本实用新型涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种显示面板以及显示装置。
背景技术
评价粘附力通常通过液晶面板的机械强度信赖性测试,通过实验设计,要求液晶面板在一定的环境下不允许出现失效的情况。评价产品机械强度的方法有很多种,如四轴弯曲、剥离以及跌落测试等;而一般机械强度测试后产品的失效情况为裂片或剥离。其中剥离较为常见,对应的现象为液晶面板显示出现漏液晶、彩色点或污渍、冒泡等。
液晶面板的剥离是指封装基板与衬底基板分离,分离的具体情况分为多种,比如封框胶分离、衬底基板或封装基板剥落等。而在液晶面板的机械强度信赖性测试中最常出现的就是平坦层与源漏极之间的剥离。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种显示面板以及显示装置,上述显示面板通过更改显示面板内的结构设计,改善了显示面板的剥离情况。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供以下技术方案:
一种显示面板,包括:
相对设置的衬底基板和封装基板,所述衬底基板与所述封装基板通过封框胶对盒连接;
形成于所述封框胶朝向所述衬底基板一侧的平坦层;
形成于所述平坦层朝向所述衬底基板一侧、图案化的第一金属层,所述第一金属层具有第一区域和第二区域,所述第二区域在所述封装基板的垂直投影与所述封框胶在所述封装基板的垂直投影存在第一交叠区域,且所述第二区域背离所述衬底基板的一侧形成有第一隔离层。
上述显示面板中,显示面板包括衬底基板、封装基板、平坦层和第一金属层,平坦层和第一金属层位于衬底基板和封装基板之间,第一金属层具有第一区域和第二区域。由于第一金属层的第二区域在封装基板的垂直投影与封框胶在封装基板的垂直投影存在第一交叠区域,且第二区域背离衬底基板的一侧形成有第一隔离层,则第一隔离层与平坦层直接接触,减少了封框胶对应区域内第一金属层与平坦层的接触面积。
本实用新型提供的显示面板中第一隔离层将第一金属层的第二区域与平坦层隔离,第一隔离层与平坦层直接接触,减小了封装胶对应区域内第一金属层与平坦层的接触面积,可提升显示面板内膜层的粘附力,降低平坦层与第一金属层之间在机械强度测试中剥离失效的可能性。
因此,上述显示面板通过更改显示面板内的结构设计,改善了显示面板的剥离情况。
优选地,所述第二区域在所述封装基板的垂直投影与所述封框胶在所述封装基板的垂直投影重合。
优选地,还包括形成于所述第一区域朝向所述衬底基板一侧的层间绝缘层,所述层间绝缘层形成所述第一隔离层,且所述第一区域与所述第二区域通过第一过孔连接。
优选地,还包括形成于所述层间绝缘层朝向所述衬底基板一侧、图案化的第二金属层,所述第二金属层具有第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分与所述第二区域同层设置,所述第二部分在所述封装基板的垂直投影与所述封框胶在所述封装基板的垂直投影存在第二交叠区域,且所述第二交叠区域覆盖所述第一交叠区域,所述第二部分背离所述衬底基板的一侧形成有第二隔离层。
优选地,还包括形成于所述第一部分朝向所述衬底基板一侧的栅绝缘层以及形成于所述栅绝缘层朝向所述衬底基板一侧的缓冲层,所述栅绝缘层与所述缓冲层形成所述第二隔离层,且所述第一部分与所述第二部分通过第二过孔连接。
优选地,还包括形成于所述缓冲层朝向所述衬底基板一侧的金属遮光层,所述金属遮光层与所述第二金属层的第二部分同层设置。
优选地,所述层间绝缘层的制备材料为氮化硅或者氧化硅。
优选地,所述平坦层的制备材料为透明的亚克力材料。
优选地,还包括形成于所述平坦层与所述封框胶之间的钝化层。

相对设置的衬底基板1和封装基板2,衬底基板1与封装基板2通过封框胶3对盒连接;
形成于封框胶3朝向衬底基板1一侧的平坦层4;
形成于平坦层4朝向衬底基板1一侧、图案化的第一金属层,第一金属层具有第一区域51和第二区域52,第二区域52在封装基板2的垂直投影与封框胶3在封装基板2的垂直投影存在第一交叠区域,且第二区域52背离衬底基板1的一侧形成有第一隔离层。
上述显示面板中,显示面板包括衬底基板1、封装基板2、平坦层4和第一金属层,平坦层4和第一金属层位于衬底基板1和封装基板2之间,第一金属层具有第一区域51和第二区域52。由于第一金属层的第二区域52在封装基板2的垂直投影与封框胶3在封装基板2的垂直投影存在第一交叠区域,且第二区域52背离衬底基板1的一侧形成有第一隔离层,则第一隔离层与平坦层4直接接触,减少了封框胶3对应区域内第一金属层与平坦层4的接触面积。

在上述技术方案的基础上,请继续参考图1和图2,本实用新型提供的显示面板还包括形成于第一区域51朝向衬底基板1一侧的层间绝缘层6,层间绝缘层6形成第一隔离层,且第一区域51与第二区域52通过第一过孔连接。
需要说明的是,本实用新型提供的显示面板中层间绝缘层6将第一金属层的第一区域51和第二区域52分隔于两侧,且在层间绝缘层6上设置第一过孔,以便第一区域51与第二区域52电连接。
值得注意的是,层间绝缘层6形成第一隔离层,该结构使得制备显示面板时不必增加制备第一隔离层的工序。
在上述技术方案的基础上,请继续参考图1和图2,本实用新型提供的显示面板还包括形成于层间绝缘层6朝向衬底基板1一侧、图案化的第二金属层,第二金属层具有第一部分91和第二部分92,第一部分91与第二区域52同层设置,第二部分92在封装基板2的垂直投影与封框胶3在封装基板2的垂直投影存在第二交叠区域,且第二交叠区域覆盖第一交叠区域,第二部分92背离衬底基板1的一侧形成有第二隔离层。
需要说明的是,第一部分91与第二区域52同层设置,即第二金属层的第一部分91与第一金属层的第二区域52可以同层制备,该结构可以进一步简化显示面板的制备工艺。此外,第二金属层的第二部分92与第二区域52之间形成有第二隔离层,可以避免第二金属层与第一金属层之间出现短路。
值得注意的是,由于第二部分92在封装基板2的垂直投影与封框胶3在封装基板2的垂直投影存在第二交叠区域,且第二交叠区域覆盖第一交叠区域,则第二金属层第二部分92的面积大于第一金属层第二区域52的面积。该结构可以进一步保证第一部分91与第二区域52同层设置时,第二金属层与第一金属层之间不会发生短路。
在上述技术方案的基础上,作为一种可选实施方式,请继续参考图1和图2,本实用新型提供的显示面板还包括形成于第一部分91朝向衬底基板1一侧的栅绝缘层8以及形成于栅绝缘层8朝向衬底基板1一侧的缓冲层7,栅绝缘层8与缓冲层7形成第二隔离层,且第一部分91与第二部分92通过第二过孔连接。
需要说明的是,本实用新型提供的显示面板中栅绝缘层8和缓冲层7将第二金属层的第一部分91和第二部分92分隔于两侧,且在栅绝缘层8和缓冲层7上设置第二过孔,以便第二金属层的第一部分91与第二部分92电连接。
值得注意的是,栅绝缘层8和缓冲层7形成第二隔离层,该结构使得制备显示面板时不必增加制备第二隔离层的工序。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型提供的显示面板还包括形成于缓冲层7朝向衬底基板1一侧的金属遮光层,金属遮光层与第二金属层的第二部分92同层设置。
需要说明的是,第二金属层的第二部分92与金属遮光层同层设置,该结构可以进一步简化显示面板的制备工艺。
在上述技术方案的基础上,层间绝缘层6的制备材料为氮化硅或者氧化硅。
在上述技术方案的基础上,作为一种优选实施方式,平坦层4的制备材料为透明的亚克力材料。
需要说明的是,亚克力材料为有机高分子材料,具有较强的粘性,该材料可增强平坦层4和层间绝缘层6之间的粘附力,进而可提升本实用新型提供的显示面板内膜层的粘附力,从而降低平坦层4与第一金属层之间在机械强度测试中剥离失效的可能性。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型提供的显示面板还包括形成于平坦层4与封框胶3之间的钝化层。
值得注意的是,针对封框胶3、第一金属层的第二区域52以及第二金属层的第二部分92的位置关系,提供以下三种实施方式:

具体的,该实施方式中的显示面板内层间绝缘层6将第一金属层的第二区域52与平坦层4分隔,减小了在封框胶3对应区域内第一金属层与平坦层4的接触面积,可增强平坦层4和层间绝缘层6之间的粘附力,从而降低平坦层4与第一金属层之间在机械强度测试中剥离失效的可能性。
实施方式二:
如图4所示:沿衬底基板1的延伸方向,封框胶3的面积大于第一金属层第二区域52的面积,且第二金属层第二部分92的面积大于封框胶3的面积。
具体的,该实施方式中的显示面板内层间绝缘层6将第一金属层的第二区域52与平坦层4分隔,且第一金属层的第二区域52较大,极大的减小了在封框胶3对应区域内第一金属层与平坦层4的接触面积,可增强平坦层4和层间绝缘层6之间的粘附力,从而降低平坦层4与第一金属层之间在机械强度测试中剥离失效的可能性。
实施方式三:
如图1所示:沿衬底基板1的延伸方向,第一金属层第二区域52的面积与第二金属层第二部分92的面积均大于封框胶3的面积。
具体的,该实施方式中的显示面板内层间绝缘层6将第一金属层的第二区域52与平坦层4分隔,且在封框胶3对应区域内,第一金属层与平坦层4之间的接触面积为零,可增强平坦层4和层间绝缘层6之间的粘附力,从而降低平坦层4与第一金属层之间在机械强度测试中剥离失效的可能性。
值得注意的是,上述实施方式中不增加任何工序,如图2所示,在金属遮光层设计扇出走线,通过栅绝缘层8与缓冲层7上的第二过孔传输栅极层走线信号,通过层间绝缘层6上的第一过孔让源漏极的信号线下移至层间绝缘层6朝向衬底基板1一侧的栅极层,使得封框胶3对应位置平坦层4与层间绝缘层6直接接触,从而增强TFT面板膜层粘附力。
本实用新型还提供一种显示装置,包括上述技术方案提供的任意一种显示面板。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围。这样,倘若本实用新型的这些修改和变型属于本实用新型权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (10)
1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
相对设置的衬底基板和封装基板,所述衬底基板与所述封装基板通过封框胶对盒连接;
形成于所述封框胶朝向所述衬底基板一侧的平坦层;
形成于所述平坦层朝向所述衬底基板一侧、图案化的第一金属层,所述第一金属层具有第一区域和第二区域,所述第二区域在所述封装基板的垂直投影与所述封框胶在所述封装基板的垂直投影存在第一交叠区域,且所述第二区域背离所述衬底基板的一侧形成有第一隔离层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第二区域在所述封装基板的垂直投影与所述封框胶在所述封装基板的垂直投影重合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括形成于所述第一区域朝向所述衬底基板一侧的层间绝缘层,所述层间绝缘层形成所述第一隔离层,且所述第一区域与所述第二区域通过第一过孔连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括形成于所述层间绝缘层朝向所述衬底基板一侧、图案化的第二金属层,所述第二金属层具有第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分与所述第二区域同层设置,所述第二部分在所述封装基板的垂直投影与所述封框胶在所述封装基板的垂直投影存在第二交叠区域,且所述第二交叠区域覆盖所述第一交叠区域,所述第二部分背离所述衬底基板的一侧形成有第二隔离层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括形成于所述第一部分朝向所述衬底基板一侧的栅绝缘层以及形成于所述栅绝缘层朝向所述衬底基板一侧的缓冲层,所述栅绝缘层与所述缓冲层形成所述第二隔离层,且所述第一部分与所述第二部分通过第二过孔连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括形成于所述缓冲层朝向所述衬底基板一侧的金属遮光层,所述金属遮光层与所述第二金属层的第二部分同层设置。
7.根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述层间绝缘层的制备材料为氮化硅或者氧化硅。
8.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述平坦层的制备材料为透明的亚克力材料。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的显示面板,其特征在于,还包括形成于所述平坦层与所述封框胶之间的钝化层。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的显示面板。
