The multifunctional scarifier according to claim 2, characterized in that the sprinkling mechanism mainly comprises a water tank (18) disposed on the lower surface of the main frame (1) for storing water, a plurality of water discharge pipes (19) disposed on the lower surface of the water tank (18) for discharging water, a sprinkling head (20) fitted on the lower end surface of each water discharge pipe (19) for sprinkling in a large area, a control switch (21) disposed on each water discharge pipe (19) for controlling circulation, and a timer (22) disposed inside the control switch (21) for timing activation.
