It should be noted that the instant beverage production apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can prepare a beverage containing only a drinking component without a chewing component, such as pure milk tea or brewed fruit juice, in addition to preparing an instant beverage containing a drinking component and a chewing component. The material adding device 2 has the function of adding chewing ingredients, and can also be added with crystal sugar, white sugar, tea or jelly, etc.

Claims (19)

1. An instant drink production apparatus, comprising:
a dispensing device capable of dispensing a drinking ingredient of the ready-to-drink beverage in the first cup or dispensing a drinking ingredient of the ready-to-drink beverage and adding it to the first cup;
a filling device capable of adding the chewy ingredients of the ready-to-drink beverage to a second cup, wherein one of the second cup and the first cup is a vending cup and the other is a non-vending cup;
a carrying device which can pour the drinking component or the chewing component in the selling cup body into the selling cup body so as to mix the drinking component and the chewing component into the instant beverage;
a control device configured to be able to control the preparing device, the adding device, and the carrying device in coordination.
2. The ready-to-drink production facility of claim 1, wherein the control device comprises a receiving module capable of receiving an order from a customer and a processing module that coordinates the control of the dispensing device, the feeding device and the handling device to collectively produce the ready-to-drink matching the order according to the order.
3. The ready-to-drink production device according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a cup sealer connected to said control means for applying a sealing film to the mouth of said vending cup containing said ready-to-drink product.
4. The ready-to-drink production device according to claim 3, further comprising a labelling machine connected to the control means and capable of applying a selected label to the vending cup.
5. The ready-to-drink production device according to claim 4, further comprising a serving cabinet connected to the control means and having a storage space for receiving the serving cup containing the ready-to-drink product.
6. The ready-to-drink production device according to claim 5, wherein the handling means is a mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm is capable of first gripping the selling cup filled with the ready-to-drink from the material adding means under the control of the control means and then sequentially carrying the selling cup to a cup sealing area of the cup sealing machine, a labeling area of a labeling machine and a storage space of the meal taking cabinet.
7. The ready-to-drink production apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a washing machine connected to a control device and configured to control the robotic arm to feed the anti-vending cup from which the drinking or chewing ingredients have been poured into the washing machine, for washing the anti-vending cup.
8. The ready-to-drink production facility of claim 6, wherein the dispensing device includes a blender, a first dispenser and a second dispenser, the robotic arm, under the control of the control device, being capable of placing the first cup sequentially within the dosing region of the first dispenser, the dosing region of the second dispenser and the blending region of the blender, the control device controlling the first dispenser to add a stored first selected ingredient of the drink ingredient to the first cup when the first cup is placed within the dosing region of the first dispenser, the control device controlling the second dispenser to add a stored second selected ingredient of the drink ingredient to the first cup when the first cup is placed within the dosing region of the second dispenser, the control means controls the blender to blend the first selected ingredient and the second selected ingredient in the first cup into the drinking ingredient when the first cup is placed within a blending region of the blender.

The instant beverage production device according to claim 1, wherein the feeding device comprises a storage unit, and a cup dropping rack, a cup body conveying unit, a box body conveying unit and an edible material taking and placing unit controlled by the control device, wherein the cup dropping rack is used for storing and releasing the second cup, the cup conveying unit is used for conveying the received two cups released by the cup dropping rack into the discharging area of the food material taking and placing unit, the storage unit comprises a bin with a box placing opening and a box body which is placed in the bin and can contain the chewing ingredients, the box body conveying unit can take the box body out of the box placing opening of the storage bin and send the box body into the material taking area of the food material taking and placing unit, the food material taking and placing unit can convey the box body from the material taking area to the material placing area and pour out the chewing ingredients in the box body.
10. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the cup transport unit comprises a first linear drive mechanism and a carriage driven by the first linear drive mechanism for holding the second cup.
11. The ready-to-drink production device according to claim 10, wherein the first linear transport assemblies are each selected from any one of a hydraulic cylinder, a pneumatic cylinder, a linear motor, or a crank-link mechanism driven by a motor.
12. The instant beverage production device according to claim 9, wherein the food material taking and placing unit comprises a flip-type clamping assembly for manipulating the box body and a second linear driving mechanism capable of driving the flip-type clamping assembly to reciprocate between the emptying region and the material taking region.
13. The ready-to-drink production device according to claim 12, wherein the flip-flop clamp assembly comprises a channel member driven by the second linear drive mechanism, and a fourth linear driving mechanism, a turnover mechanism, a first top block and a second top block which are arranged in the notch of the groove-shaped component, wherein the second top block is rotatably connected with one inner side wall of the groove-shaped member, the fourth linear driving mechanism is connected with the other inner side wall of the groove-shaped member, the first ejector block is connected with the fourth linear driving mechanism through a turnover mechanism, the fourth linear driving mechanism can drive the first ejector block to move towards the second ejector block through the turnover mechanism, and the first ejector block and the second ejector block are enabled to clamp the box body together, and the turnover mechanism can drive the first ejector block to rotate and force the box body clamped by the first ejector block and the second ejector block to turn over.

The instant beverage production apparatus of claim 13, wherein the second linear transport assembly and the fourth linear drive mechanism are each selected from any one of a hydraulic cylinder, a pneumatic cylinder, a linear motor, or a crank linkage mechanism driven by a motor, and the tilting mechanism is a swing cylinder.
15. The instant beverage production apparatus of claim 9, wherein the cartridge transport unit comprises a slider for carrying the cartridge and a third linear transport assembly capable of driving the slider to remove the cartridge from the bin and feed it into a material taking area of the material taking and placing unit.
16. The instant beverage production apparatus according to claim 15, wherein an anti-drop member is provided on a top of the slider to prevent the cartridge from dropping therefrom.
17. The instant beverage production apparatus of claim 16, wherein the anti-run member is a slot or a magnet.
18. The instant beverage production apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the slider has a first slope, and the box has a second slope, and when the slider returns to the lower part of the bin from the material taking area of the material taking and placing unit, the box can slide down to the top of the slider under the action of the first slope and the second slope.
19. The ready-to-drink production device according to claim 15, wherein the third linear transport assembly is selected from any one of a hydraulic cylinder, a pneumatic cylinder, a linear motor or a crank-link mechanism driven by a motor.
