The use of the foldable fan 10 will be briefly described below.
As shown in fig. 3, the foldable fan 10 can be in a folded state, in which the supporting structure 40 is overlapped with the base 30, and when the fan assembly 20 is overlapped with the supporting structure 30, the foldable fan 10 is very convenient to carry and store. When the foldable fan 10 needs to be used, as the angle and the position of the fan assembly 20 shown in fig. 3 are suitable, the switch control assembly of the foldable fan 10 may also be directly opened to enable the fan blade assembly 211 of the fan main body 21 to rotate for air outlet.
When the air outlet angle and the height of the foldable fan 10 need to be adjusted, the air outlet at different heights, different angles and different positions of the fan main body 21 can be realized by rotating the supporting structure 40 and the base 30, rotating the supporting structure 40 and the fan assembly 20, extending and contracting the supporting member 41, rotating the supporting structure 40 and the connecting assembly 22, rotating the first connecting portion 222 and the third connecting portion 224, rotating the third connecting portion 224 and the second connecting portion 223, and the like, and specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3-6, the foldable fan can be adapted to different use scenes to improve the user experience.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the foldable fan 10 may be in a folded state, in which the supporting members 41 may be in a retracted state, the second connecting sleeve 412 may be received in the first connecting sleeve 411, the supporting structure 40 and the base 30 rotate to a first overlapped state overlapped with each other, the supporting structure 40 and the fan assembly 20 also rotate to a second overlapped state overlapped with each other, the fan body 21 is located on a side of the supporting structure 40 away from the base 30, and at least a portion of the connecting assembly 22 may be received in a space between the two supporting members 41, and in this case, the foldable fan 10 occupies a smaller volume and is more convenient to carry and store.
As shown in fig. 4, the foldable fan 10 can be in a use state, in which the supporting member 41 is in a retracted state, the base 30 supports the supporting structure 40, and thus the supporting structure 40 is in the first supporting state supported on the base 30, and the supporting structure 40 supports the fan assembly 20, so that the fan assembly 20 is in the second supporting state supported by the supporting structure 40. When it is necessary to make the fan assembly 20 at a higher height for blowing, the base 30 or the fan assembly 20 can be pulled manually to pull the two supporting members 41 from the retracted state to the extended state as shown in fig. 1, the two supporting members 41 become longer, and the fan assembly 20 is supported at a higher height for blowing.
Further, in the foldable fan 10 shown in fig. 4 and 1, the third connecting portion 224 may be controlled to rotate relative to the first connecting portion 222 (e.g., rotate around its central axis), so as to drive the second connecting portion 223 and the fan main body 21 to rotate, thereby realizing the left-right swinging of the fan main body 21 (as shown in fig. 5).
Furthermore, in addition to the foldable fan 10 shown in fig. 4 and 1, the second connecting portion 223 can be controlled to rotate relative to the third connecting portion 224, so as to drive and realize the vertical rotation of the fan main body 21 (as shown in fig. 6), and further realize the adjustment of the pitch angle.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a schematic perspective view of a foldable fan 10' according to a second embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a partially exploded structure of the first pivot portion 32 and the two adapter sleeves 421 of the foldable fan 10 shown in fig. 7. The foldable fan 10 'of the embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8 has substantially the same structure as the foldable fan 10 of the first embodiment, that is, the above description of the foldable fan 10 of the first embodiment is applied to the foldable fan 10' of the second embodiment, and the following description focuses mainly on the differences between the second embodiment and the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, the foldable fan 10' further includes a locking member 70, and the locking member 70 is disposed on the first pivot portion 32 and is used for locking a connection state between the first pivot portion 32 and the adapting sleeve 421.
Specifically, it can be understood that in the first and second embodiments, the adapting sleeves 421 may include a main body adapting portion 422, a first connecting end 423 connected between the main body adapting portion 422 and the corresponding supporting member 41, and a second connecting end 424 connected between the main body adapting portion 422 and the first pivoting portion 32, the first pivoting portion 32 includes a housing 321, the housing 321 has a through hole 322, and the two second connecting ends 424 of the two adapting sleeves 421 respectively extend into two ends of the through hole 322 so that the two adapting sleeves 421 are rotatably connected to the base 30. It can be understood that the rotary connecting structure is simple, small in occupied volume and convenient to assemble and disassemble.
Further, in the first and second embodiments, the first pivot portion 32 may further include a damping friction member 323, and the damping friction member 323 is located between the second connecting end 424 and the inner sidewall of the housing 321; the number of the damping friction members 323 is four, two of the damping friction members 323 are located between one of the second connection ends 424 and the inner side wall of the outer shell 321, the other two of the damping friction members 323 are located between the other one of the second connection ends 424 and the inner side wall of the outer shell 321, and the damping friction members 323 are arc-shaped friction plates adapted to the shapes of the second connection ends 424 and the outer shell 321. It can be understood that the rotational connection angle between the base 30 and the supporting structure 40 can be locked by the damping friction member 323, which is convenient for the user to use.
Further, in the second embodiment, the housing 321 has an opening 324 communicating with the through hole 322, at least one side of the main body adapter 422 adjacent to the first pivot portion 32 has a slot 425, the locking member 70 includes a base 71, an operating portion 72 connected to the base 71, and a locking portion 73 connected to the base 71 and corresponding to the slot 425, the locking member 70 is located in the through hole 322, and the operating portion 72 protrudes out of the first pivot portion 32 through the opening 424, the operating portion 72 can slide along the opening when being operated, so that the locking portion 73 can be switched between a state of protruding into the slot 425 and being locked with the slot 425 and a state of sliding out of the slot 425 and being unlocked with the slot 425. It can be understood that the locking member 70 can lock the angle of the pivotal connection between the base 30 and the support structure 40 for the convenience of the user.
Further, in the second embodiment, the foldable fan 10' further includes an elastic reset piece 81, one end of the elastic reset piece 81 is connected to one end of the base 71 away from the locking portion 73, and the other end of the elastic reset piece is directly or indirectly abutted to the adapter sleeve 421 away from the locking portion 73, and the elastic reset piece 81 is configured to be compressed when the user operates the operation portion 72 to release the locking portion 73 from the locking groove 425, so as to drive the locking portion 73 to reset to be locked in the locking groove 425 when the user stops operating the operation portion 72. It can be understood that the elastic reset piece 81 can realize the automatic reset of the locking piece, which is convenient for the user to use.
Further, in the second embodiment, the number of the slots 425 is at least two, and specifically, the number of the slots 425 may be set according to actual requirements, the at least two slots 425 are arranged along an arc direction, the locking portion 73 may extend into different slots 425 so as to lock different connection states between the base 30 and the adapter sleeve 421, and further, the base 30 and the support structure 40 have different rotation connection angles. It will be appreciated that at least two of the slots 425 allow the base 30 to be rotatably coupled to the support structure 40 at different angles for user convenience.
Further, in the second embodiment, the locking element 70 further includes a mounting post 74 connected to one end of the base 71 away from the locking portion 73 and extending in a direction away from the locking portion 73, and the elastic restoring element 81 is a spring sleeved on the mounting post. It can be appreciated that spring elements are relatively common, low cost, reliable and the above structural design also makes assembly convenient and simple.
Further, in the second embodiment, the foldable fan 10' further includes a first fixing ring 82, the first fixing ring 82 abuts between the elastic restoring member 81 and a main body adapting portion 422 of the adapting sleeve 421 far away from the locking portion 73, and the first fixing ring 82 is sandwiched between the housing 321 and the main body adapting portion 422. The foldable fan 10' further includes a second fixing ring 83, and the second fixing ring 83 is sandwiched between the housing 321 and the body adapter 422 adjacent to the locking part 73. It can be understood that the first fixing ring 82 and the second fixing ring 83 can enhance the tight coupling between the first pivot portion 32 and the adapter sleeve 421, so that the assembled structure is more reliable.
Further, in the first and second embodiments, the foldable fan 10' may further include a fixing element 84, the two second connecting ends 424 each include a connecting hole 426, and the fixing element 84 sequentially connects the two second connecting ends 424 through the two connecting holes 426 of the two second connecting ends 424, so that the first pivot joint portion 32 and the adapter sleeve 421 are tightly combined, and the assembled structure is more reliable.

Claims (15)

1. A foldable fan, its characterized in that: comprises the steps of (a) preparing a mixture of a plurality of raw materials,
a fan assembly;
a base; and
the supporting structure is connected between the fan assembly and the base and comprises two supporting pieces, a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, the two supporting pieces are arranged in parallel, one end of the first connecting piece is connected with one ends of the two supporting pieces, the other end of the first connecting piece is also rotatably connected with the base, one end of the second connecting piece is connected with the other ends of the two supporting pieces, and the other end of the second connecting piece is also rotatably connected with the fan assembly,
the supporting structure can rotate relative to the base and can be switched between a first folding state of folding with the base and a first supporting state of being supported on the base; the fan assembly is rotatable relative to the support structure such that the fan assembly is switchable between a second collapsed state in which the fan assembly is collapsed with the support structure and a second supported state in which the fan assembly is supported on the support structure.
2. The folding fan of claim 1, further comprising: the two supporting pieces are telescopic supporting pieces with adjustable supporting lengths; two support pieces all include two at least scalable connection's sleeve pipe, two at least scalable connection's sleeve pipe including connect first adapter sleeve of first connecting piece and with first adapter sleeve sliding connection's second adapter sleeve, second adapter sleeve slidable accomodate in first adapter sleeve, just second adapter sleeve still connects the second connecting piece.

The folding fan of claim 1, further comprising: the first connecting piece comprises two adapter sleeves correspondingly connected with the two supporting pieces, and the two adapter sleeves are respectively connected with one ends, far away from the fan assembly, of the two supporting pieces and rotatably connected with the base.

The folding fan of claim 3, wherein: the base comprises a main body and a first pivoting part arranged on the main body, and the first pivoting part is positioned between the two adapter sleeves; the two supporting pieces, the two adapter sleeves and a part of the first pivoting part between the two adapter sleeves enclose a U shape.

The folding fan of claim 4, wherein: the adapter sleeve comprises a main body adapter part, a first connecting end and a second connecting end, wherein the first connecting end is connected between the main body adapter part and the corresponding support piece, the second connecting end is connected between the main body adapter part and the first pin joint part, the first pin joint part comprises a shell, the shell is provided with a through hole, and the two second connecting ends of the two adapter sleeves respectively extend into two ends of the through hole to enable the two adapter sleeves to be rotatably connected with the base.
