The retractable rod 16 is rotatable relative to the base 12 between an open position and a folded position, when the retractable rod 16 is located at the open position, the retractable rod 16 extends out of the receiving slot 20 and forms a predetermined angle with the base 12, the positioning pin 40 is aligned with the positioning hole 44, the sliding member 38 moves in the sliding slot 46 under the elastic biasing force of the elastic member 42 toward the lower side of the protrusion 36, and the sliding member 38 moves to drive the positioning pin 40 to move in the direction out of the pin hole 50 and insert into the positioning hole 44 through the driving portion 38a, so that the retractable rod 16 is locked at the open position. The foldable fan 10 can be turned on, and when the fan is used, the storage space 26 is empty and can be used for containing other articles, so that the use efficiency of the foldable fan 10 is increased.
When the fan is not used and needs to be stored, the user can toggle the sliding member 38 against the elastic bias of the elastic member 42 to retract the positioning pin 40 toward the pin hole 50, so that the positioning pin 40 is separated from the positioning hole 44, and the telescopic rod 16 is unlocked, and the telescopic rod 16 can be rotated from the open position to the folded position. When the user releases the slider 38, the bottom end of the positioning pin 40 abuts against the arc-shaped bottom wall of the mounting groove 34a to be in a retracted state, and the slider 38 is located at the top side in the slide groove 46. In the process that the telescopic rod 16 rotates from the folding position to the opening position and rotates from the opening position to the folding position, the bottom end of the positioning pin 40 abuts against and slides relative to the arc-shaped bottom wall of the mounting groove 34a, and in order to protect the positioning pin 40 and the mounting groove 34, the bottom end face of the positioning pin 40 can be designed to be spherical.
When the retractable pole 16 is in the folded position, the retractable pole 16 is received in the receiving slot 20, and the fan main body 14 can be moved into or out of the receiving space 26 from the opening 28 by extending and retracting the retractable pole 16. In the illustrated embodiment, the front end surfaces of the upper case 12a and the partition 22 are provided with enlarged notches 60 communicating with the receiving groove 20, so that when the fan main body 14 is completely received in the receiving space 26, the pivot portion 56 is received in the notch 60 and does not exceed the front end surface of the base 12, and the pivot portion 56 is prevented from protruding out of the front end surface of the base 12 to affect the aesthetic appearance of the product.
The telescoping pole 16 has a maximum extended position and a minimum retracted position, and when the telescoping pole 16 is in the collapsed position and in its maximum extended position, the length of the telescoping pole 16 is greater than the sum of the lengths of the ends of the telescoping pole 16 that are relatively far from each other between the fan body 14 and the base 12, such that when the telescoping pole 16 is folded onto the base 12, the fan body 14 is first adjusted to a position parallel to the telescoping pole 16, and then the telescoping pole 16 is compressed such that the fan body 14 moves from directly in front of the opening 28 into the storage space 26 through the opening 28. That is, when the fan main body 14 needs to be stored, the retractable rod 16 needs to be extended to a preset length, then folded to a folded position, so that the fan main body 14 is located in front of the base 12, then the fan main body 14 is adjusted to a suitable position, for example, a position parallel to the retractable rod 16, and then the retractable rod 16 is compressed to perform the storage operation; or the fan main body 14 is adjusted to a proper position, then the telescopic rod 16 is extended, and then the fan main body is rotated to a folding position to carry out storage action; of course, in other embodiments, if the fan main body 14 is fixedly connected to the retractable rod 16, the fan main body 14 can be accommodated in the accommodating space 26 by directly folding the retractable rod 16 relative to the base 12 without adjusting the fan main body 14. When the fan main body 14 is wholly accommodated in the accommodating space 26, the telescopic rod 16 is located at the minimum retraction position, so that the fan main body 14 is just accommodated, and the operation of a user is convenient.
In some embodiments, base 12 may also be provided with a cover for opening or closing opening 28. The cover is switchable between a closed state and an open state, the cover closing the opening 28 when the cover is in the closed state; when the cover is in the open state, the cover opens the opening 28 to be exposed. The cover plate can be arranged to enable the base 12 to be complete and more attractive in appearance.
It should be noted that in the above-described embodiment, the positioning and locking mechanism is provided in the first connecting end, i.e., the projection 36 formed in the rotating sleeve 30. In some embodiments, not shown, the protrusion may not be provided, and the positioning and locking mechanism is directly disposed on a side of the first connection end, for example, a side near the front end of the base 12 or a side near the rear end of the base 12, that is, on a corresponding side of the rotating sleeve 30, and the specific configuration is similar to the configuration of the positioning and locking mechanism disposed in the protrusion 36 in the above-mentioned embodiments. In this case, the sleeve portion 30b needs to have a sufficient thickness so that the positioning pin 40 can be smoothly inserted into the positioning hole 44 without being obstructed by the rotating portion 30a when extending out of the pin hole 50.
It should also be understood that in the above embodiment, the protrusion 36 is provided on the front end surface of the first connection end, i.e., the rotation sleeve 30, and correspondingly, the positioning hole 44 is also provided on the side of the bottom of the mounting groove 34a close to the front end of the base 12. In other embodiments, the protrusion 36 may be disposed on the first connection end, i.e. the rear end surface of the rotating sleeve 30, and correspondingly, the positioning hole 44 may be disposed on a side of the bottom of the mounting groove 34a close to the rear end of the base 12, so as to achieve the locking of the telescopic rod 16.
In the above embodiment, the receiving groove 20 is formed on the top surface of the base 12, and the installation space 24 and the receiving space 26 are formed in the base 12. In other embodiments, the base 12 can be designed into other structures, for example, the accommodating groove 20 is not provided, the mounting space 24 and the accommodating space 26 are not provided, the mounting seat 34 is directly disposed on the top surface of the base 12, the first connecting end of the telescopic rod 16 can be rotatably connected to the mounting seat 34, as long as the telescopic rod 16 and the mounting seat are connected by the locking mechanism, the locking and matching between the positioning pin 40 and the positioning hole 44 is included in the protection scope of the present invention.
To sum up, the utility model provides a folding fan through set up location locking mechanism between base and telescopic link, when the telescopic link rotates to a suitable use angle, utilizes location locking mechanism with the telescopic link lock solid at this rotational position to guarantee that the air supply angle of fan main part is stable. When not using the fan, slidable slider makes the locating pin break away from out the locating hole in order to relieve the locking to the telescopic link, then rotates the telescopic link and accomodates in accomodating the inslot, and the flexible fan main part immigration of accessible telescopic link is accomodate in the accommodation space simultaneously, shifts out the fan main part again when needing to use, reduces occupation space to in order to the user accomodates, carries. The utility model discloses a folding fan simple structure, convenient to use easily realizes, and the practicality is strong, brings good product experience for the user.
