Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the handheld stabilizer comprises a handle assembly 1, a holder assembly 2, a holder 4 and a holder adjusting device connected between the holder assembly 2 and the holder 4, wherein the holder assembly 2 is connected to the handle assembly 1, and the holder 4 is used for clamping a shooting device. Specifically, the handle assembly 1 is in the shape of an upright long shaft. The handle assembly 1 has a cavity therein for receiving a battery and function keys disposed on an outer surface of the handle assembly 1, including but not limited to multidirectional operating buttons, indicator lights, and mode selection dials, etc. A control circuit for realizing the stability augmentation function of the stabilizer is provided inside the handle assembly 1. Further, in order to improve the experience of the user when holding the hand, the handle assembly 1 is provided with an ergonomic curved portion on the outer surface.
In the present embodiment, the pan/tilt head assembly 2 includes a heading shaft motor 21 disposed on the top of the handle assembly 1 for driving the camera carried by the handheld stabilizer to move in the heading direction, and the heading shaft motor 21 illustratively has a pivot axis coaxial with the longitudinal axis of the handle assembly 1, however, this design is not limitative, and in order to expand the moving range and the shooting range of the camera, it is also possible to make the pivot axis Y of the heading shaft motor 21 not coaxial with the longitudinal axis of the handle assembly 1. The pan/tilt head assembly 2 further includes a roll motor 22 rotatably connected to an end of the heading shaft motor 21 opposite to the handle assembly 1 through a first connecting arm 23, the roll motor 22 is used for driving the carried shooting device to move in a roll direction, the first connecting arm 23 is configured to extend to the roll motor 22 with a certain angle (such as but not limited to 45 to 55 degrees) inclined outwards from the heading shaft motor 21 so as to enable the roll motor 22 to be in an inclined posture, that is, a pivot axis of the roll motor 22 and a pivot axis of the heading shaft motor 21 form a first acute angle. Meanwhile, the pan/tilt head assembly 2 further has a tilt shaft motor 24 located above the course shaft motor 21 and used for driving the carried shooting device to move in a tilt direction thereof, and the tilt shaft motor 24 is connected to one end of the roll shaft motor 22 opposite to the first connecting arm 23 via a second connecting arm 25; the second connecting arm 25 is exemplarily configured to extend from the roll motor 22 to the pitch motor 24 with an outward inclination (for example, but not limited to, 45 to 55 degrees) to make the pitch motor 24 in an inclined posture, that is, a second angle that makes the pivot axis of the pitch motor 24 and the pivot axis of the roll motor 22 form an acute angle.
In the embodiment, the holder assembly 2 has an unfolding state and a storage state in the process of rotating the clamping seat 4 relative to the handle assembly 1; when the holder component 2 is in an unfolded state, the first connecting arm 23 extends obliquely upwards from the top of the steering shaft motor 21, the second connecting arm 25 also extends obliquely upwards from the top of the roll shaft motor 22, the clamping seat 4 is connected to the holder component 2 through the supporting arm 3 which is transversely connected to the output shaft of the pitch shaft motor 24, and the clamping seat 4 is positioned at a position above the handle component 1; an included angle is formed between the first connecting arm 23 and the second connecting arm 25; when the holder assembly 2 is changed from the unfolded state to the storage state, the pitching shaft motor 24 drives the support arm 3 to rotate by a certain angle, the rolling shaft motor 22 drives the second connecting arm 25 to rotate by a certain angle, so that the connecting arm, the second connecting arm 25 and the first connecting arm 23 are basically positioned on the same straight line, then the heading shaft motor 21 drives the first connecting arm 23 to turn over around the pivot axis thereof to the upper side of the handle assembly 1, so that the handle assembly 1, the first connecting arm 23, the second connecting arm 25 and the support arm 3 enclose to form a storage space, and the holder 4 connected to the support arm 3 is positioned in the storage space. Further, the clamping seat 4 is provided with a pair of clamping arms which are oppositely arranged and provided with an accommodating space for accommodating the shooting equipment; when the holder assembly 2 is in the storage state, the connecting line direction of the two clamping arms on the clamping seat 4 is perpendicular to the axis direction of the handle assembly 1, so that the accommodating space on the clamping seat 4 is matched with the arc-shaped part on the handle assembly 1, and the handheld stabilizer is beneficial to reducing the overall size of the handheld stabilizer in the storage state and reducing the production and manufacturing cost of the handheld stabilizer.
In order to reduce the possibility that the bottom of the shooting device is blocked or even interfered by the pitch shaft motor 24 when the shooting device on the clamping seat 4 does pitch and roll motions, the support arm 3 which is outwards extended by a certain length is connected to the output shaft of the pitch shaft motor 24 of the pan-tilt assembly 2, and the clamping seat 4 is installed at one end of the support arm 3 far away from the pitch shaft motor 24 as much as possible; in this way, since the holder 4 is connected to the end of the support arm 3 opposite to the pan/tilt head unit 2, the size of the hand-held stabilizer in the storage state inevitably increases to some extent, and therefore, the storage size is still too large to be portable. In order to solve the problems, in the embodiment of the invention, a holder adjusting device is arranged between a holder 4 and a pan-tilt assembly 2, when the pan-tilt assembly 2 is in a deployed state, the holder adjusting device adjusts the holder 4 to one end far away from a pitch axis motor 24 so as to allow the holder 4 to be in position in a staggered manner in space relative to the pitch axis motor 24, and the problems that a data line interface of shooting equipment is shielded by the pitch motor and a mobile phone accidentally collides with a motor on a stabilizer in the shooting process are solved; when cloud platform subassembly 2 is in the state of accomodating, holder adjusting device adjusts holder 4 to the one end that is close to pitch axis motor 24, make second linking arm 25 and support arm 3 can be close to handle components 1 more when folding, thereby reduce handle components 1, first linking arm 23, the size of the accommodation space that second linking arm 25 and support arm 3 enclose to close the formation, make holder 4 be in minimum accommodation position department, reduce the size of occupation space when handheld stability accomodates, the portability is higher.
As shown in fig. 3-9, the cartridge adjustment device of the present invention, which is connected between the cartridge 4 and the foldable head assembly 2, comprises a support arm 3 extending outward from the output shaft of the pitch shaft motor 24, a sliding seat 5 slidably mounted on the support arm 3 and connected to the cartridge 4; the sliding seat 5 slides back and forth between a first position close to the head assembly 2 and a second position far from the head assembly 2. The sliding seat 5 slides back and forth on the supporting arm 3 to be close to or far away from the holder assembly 2; when the handheld stabilizer is used, the holder assembly 2 is unfolded, the clamping seat 4 and the sliding seat 5 are slid to one end, far away from the holder assembly 2, of the supporting arm 3, a shooting device is conveniently installed on the clamping seat 4, and in the process that the shooting device is installed on the clamping seat 4, particularly in the process that the shooting device is installed on the clamping seat 4 in a transverse mode, the shooting device is not prone to accidentally colliding with a motor on the holder assembly 2, so that the shooting device is more convenient to install on the clamping seat 4, and the use experience of the handheld stabilizer is improved; before accomodating, slide holder 4 and sliding seat 5 to the one end that support arm 3 is close to cloud platform subassembly 2, can reduce cloud platform subassembly 2 and the whole occupation space's of holder 4 size, the whole required storage space that occupies of handheld stabilizer after cloud platform subassembly 2 is folding is littleer, and the portability is higher.
In this embodiment, the cartridge adjusting device further includes a lock assembly 6 movably mounted on the support arm 3, and the lock assembly 6 has a locked state for locking the relative position between the slide base 5 and the support arm 3 and an unlocked state for releasing the relative position between the slide base 5 and the support arm 3. The sliding seat 5 and the supporting arm 3 are locked or unlocked through the locking assembly 6, and the clamping seat 4 connected to the sliding seat 5 can be adjusted to any horizontal position of the supporting arm 3, so that the camera shooting device on the clamping seat 4 can be conveniently adjusted to the best shooting position, and the handheld stabilizer is more convenient to use. In other embodiments, the locking assembly 6 may not be provided, and the clamping seat 4 connected to the sliding seat 5 may be adjusted to any horizontal position of the support arm 3 by means of a damping force between the sliding seat 5 and the support arm 3, and the damping force may be overcome by an external force during adjustment.
Further, the sliding seat 5 comprises a main body part 51 connected with the clamping seat 4 and a sliding block 52 connected to one end of the main body part 51 close to the supporting arm 3, and the supporting arm 3 is provided with a positioning block 31 against which one end of the sliding block 52 abuts; the locking assembly 6 comprises a locking block 61 and a driving structure, wherein the locking block 61 is positioned at one end of the sliding block 52 opposite to the positioning block 31 and is matched with the positioning block 31 to form a sliding space 32 for the sliding block 52 to slide, and the locking block 61 is provided with a locking position close to the positioning block 31 for matching with the positioning block 31 to clamp the sliding block 52 and an unlocking position far away from the positioning block 31 for releasing the sliding block 52; the driving structure is movably mounted on the support arm 3 and drives the locking block 61 to reciprocate between the locking position and the unlocking position. The driving structure is adopted to drive the locking block 61 to be close to the positioning block 31 to be matched with the positioning block 31 to clamp the sliding seat 5 or to be far away from the positioning block 31 to loosen the sliding seat 5 to realize the locking and unlocking of the sliding seat 5, and the locking device has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in operation.
In the present embodiment, the driving structure includes a connecting rod 63, a driving member 62, and an elastic member 64; wherein, the connecting rod 63 is arranged on the supporting arm 3 and penetrates through the locking block 61, and is provided with an external thread; the driving piece 62 is screwed on the external thread of the connecting rod 63 and rotates around the connecting rod 63 under the action of external force to drive the locking block 61 to move from the unlocking position to the locking position along the axial direction of the connecting rod 63; between the locking block 61 and the support arm 3, an elastic member 64 is located, the elastic force of which urges the locking block 61 to move from the locking position to the unlocking position. Specifically, the connecting rod 63 is a locking screw fixed to the support arm 3 and having an external thread on a portion thereof extending out of the support arm 3, the driving member 62 is a knob cap screwed to the locking screw, and the elastic member 64 is specifically a spring. The driving piece 62 is in threaded connection with the connecting rod 63, and the locking block 61 is movably connected to the periphery of the connecting rod 63, so that the rotary motion of the driving piece 62 can be converted into the linear motion of the locking block 61 along the axial direction of the connecting rod 63; the driving structure has the advantages of simple structure, small occupied space and convenient loosening or locking of the sliding seat 5; set up the elastic component 64 simultaneously between locking piece 61 and support arm 3, the effort that elastic component 64 produced locking piece 61 and driving piece 62 are opposite to locking piece 61's effort direction, can avoid locking piece 61 the phenomenon of false locking to improve the stability of sliding seat 5 under the locking state, and then improve holder 4's stability, thereby guarantee the shooting effect of shooting device on holder 4.
Further, the elastic member 64 includes two springs symmetrically disposed at opposite sides of the locking block 61 in the axial direction of the connecting rod 63. Two springs symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the locking block 61 are used as the elastic pieces 64, so that the elastic force applied to each part of the locking block 61 is more uniform, the locking block 61 is not easy to deflect in the movement process, and the stability of the locking assembly 6 is improved.
Specifically, the supporting arm 3 is provided with a positioning hole 33 having an opening facing the locking block 61, two opposite ends of the locking block 61 are respectively provided with positioning posts 611 capable of extending into the positioning hole 33, and two springs are disposed in the positioning hole 33 and respectively abut against the corresponding positioning posts 611. The positioning column 611 on the locking block 61 extends into the positioning hole 33 on the supporting arm 3, and the positioning hole 33 plays a guiding role in the movement of the positioning column 611 and the locking block 61, so that the stability of the locking block 61 in the movement process is improved.
In this embodiment, a first notch 531 is formed at a side close to the positioning block 31 at a connection portion of the slider 52 and the main body portion 51, and the positioning block 31 is provided with a first chuck 311 fitted into the first notch 531. The connecting portion of the slider 52 and the main body 51 is further formed with a second notch 532 on a side opposite to the first notch 531, and the locking block 61 is provided with a second chuck 612 that can be inserted into the second notch 532. The structure that the first chuck 311 on the positioning block 31 is embedded into the first notch 531 on the sliding seat 5 and the structure that the second chuck 612 on the locking block 61 is embedded into the second notch 532 on the sliding seat 5 can prevent the sliding block 52 of the sliding seat 5 from sliding down from the sliding space 32 formed by the supporting arm 3 and the locking block 61, and improve the stability of the installation structure of the sliding seat 5.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the sliding block 52 is a regular quadrangular frustum pyramid structure, and a notch structure 53 capable of being in snap fit with the positioning block 31 or the locking block 61 is formed between four side surfaces of the sliding block 52 and the main body 51. At this time, the first notch 531 and the second notch 532 are part of the notch structure 53 and are disposed oppositely. The slide block 52 with the regular quadrangular frustum pyramid structure facilitates the installation of the slide block 52 of the slide seat 5 on the support arm 3 in any direction; on the other hand, notch structures 53 on the other two sides of first notch 531 and second notch 532 on the sliding seat 5 can be engaged with the limit structures on two ends of the supporting arm 3 in the length direction, and because the pan/tilt head assembly 2 is in the storage state, the sliding seat 5 needs to slide to one end of the supporting arm 3 close to the pan/tilt head assembly 2, and at this time, the notch structures 53 on the sliding seat 5 are engaged with the limit structures on the ends of the supporting arm 3, so that the stability of the handheld stabilizer in the storage state can be improved.
In this embodiment, the sliding seat 5 is provided with a mounting hole, the sliding seat 5 is connected to the clamping seat 4 through a fastening member 7 which is fixedly connected with the clamping seat 4 and penetrates through the mounting hole, and an elastic cushion member which is arranged between the bottom of the mounting hole and the fastening member 7 is sleeved on the periphery of the fastening member 7. In particular, the fastening element 7 may be a fastening screw, and the elastic pad element comprises four flat washers 8 and an elastic washer 9. The clamping seat 4 and the sliding seat 5 are fixedly connected through the fastening piece 7, so that the stability of the mounting structure is higher; the elastic pad member, which is provided between the fastening member 7 and the bottom of the mounting hole, generates a continuous elastic force to prevent the fastening member 7 from being loosened.
In this embodiment, a side surface of the sliding seat 5 close to the clamping seat 4 is provided with a boss structure, the clamping seat 4 is provided with a groove structure matched with the boss structure in shape, and the matching surface of the boss structure and the groove structure is an arc surface. In other embodiments, the boss structure may be disposed on the holder 4, and the groove structure may be disposed on the sliding seat 5. The boss structure on the sliding seat 5 and the groove structure on the clamping seat 4 are matched with each other, so that the clamping seat 4 can be prevented from rotating relative to the sliding seat 5 easily, and the position stability of the shooting device on the clamping seat 4 is further ensured.
Specifically, the groove structure comprises four strip-shaped positioning grooves 41 which are arranged in a cross-shaped symmetrical manner, and the boss structure comprises four strip-shaped positioning bosses which are arranged in a cross-shaped symmetrical manner and are matched with the four strip-shaped positioning grooves 41 one by one; the length directions of the two opposite strip-shaped positioning grooves 41 are the same, and the length directions of the two adjacent strip-shaped positioning grooves 41 are vertical; the length directions of the two opposite strip-shaped positioning bosses are the same; the length directions of two adjacent strip-shaped positioning bosses are vertical. This kind is four bar positioning groove 41 and four bar location bosss that cross symmetrical arranged, after holder 4 rotatory 90 degrees relative sliding seat 5, four bar location bosss on holder 4 still can with four bar positioning groove 41 one-to-one location cooperation on the sliding seat 5, conveniently realize holder 4's the switching of clapping anyhow.
In summary, in the holder adjusting device of the handheld stabilizer and the handheld stabilizer provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the sliding seat 5 capable of sliding back and forth on the supporting arm 3 is disposed between the holder 4 and the supporting arm 3, and the sliding seat 5 slides back and forth between the first position close to the pan/tilt head assembly 2 and the second position far from the pan/tilt head assembly 2; when the handheld stabilizer is used, the holder assembly 2 is unfolded, the clamping seat 4 and the sliding seat 5 are slid to one end, far away from the holder assembly 2, of the supporting arm 3, a shooting device is conveniently installed on the clamping seat 4, and in the process that the shooting device is installed on the clamping seat 4, particularly in the process that the shooting device is installed on the clamping seat 4 in a transverse mode, the shooting device is not prone to accidentally colliding with a motor on the holder assembly 2, so that the shooting device is more convenient to install on the clamping seat 4, and the use experience of the handheld stabilizer is improved; before accomodating, slide holder 4 and sliding seat 5 to the one end that support arm 3 is close to cloud platform subassembly 2, can reduce cloud platform subassembly 2 and the whole occupation space's of holder 4 size, the whole required storage space that occupies of handheld stabilizer after cloud platform subassembly 2 is folding is littleer, and the portability is higher.

Claims (16)

1. A holder adjusting device of a handheld stabilizer is connected between a holder (4) and a foldable tripod head component (2), and is characterized by comprising:
a support arm (3) extending outwardly from the top of the head assembly (2);
the sliding seat (5) is slidably arranged on the supporting arm (3) and is connected with the clamping seat (4); the sliding seat (5) slides back and forth between a first position close to the holder assembly (2) and a second position far away from the holder assembly (2).
2. The cartridge adjustment device of a hand-held stabilizer according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising a locking assembly (6) movably mounted to the support arm (3), the locking assembly (6) having a locked state locking the relative position of the sliding seat (5) and the support arm (3) and an unlocked state releasing the relative position of the sliding seat (5) and the support arm (3).
3. The holder adjusting device of a handheld stabilizer according to claim 2, characterized in that the supporting arm (3) is provided with a positioning block (31) abutting against one end of the sliding seat (5), and the locking assembly (6) comprises:
the locking block (61) is positioned at one end, opposite to the positioning block (31), of the sliding seat (5), and a sliding space (32) for the sliding seat (5) to slide is formed by matching with the positioning block (31); the locking block (61) is provided with a locking position close to the positioning block (31) for clamping the sliding seat (5) in cooperation with the positioning block (31) and an unlocking position far away from the positioning block (31) for releasing the sliding seat (5);
the driving structure is movably arranged on the supporting arm (3) and drives the locking block (61) to reciprocate between the locking position and the unlocking position.
4. The cartridge adjustment apparatus of a hand-held stabilizer according to claim 3, wherein the driving structure comprises:
a connecting rod (63) which is arranged on the supporting arm (3) and penetrates through the locking block (61), and is provided with an external thread;
the driving piece (62) is in threaded connection with the external thread of the connecting rod (63) and rotates around the connecting rod (63) under the action of external force to drive the locking block (61) to move from the unlocking position to the locking position along the axial direction of the connecting rod (63);
an elastic member (64) located between the locking block (61) and the support arm (3), the elastic force of which urges the locking block (61) to move from the locking position to the unlocking position.
5. The cartridge adjustment device of a hand-held stabilizer according to claim 4, characterized in that the elastic member (64) comprises two springs symmetrically disposed at opposite sides of the locking block (61) in the axial direction of the connecting rod (63).
6. The holder adjusting device of a handheld stabilizer according to claim 5, characterized in that the supporting arm (3) is provided with a positioning hole (33) opening toward the locking block (61), the locking block (61) has positioning posts (611) at two opposite ends capable of extending into the positioning hole (33), and the two springs are disposed in the positioning hole (33).

The holder adjusting device of the handheld stabilizer according to claim 3, characterized in that the sliding seat (5) comprises a main body portion (51) connected with the holder (4) and a sliding block (52) connected to one end of the main body portion (51) close to the supporting arm (3), a first notch (531) is formed at a connecting portion of the sliding block (52) and the main body portion (51) at a side close to the positioning block (31), and a first clamping head (311) embedded in the first notch (531) is arranged on the positioning block (31).
8. The cartridge adjustment device of a handheld stabilizer according to claim 7, characterized in that the connecting portion of the slider (52) and the main body portion (51) is further formed with a second notch (532) at a side opposite to the first notch (531), and the locking block (61) is provided with a second chuck (612) which can be inserted into the second notch (532).
9. The holder adjusting device of the handheld stabilizer according to claim 8, characterized in that the sliding block (52) is of a regular quadrangular frustum pyramid structure, a notch structure (53) which can be in snap fit with the positioning block (31) or the locking block (61) is formed between four side surfaces of the sliding block (52) and the main body part (51), and the notch structure (53) comprises the first notch (531) and the second notch (532) which are oppositely arranged.

The holder adjusting device of the handheld stabilizer according to claim 1, characterized in that the sliding seat (5) is provided with a mounting hole, the sliding seat (5) is connected to the holder (4) through a fastening member (7) fixedly connected with the holder (4) and penetrating through the mounting hole, and an elastic cushion member arranged between the bottom of the mounting hole and the fastening member (7) is sleeved on the periphery of the fastening member (7).
11. The holder adjusting device of the handheld stabilizer according to claim 10, characterized in that a side surface of the sliding seat (5) close to the holder (4) is provided with a boss structure, and the holder (4) is provided with a groove structure matched with the boss structure.

The holder adjusting device of a hand-held stabilizer according to claim 11, characterized in that the groove structure comprises four strip-shaped positioning grooves (41) arranged in a cross-symmetric manner, and the boss structure comprises four strip-shaped positioning bosses (511) arranged in a cross-symmetric manner and matched with the four strip-shaped positioning grooves (41) one by one; the length directions of the two opposite strip-shaped positioning grooves (41) are the same, and the length directions of the two adjacent strip-shaped positioning grooves (41) are vertical; the length directions of the two opposite strip-shaped positioning bosses (511) are the same; the length directions of two adjacent strip-shaped positioning bosses (511) are vertical.

A hand-held stabilizer, characterized by comprising a handle assembly (1), a pan-tilt assembly (2), a holder (4), and the holder adjusting device of the hand-held stabilizer according to any one of claims 1 to 12 connected between the pan-tilt assembly (2) and the holder (4), wherein the pan-tilt assembly (2) is connected to the handle assembly (1), and the holder (4) is used for holding a shooting device.
14. The hand-held stabilizer according to claim 13, characterized in that the head assembly (2) comprises:
a course shaft motor (21) positioned at the top of the handle assembly (1);
