distance between a driven chain wheel and a driving chain wheel is not adjustable, the condition that the chain is difficult to assemble or is too loose to assemble often occurs, and the problem that the chain is difficult to assemble or cannot be solved by increasing or reducing one chain section is often solved due to the fixed pitch value of the chain. The assembly efficiency of the chain wheel and the chain is low or the meshing state of the chain wheel and the chain is not good, so that the problems of unstable chain transmission movement, tooth jumping, even transmission failure and the like occur.

The invention mainly aims to provide a chain transmission tensioning device applied to a lifting device of turning equipment to solve the problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a chain transmission tensioning device applied to a lifting device of turning equipment, which comprises a bottom plate, wherein a fixed wheel mechanism and an adjusting wheel mechanism which are matched with a chain are arranged on the bottom plate; limiting blocks in sliding connection with the bottom plate are arranged on the two sides of the bottom plate; the limiting block is fixedly connected with the shell of the lifting device.
Furthermore, a sliding groove is formed in one side, close to the bottom plate, of the limiting block, and the sliding groove is matched with the bottom plate.
Further, the fixed wheel mechanism comprises a fixed wheel bracket and a first chain wheel which is rotationally connected with the fixed wheel bracket; the fixed wheel bracket is fixedly connected with the bottom plate.
Further, the adjusting wheel mechanism comprises an adjusting wheel bracket, a second chain wheel, an adjusting device and a fixing plate; the adjusting wheel bracket is rotationally connected with the second chain wheel; the fixed plate is fixedly connected with the bottom plate; the adjusting wheel bracket is connected with the fixed plate through an adjusting device.
Further, the adjusting device comprises an adjusting plate, two guide rods, two springs and at least one jackscrew; the guide rod is fixedly connected with the fixing plate; the two sides of the adjusting plate are respectively provided with a first through hole, and the adjusting plate is connected with the guide rod in a sliding mode through the first through holes; the adjusting plate is provided with a threaded hole, and the jackscrew is installed in the threaded hole and is abutted to the fixing plate.
Furthermore, second through holes are formed in two sides of the adjusting wheel support, and the adjusting wheel support is connected with the guide rod in a sliding mode through the second through holes; the free end of the guide rod is provided with a limiting part for preventing the adjusting wheel bracket from being separated.
Furthermore, a sliding sleeve is fixedly arranged in the second through hole, and the sliding sleeve is matched with the guide rod.
Furthermore, a spring is arranged between the adjusting plate and the adjusting wheel support, and the spring is sleeved on the guide rod.
Furthermore, a locking nut is arranged on the jackscrew.
The invention has the following advantages:

As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a chain transmission tensioning device applied to a lifting device of a turning and throwing device, which comprises a bottom plate 2, wherein a fixed wheel mechanism 1 and an adjusting wheel mechanism 3 which are matched with a chain are arranged on the bottom plate 2; two sides of the bottom plate 2 are both provided with a limiting block 4 which is connected with the bottom plate 2 in a sliding way; the limiting block 4 is fixedly connected with the shell of the lifting device 5. Tensioning of the chain 52 is achieved by adjusting the adjustment wheel mechanism 3.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the fixed wheel mechanism 1 includes a fixed wheel bracket 11 and a first chain wheel 12 rotatably connected to the fixed wheel bracket 11; the fixed wheel bracket 11 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 2.
The adjusting wheel mechanism 3 comprises an adjusting wheel bracket 32, a second chain wheel 31, an adjusting device 33 and a fixing plate 34; the adjusting wheel bracket 32 is rotationally connected with the second chain wheel 31; the fixing plate 34 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 2; the adjusting wheel bracket 32 is connected with the fixing plate 34 through an adjusting device 33. The position of the adjusting wheel bracket 32 is changed by adjusting the adjusting device 33, and the tensioning of the chain 52 is realized.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2, the adjusting device 33 comprises an adjusting plate 331, two guide rods 335, two springs 334, and at least one jack screw 333; the guide rod 335 is fixedly connected with the fixing plate 34; two sides of the adjusting plate 331 are respectively provided with a first through hole 3312, and the adjusting plate 331 is slidably connected with the guide rod 335 through the first through holes 3312; the adjusting plate 331 is provided with a threaded hole 3311, and the jack screw 333 is installed in the threaded hole 3311 and abuts against the fixing plate 34. Second through holes are formed in the two sides of the adjusting wheel bracket 32, and the adjusting wheel bracket 32 is connected with the guide rod 335 in a sliding mode through the second through holes; the free end of the guide rod 335 is provided with a stopper 3351 for preventing the adjustment wheel bracket 32 from coming off. A spring 334 is arranged between the adjusting plate 331 and the adjusting wheel bracket 32, and the guide rod 335 is sleeved with the spring 334. By tightening the jack 333, the adjustment plate 331 is moved in a direction away from the fixed plate 34, and the spring is pressed, so that the adjustment wheel holder 32 is moved toward the fixed wheel mechanism 1, and the first sprocket 12 and the second sprocket 31 are engaged with each other to tension the chain 52.
In another embodiment, a sliding sleeve is fixedly disposed in the second through hole, and the sliding sleeve is matched with the guide rod 335.
In another embodiment, a locking nut 332 is arranged on the jackscrew 333.
In another embodiment, a sliding groove 41 is formed in one side of the limiting block 4 close to the bottom plate 2, and the sliding groove 41 is matched with the bottom plate 2.
The present invention will be explained in detail in the following with respect to practical application scenarios. The apparatus of the present invention is installed in a lifting device 5, and a driving sprocket 51, a chain 52 and a driven sprocket 53 are provided in the lifting device 5. The first sprocket 12 and the second sprocket 31 are located on both sides of the chain 52. When the driving sprocket 51 rotates clockwise, as shown in fig. 3, the left side chain is tensioned, and the left side chain presses the second sprocket 31, so as to drive the bottom plate to slide leftwards, and the system tends to be stable. When the driving sprocket 51 rotates counterclockwise, as shown in fig. 4, the right chain is tensioned, and the right chain presses the first sprocket 12, thereby driving the bottom plate to slide to the right, so that the system tends to be stable. Namely, the invention can be adaptively adjusted no matter in forward rotation or reverse rotation, thereby effectively avoiding unstable motion, tooth jump and even transmission failure of chain transmission.

A chain transmission tensioning device applied to a lifting device of turning equipment is characterized by comprising a bottom plate, wherein a fixed wheel mechanism and an adjusting wheel mechanism which are matched with a chain are arranged on the bottom plate; limiting blocks in sliding connection with the bottom plate are arranged on the two sides of the bottom plate; the limiting block is fixedly connected with the shell of the lifting device.
2. The chain transmission tensioning device applied to the lifting device of the turning and throwing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sliding groove is formed in one side of the limiting block close to the bottom plate, and the sliding groove is matched with the bottom plate.

The chain transmission tensioning device applied to the lifting device of the turning and throwing equipment is characterized in that the fixed wheel mechanism comprises a fixed wheel bracket and a first chain wheel rotationally connected with the fixed wheel bracket; the fixed wheel bracket is fixedly connected with the bottom plate.

The chain transmission tensioning device applied to the lifting device of the turning equipment is characterized in that the adjusting wheel mechanism comprises an adjusting wheel bracket, a second chain wheel, an adjusting device and a fixing plate; the adjusting wheel bracket is rotationally connected with the second chain wheel; the fixed plate is fixedly connected with the bottom plate; the adjusting wheel bracket is connected with the fixed plate through an adjusting device.

The chain transmission tensioning device applied to the lifting device of the turning equipment is characterized in that the adjusting device comprises an adjusting plate, two guide rods, two springs and at least one jackscrew; the guide rod is fixedly connected with the fixing plate; the two sides of the adjusting plate are respectively provided with a first through hole, and the adjusting plate is connected with the guide rod in a sliding mode through the first through holes; the adjusting plate is provided with a threaded hole, and the jackscrew is installed in the threaded hole and is abutted to the fixing plate.

The chain transmission tensioning device applied to the lifting device of the turning and throwing equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the two sides of the adjusting wheel bracket are provided with second through holes, and the adjusting wheel bracket is in sliding connection with the guide rod through the second through holes; the free end of the guide rod is provided with a limiting part for preventing the adjusting wheel bracket from being separated.
