Example 1:
the present embodiment relates to a novel foldable fan, as shown in fig. 1-7, comprising: chassis 1, fan main part 2, telescopic machanism 3, upset locking mechanical system 4 and locking mechanism 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the chassis 1 is used to carry a fan main body 2. The fan body 2 is provided on one side of the chassis 1 and is foldable and storable on the bottom surface side of the chassis 1. One end of the telescopic mechanism 3 is rotatably assembled with the chassis 1, and the other end of the telescopic mechanism is assembled with the fan main body 2, and the telescopic mechanism 3 is used for folding and accommodating the fan main body 2 and the chassis 1. The turnover locking mechanism 4 is arranged between the fan main body 2 and the telescopic mechanism 3, one end of the turnover locking mechanism 4 is assembled with the fan main body 2, and the other end of the turnover locking mechanism is assembled with one side, far away from the chassis 1, of the telescopic mechanism 3. The flip lock mechanism 4 is used to lock the telescopic end 9 and the fan main body 2 when the fan main body 2 is in use, or the flip lock mechanism 4 is used to rotate the fan main body 2 and the telescopic mechanism 3 when the fan main body 2 is stored. The locking mechanism 5 is arranged between the chassis 1 and the telescopic mechanism 3, and the locking mechanism 5 is used for realizing locking or unlocking between the telescopic mechanism 3 and the base.
When the foldable fan is used, an end surface of the chassis 1 on a side close to a carrier on which the foldable fan is carried is a bottom surface.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a receiving groove 6 is provided on the bottom surface of the chassis 1, and/or a receiving groove 6 is provided on the fan main body 2. When the fan main body 2 needs to be folded, the locking mechanism 5 releases the locking between the telescopic mechanism 3 and the chassis 1, and then the fan main body 2 is turned over by the turning locking mechanism 4 and is retracted by the telescopic mechanism 3 to be accommodated in the accommodating groove 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the telescopic mechanism 3 includes: an inner sleeve 7 and a telescopic rod 8. The hinged end of the inner sleeve 7 is rotationally matched with the chassis 1. The fixed end of the telescopic rod 8 is sleeved in the inner sleeve 7 and fixedly assembled with the inner sleeve 7, and the telescopic end 9 of the telescopic rod 8 is assembled with the fan main body 2.
Preferably, two sides of the hinged end of the inner sleeve 7 respectively extend outwards to form rotating shafts 10, and the two rotating shafts 10 are arranged on the same axis; the positions corresponding to the two rotating shafts 10 on the inner wall of the accommodating groove 6 are respectively provided with an installation shaft hole, the size of the installation shaft hole is matched with the size of the two rotating shafts 10, and the two rotating shafts 10 are respectively inserted into the installation shaft holes, so that the inner sleeve 7 can be rotatably installed on the inner wall of the accommodating groove 6 through the rotating shafts 10. The telescopic rod 8 is provided with at least two sections, so that the design size of the foldable fan is effectively ensured.
In this embodiment, the accommodating groove 6 of the fan body 2 is disposed on the bottom surface of the chassis 1, the hinged end of the inner sleeve 7 is hinged to one end of the accommodating groove 6, and when the fan body 2 needs to be accommodated, the telescopic rod 8 is turned over into the accommodating groove 6 on the bottom surface of the chassis 1 from the working state of the upper side of the chassis 1 around the hinged end.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the chassis 1 includes: top shell 11, bottom cover 12, circuit board 13 and portable power source 14. The top shell 11 is circular, and an adjusting key 15 for a user to adjust the gear of the fan main body 2 is arranged on the top shell 11. Bottom 12 and top shell 11 realize fixed mounting through fastening screw, and one side of keeping away from top shell 11 on bottom 12 is provided with anti-skidding callus on the sole 16 to the stationarity of placing when effectively guaranteeing collapsible fan to use. The receiving groove 6 is provided on the bottom cover 12. The circuit board 13 is disposed on the bottom cover 12, and power sockets 17 are disposed on the side walls of the bottom cover 12 and the top shell 11, and the power sockets 17 are used for accommodating power ports on the circuit board 13. The portable power source 14 is electrically connected with the circuit board 13 through the top case 11 and the bottom cover 12, so that the folding fan supplies power to the fan main body 2 when the power socket 17 is not connected, and the portable power source 14 is detachably mounted on the chassis 1.
Preferably, in order to ensure the stability of the chassis 1 when placed, a counterweight 61 is arranged in the chassis 1, and the counterweight 61 is a metal block.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the tumble lock mechanism 4 includes: connecting socket 18, second mounting clip 20, cloud platform head 21 and adapter sleeve 22. Connecting base 18 is rotatably assembled with fan body 2, and a first mounting chuck 19 is disposed on one side of connecting base 18 away from fan body 2. The second mounting clip 20 is disposed on the connecting seat 18 at a side away from the fan body 2, and the second mounting clip 20 is disposed symmetrically to the first mounting clip 19. One end of the cloud platform head 21 is fixedly assembled with the telescopic rod 8, and the other end of the cloud platform head is rotatably assembled between the first mounting chuck 19 and the second mounting chuck 20. The connecting sleeve 22 is sleeved on the connecting base 18 for fixing the second mounting clip 20 and protecting the connecting base 18.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1-7, the first mounting clip 19 and the second mounting clip 20 are provided with a mounting portion 23 protruding from the sides thereof adjacent to each other. Damping assembly is carried out between the mounting part 23 and the cloud platform head 21, so that the connecting seat 18 is fixed at any position after rotation, and meanwhile, the rotating hand feeling between the connecting seat 18 and the cloud platform head 21 is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-7, the fan main body 2 is provided with a mounting hole 24, and the connecting base 18 is provided with a mounting head which is in damping fit with the mounting hole 24. The mounting head includes: a slip-off preventing ring 25 and a fastener 26. The anti-slip ring 25 is provided inside the fan main body 2, and the anti-slip ring 25 is configured to abut against an inner wall of the fan main body 2, thereby preventing the connection holder 18 from slipping off the fan main body 2. A fastening member 26 is fitted to the coupling seat 18 through the slip-off preventing ring 25, and the fastening member 26 is used to fixedly mount the slip-off preventing ring 25 to the coupling seat 18.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a mounting seat 401 is disposed between the cloud platform head 21 and the telescopic rod 8, and a first mounting groove 402 is disposed on one side of the mounting seat 401 close to the connecting seat 18. The first mounting groove 402 is used for damping assembly of the cloud platform head 21, and a limiting block 403 is arranged in the first mounting groove 402. One side of the cloud platform head 21 close to the first mounting groove 402 is provided with a limiting ring 404 assembled with the limiting block 403, and the limiting ring 404 is provided with a yielding notch which is used for being butted with the limiting block 403. The mounting seat 401 is provided with a sealing ring 405, and the sealing ring 405 is used for being assembled with the first mounting groove 402, so that the limiting ring 404 is fixed in the first mounting groove 402. When cloud platform head 21 rotates for telescopic link 8, can effectively prevent cloud platform head 21 from overrotating through the effect of stopper 403 and spacing ring 404 to the spring wire of protection installation in telescopic link 8.
In order to make the frictional force between telescopic link 8 and chassis 1 to adjust, telescopic link 8 accessible damping effect is direct to be fixed fan main part 2 on arbitrary position after the rotation moreover, simultaneously, has made things convenient for fan main part 2's regulation and fixed, has promoted the feel of telescopic link 8 when rotating, has strengthened user satisfaction. The locking mechanism 5 is arranged as a damper 27, the damper 27 is arranged in the chassis 1, and the damper 27 is used for adjusting the friction force between the telescopic rod 8 and the chassis 1, so that the rotating hand feeling is improved, and the fixing at any position after the rotation is realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the damper 27 includes: a fixing head 28, a fixing plate 30, an adjusting bolt 31 and an adjusting plate 32. The rotating shaft 10 is provided with an assembly cavity, and the fixing head 28 is fixedly assembled in the assembly cavity and can move synchronously with the rotating shaft 10. One end of the fixing plate 30 is fixedly installed on the chassis 1, and the fixing plate 30 is used to fixedly install the other end of the damper 27 on the chassis 1. The adjustment tab 32 is disposed between the securing tab 30 and the securing head 28, and/or between the securing tab 30 and the adjustment bolt 31. An adjusting bolt 31 penetrates through the adjusting sheet 32, the fixing sheet 30 and the fixing head 28 to be in threaded assembly, and the adjusting bolt 31 is used for adjusting the friction force between the fixing sheet 30 and the fixing head 28. In the present embodiment, the adjustment piece 32 is provided with two pieces, wherein one piece is located between the fixing piece 30 and the fixing head 28, and the other piece is located between the fixing piece 30 and the adjustment bolt 31.
Preferably, a first mounting table 33 is provided on the inner sidewall of the top case 11 at a side close to the receiving groove 6, and the fixing piece 30 is fixedly mounted on the first mounting table 33 by two fastening screws. The other end of axis of rotation 10 is provided with logical line hole, and this leads to the line hole and is used for supplying the spring line in telescopic link 8 to wear to establish.
The working principle of the present embodiment is roughly as follows: when the folding fan is used, the fan main body 2 and the telescopic rod 8 are pushed by external force to overturn into the accommodating groove 6 on the bottom surface of the chassis 1 from the working state of the upper side of the chassis 1 around the hinged end, so that the telescopic rod 8 can be accommodated in the accommodating groove 6; then, the end face of the fan main body 2 close to the bottom of the chassis 1 is flush with the bottom face of the chassis 1 through rotation between the cloud platform head 21 and the mounting part 23, and finally, the fan main body 2 is accommodated through rotation between the connecting part and the mounting round hole 24; by adopting the folding fan with the scheme, when the folding fan needs to be stored, the fan main body 2 and the telescopic rod 8 can rotate relative to the chassis 1 around the hinged end of the telescopic rod 8, so that the folding fan is stored on one side of the bottom surface of the chassis 1; when needing to use, can fix telescopic link 8 on the position after the rotation through locking mechanism 5 earlier, rethread upset locking mechanical system 4 fixes fan main part 2 on the position after the rotation to fix fan main part 2 in suitable using position, have design benefit, air supply angle adjustment nature is good, and is folding convenient, accomodates the convenience, and the portability is good, simple structure, compactness, save packaging material and packing volume, save cost of transportation's advantage.
Example 2:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 mainly in that, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, in the present embodiment, in order to improve the stability and firmness of fastening the telescopic rod 8 and the fan main body 2 after rotating, the locking mechanism 5 is provided as a locking sleeve 35, the locking sleeve 35 is provided on the telescopic rod 8 near the side of the hinged end, and when the telescopic rod 8 is locked, the locking sleeve 35 is used for abutting against the chassis 1, thereby fixing the telescopic rod 8.
Specifically, the locking sleeve 35 includes: an outer sleeve 36 and a stop 37. The outer sleeve 36 is sleeved on the inner sleeve 7 and can rotate relative to the inner sleeve 7, so that the inner sleeve 7 and the chassis 1 are locked or unlocked. A stop formation 37 is provided between the inner sleeve 7 and the outer sleeve 36, the stop formation 37 serving to limit movement of the outer sleeve 36 on the inner sleeve 7.
Further, the outer surface of the inner sleeve 7 is provided with an external thread and the inner surface of the outer sleeve 36 is provided with a corresponding internal thread. The outer sleeve 36 may be lockingly secured to the inner sleeve 7 by a threaded arrangement which cooperates with the inner sleeve 7. When the outer sleeve 36 is tightly pressed on the chassis 1, the outer sleeve 36, the inner sleeve 7 and the telescopic rod 8 are all fixed relative to the chassis 1, so that the normal operation of the fan main body 2 is ensured.
Preferably, a locking part is convexly arranged on one side of the outer sleeve 36 close to the chassis 1, and the locking part is used for increasing the locking area between the outer sleeve 36 and the chassis 1, so that the stability of the telescopic rod 8 is improved.
Limit structure 37 includes: a clasping ring 39 and a locking ring 40. The clasping ring 39 is sleeved on one side of the inner sleeve 7 far away from the hinged end, and the clasping ring 39 is assembled with the inner sleeve 7 in a clamping manner and is provided with an opening 41. The locking ring 40 is partly inserted through the opening 41 of the gripping ring 39 into the inner sleeve 7 and partly snap-fitted into the gripping ring 39.
Specifically, the inner sleeve 7 is provided at an upper end thereof with a first locking hole 42 and a locking groove 43, and the clasping ring 39 is provided with a first locking piece 44. When the clasping ring 39 is assembled with the inner sleeve 7, the first locking piece 44 is assembled with the first locking hole 42, so that the clasping ring 39 is assembled with the inner sleeve 7. The clasping ring 39 is provided with a second locking hole 45, and a second locking block 46 and an inserting block 47 are projected on the inner wall of the locking ring 40. When the lock ring 40 is assembled with the clasp 39, the insertion block 47 penetrates through the opening 41 to be matched with the insertion groove, and then the second locking block 46 is matched with the second locking hole 45, so that the lock ring 40 is assembled with the clasp 39.
Preferably, the telescopic rod 8 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 48, the locking ring 40 is provided with an arc-shaped projection 49, the telescopic rod 8 and the locking ring 40 are tightly matched through the matching of the arc-shaped projection 49 and the arc-shaped groove 48, and the tight assembly between the telescopic rod 8 and the inner sleeve 7 is ensured because the locking ring 40 is tightly matched with the inner sleeve 7 through the clasping ring 39.
Example 3:
the present embodiment is different from the embodiments 1 and 2 mainly in that, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, in the present embodiment, the hinge end is provided with a slot, the locking mechanism 5 is a plug-in component 50 that is disposed on the chassis 1 and the plug-in end can slide relative to the chassis 1, and the plug-in component 50 is used for cooperating with the slot to fix the hinge end, so as to keep the telescopic rod 8 and the chassis 1 relatively fixed.
Specifically, the insertion groove is provided on the rotation shaft 10, and the insertion assembly 50 includes: fixed block 51, plugboard 52, shifting block 53 and elastic element 54. The fixing block 51 is fixedly assembled with the top case 11. The socket plate 52 is mounted on the bottom cover 12 at a side of the bottom cover 12 adjacent to the rotation shaft 10. The socket plate 52 is slidable with respect to the bottom cover 12 to be inserted into or separated from the socket. The shifting block 53 passes through the top shell 11 and is fixedly assembled with the plugboard 52, and the shifting block 53 is used for driving the plugboard 52 to be separated from or plugged into the slot. The elastic member 54 is disposed between the fixing block 51 and the socket plate 52, and the elastic member 54 is used for providing a restoring force for restoring the socket plate 52.
Preferably, a second mounting platform 55 is disposed on one side of the bottom cover 12 close to the rotating shaft 10, a kidney-shaped groove 56 is disposed on the plug board 52, and a fastening screw passes through the kidney-shaped groove 56 to be assembled with the second mounting platform 55, so as to realize the sliding assembly between the plug board 52 and the bottom cover 12.
Preferably, a first boss 57 is disposed on one side of the fixing block 51 close to the insertion plate 52, a second boss 58 is disposed on one side of the insertion plate 52 close to the fixing block 51, circular holes are disposed between the first boss 57 and the second boss 58, one end of the elastic element 54 is mounted in the circular hole of the first boss 57, and the other end of the elastic element is fixedly mounted in the circular hole of the second boss 58. The elastic member 54 is a spring.
Preferably, the chassis 1 is provided with an installation piece 59, one side of the installation piece 59, which is close to the second installation platform 55, is provided with an installation groove, and the fixing block 51 is installed in the installation groove. The mounting piece 59 is integrally formed with the bottom cover 12, and the second mounting table 55 is integrally formed with the bottom cover 12.
Example 4: the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1, 2 and 3 mainly in that, as shown in fig. 14, in the present embodiment, the locking mechanisms 5 in embodiments 1, 2 and 3 can be used in any combination, so as to further improve the stability when the telescopic rod 8 and the chassis 1 are fixed.

Claims (15)

1. A novel foldable fan, comprising:
a chassis (1);
a fan main body (2) which is arranged at one side of the chassis (1) and can be folded and stored at one side of the bottom surface of the chassis (1);
a telescopic mechanism (3) with one end rotatably assembled with the chassis (1) and the other end assembled with the fan main body (2) and used for realizing the folding and the storage of the fan main body (2) and the chassis (1);
the turnover locking mechanism (4) is arranged between the fan main body (2) and the telescopic mechanism (3), one end of the turnover locking mechanism (4) is assembled with the fan main body (2), and the other end of the turnover locking mechanism (4) is assembled with the telescopic mechanism (3), when the fan main body (2) is used, the turnover locking mechanism (4) is used for realizing the locking between the telescopic mechanism (3) and the fan main body (2), or when the fan main body (2) is stored, the turnover locking mechanism (4) is used for realizing the rotation of the fan main body (2) and the telescopic mechanism (3); and the locking mechanism (5) is arranged between the chassis (1) and the telescopic mechanism (3) and is used for realizing locking or unlocking between the telescopic mechanism (3) and the chassis (1).

The new foldable fan according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom surface is provided with a receiving groove (6) and/or the fan body (2) is provided with a receiving groove (6); when the fan main body (2) is folded, the locking mechanism (5) releases the locking between the telescopic mechanism (3) and the chassis (1), and the fan main body (2) is turned over by the turning locking mechanism (4) and is retracted by the telescopic mechanism (3) to be accommodated in the accommodating groove (6).
3. The novel foldable fan as claimed in claim 2, wherein the accommodating groove (6) of the fan body (2) is formed in the bottom surface of the chassis (1), one end of the telescoping mechanism (3) close to the chassis (1) is hinged to one end of the accommodating groove (6), and when the fan body (2) is accommodated, the telescoping mechanism (3) is turned into the accommodating groove (6) in the bottom surface of the chassis (1) from the working state of the upper side of the chassis (1) around the hinged end.
4. Foldable fan according to claim 3, characterized in that said telescopic mechanism (3) comprises: an inner sleeve (7) with a hinged end rotationally matched with the chassis (1); and the number of the first and second groups,
the stiff end cover is located in inner skleeve (7) and with telescopic link (8) of inner skleeve (7) fixed assembly, flexible end (9) and fan main part (2) assembly, telescopic link (8) set up two sections at least.

The foldable fan according to claim 4, wherein both sides of the hinged end of the inner sleeve (7) extend outward to form rotating shafts (10), and the two rotating shafts (10) are arranged on the same axis; the inner wall of the accommodating groove (6) is provided with two corresponding mounting shaft holes in the positions of the rotating shafts (10), the mounting shaft holes are matched with the two rotating shafts (10) in size, and the two rotating shafts (10) are respectively inserted into the mounting shaft holes, so that the inner sleeve (7) can pass through the rotating shafts (10) and is rotatably mounted on the inner wall of the accommodating groove (6).
6. Novel foldable fan according to claim 5, characterized in that said flip-lock mechanism (4) comprises:
the connecting seat (18) is rotatably assembled with the fan main body (2), and a first mounting chuck (19) is arranged on one side, far away from the fan main body (2), of the connecting seat (18);
the second mounting chuck (20) is arranged on one side, far away from the fan body (2), of the connecting seat (18) and is symmetrically arranged with the first mounting chuck (19);
the cloud platform head (21) is fixedly assembled with the telescopic mechanism (3) at one end and rotatably assembled between the first mounting chuck (19) and the second mounting chuck (20) at the other end; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the connecting sleeve (22) is sleeved on the connecting seat (18) and is used for fixing the second mounting chuck (20) and protecting the connecting seat (18).

The novel foldable fan as claimed in claim 6, wherein a mounting portion (23) is convexly provided on a side where the first mounting chuck (19) and the second mounting chuck (20) are close to each other, and the mounting portion (23) and the cloud platform head (21) are in damping fit to fix the connecting seat (18) at any position after rotation and improve the rotation hand feeling between the connecting seat (18) and the cloud platform head (21).

The novel foldable fan according to claim 7, characterized in that a mounting seat (401) is arranged between the cloud platform head (21) and the telescopic rod (8), a first mounting groove (402) is arranged on one side of the mounting seat (401) close to the connecting seat (18), the first mounting groove (402) is used for damping assembly of the frustum head (21), a limiting block (403) is arranged in the first mounting groove (402), a limit ring (404) assembled with the limit block (403) is arranged on one side of the cloud platform head (21) close to the first mounting groove (402), an abdicating notch is arranged on the limit ring (404), a sealing ring (405) is arranged on the mounting seat (401), the sealing ring (405) is used for being assembled with the first mounting groove (402), thereby securing the stop collar (404) within the first mounting groove (402); when the cloud platform head (21) rotates relative to the telescopic rod (8), the cloud platform head (21) can be effectively prevented from rotating excessively through the action of the limiting block (403) and the limiting ring (404), so that a spring wire installed in the telescopic rod (8) is protected.

The novel foldable fan as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that the fan body (2) is provided with a mounting round hole (24), and the connecting base (18) is provided with a mounting head in damping fit with the mounting round hole (24); the mounting head includes: a fastener (26) and a slip-off prevention ring (25);
the anti-dropping ring (25) is arranged inside the fan main body (2), and the anti-dropping ring (25) is used for being abutted against the inner wall of the fan main body (2) to prevent the connecting seat (18) from dropping off the fan main body (2);
the fastener (26) penetrates through the anti-falling ring (25) to be assembled with the connecting seat (18), and the fastener (26) and the anti-falling ring (25) are fixedly arranged on the connecting seat (18).

The novel foldable fan as claimed in claim 5, wherein the locking mechanism (5) is a damper (27) disposed in the chassis (1), the damper (27) is used for adjusting the friction force between the telescopic rod (8) and the chassis (1) to improve the rotating hand feeling of the telescopic rod (8) and enable the telescopic rod (8) to be fixed at any position after the telescopic rod is rotated, and the damper (27) comprises: a fixing head (28), a fixing sheet (30), an adjusting sheet (32) and an adjusting bolt (31);
an assembly cavity is formed in the rotating shaft (10), the fixing head (28) is fixedly assembled in the assembly cavity, and the fixing head (28) can move synchronously with the rotating shaft (10);
one end of the fixing sheet (30) is fixedly arranged on the chassis (1);
the adjusting sheet (32) is arranged between the fixing sheet (30) and the fixing head (28) and/or between the fixing sheet (30) and the adjusting bolt (31);
the adjusting bolt (31) penetrates through the adjusting sheet (32) and the fixing sheet (30) to be assembled with the fixing head (28) and is used for adjusting the friction force between the fixing sheet (30) and the fixing head (28).

The novel foldable fan as claimed in claim 5, wherein the locking mechanism (5) is a locking sleeve (35) disposed on the side of the telescopic rod (8) close to the rotating shaft (10), the locking sleeve (35) is used for abutting against the chassis (1) to fix the telescopic rod (8) when the telescopic rod (8) is locked, and the locking sleeve (35) comprises:
an outer sleeve (36) sleeved on the inner sleeve (7) and capable of rotating relative to the inner sleeve (7) to lock or unlock the inner sleeve (7) and the chassis (1); and the number of the first and second groups,
a limiting structure (37) disposed between the inner sleeve (7) and the outer sleeve (36) for limiting movement of the outer sleeve (36) on the inner sleeve (7).

A novel foldable fan according to claim 11, characterized in that a locking part is convexly arranged on the outer sleeve (36) near one side of the chassis (1), and the locking part is used for increasing the locking area between the outer sleeve (36) and the chassis (1) to improve the stability of the telescopic rod (8).
