温控燃气炉及锅，有电热磁安全阀的热电偶固定 在燃烧器上部，其回路中串接微动开关，燃烧器中孔 内有顶杆，可吸附在底部装有软磁体的锅底上，当锅 内温度达到居里点，顶杆跌下，触动微动开关，切断热 电偶的回路使安全阀切断燃气源。所述的炉及锅水 烧开，饭煮熟时可自动熄火，亦可作普通燃气炉用，遇 意外熄火，可自动切断燃气源，安全性好。

Description

本实用新型涉及家用燃气炉及锅，特别是一种能在水烧开，饭煮熟时自动切断燃气通道而熄火的温控燃气炉及锅。
现有的家用燃气炉，一般均无自动熄火装置，烧水、煮饭时兼顾它事，而忘了燃气炉，至使水烧干、饭烧焦的情况时有发生，且易引起火灾。新近上市的一种燃气自动饭锅，其可自动熄火、安全性亦好，但其结构复杂、成本高，仅适用于烧水煮饭，而不适于蒸炒、煎等烹调方式。
本实用新型旨在给出一种可作为常规燃气炉亦可在烧水、煮饭时可自动切断燃气而熄火的温控燃气炉，及与其相配使用的锅。

所述的燃气炉有一个与燃气热水器相同的电热磁安全阀5，该阀的热电偶4固定在燃烧器13上部一侧，热电偶4的回路7中串接一个微动开关6，该开关固定在燃烧器13之下，燃烧器有中孔，孔中装顶部固定铁质吸块14的顶杆9和压其向下的弹簧11。顶杆9下部有一个在其运动时可触动微动开关6的撞块8，并铰接杠杆10，杠杆另一端装按键12，与所述的燃气炉配套使用的锅1，其内底部固定一软磁体2及一蓄热环3。用于烧开水的锅（壶），其软磁体的居里点为98±2℃，用于煮饭的锅，其软磁体的居里点为103±2℃。
使用所述的燃气炉，若不用其控温功能，像常规燃气炉点火即可，如遇风吹、溢水等意外原因熄火时，热电磁安全阀的热电偶感温不足，可自动切断燃气源。若用炉的温控功能，则需与所述的锅配套使用，点火前先按下按键，使顶杆上的吸块接触并吸附于锅底，点火后热电偶感应燃烧器的温度在回路中产生电动势，使安全阀开通，维持燃烧供气。当锅内温度达到软磁体的居里点，其失去磁性，顶杆靠弹簧和自重力下落，其撞块触动微动开关瞬时切断热电偶的回路，安全阀切断燃气通道而熄火。烧水时使用软磁体的居里点为98℃的锅（壶），锅内温度接近沸点时，切断燃气，锅底的蓄热环的热容量较大，足以维持熄火后使之沸腾。煮饭用的锅软磁体居里点为103℃。本实用新型无论是否使用温控功能，其安全性均很好，更换普通锅可适用蒸、煎、炒、等烹调方式。

Claims (4)

1、温控燃气炉，有燃烧器13和电热磁安全阀5，其特征在于电热磁安全阀5的热电偶4固定在燃烧器13上部一侧，其回路7中串接一微动开关6，并固定在燃烧器13之下，燃烧器13中部的孔中装有顶部固定铁质吸块14的顶杆9和压其向下的弹簧11，顶杆9下部有一个在运动时可触动微动开关6的撞块8，并铰接杠杆10。
2、一种与权利要求1所述燃气炉配套使用的锅，其特征在于锅1内底部固定一软磁体2及蓄热环3。
3、按权利要求2所述的锅，其特征在于软磁体2的居里点为98±2℃。
4、按权利要求2所述的锅，其特征在于软磁体2的居里点为103±2℃。
