技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种储物架托臂。
背景技术
储物架是比较常见的一种存放和陈列物品的工具，由于其结构简单、质量轻和拆装方便而被各种行业广泛使用。
一般的储物架大多由支撑的框架结构和支承板组合而成的。市面上常见的储物架结构比较简单，大多采用托臂通过卡扣结构安装在立柱或背板上，层板承托于托臂上的方式。该方式的储物架通常是立柱或背板上竖向设有多个等距离间隔的安装孔，托臂上设有与安装孔匹配卡合插入部，可根据实际储物物品的大小和需要，调节托臂与立柱和背板的安装位置，从而调整两相邻层板之间的距离。
然而，托臂与立柱或背板之间只有一个连接处的点受力，其支承的效果不佳，承载较重的货物时，托臂和层板容易摇晃甚至折断。这样会大大影响储物架的结构强度和使用寿命，也影响消费者的使用体验效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足，提供一种结构简单和实用性强的储物架托臂，该托臂不仅可实现与架体结构稳固连接，而且可使得储物架具有更好的支承效果，从而提高储物架的结构强度。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型通过下述技术方案予以实现：一种储物架托臂，其特征在于：包括本体、用于安装层板的支撑部以及用于与架体结构匹配卡合的第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件；所述本体设置有便于第二卡扣件与架体结构卡合的避空位；所述支撑部与本体连接；所述第一卡扣件设置在本体的一端，第二卡扣件靠近本体另一端设置并朝向避空位处，实现用于安装层板的支撑部通过第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件固定在架体结构上。
在上述方案中，本实用新型的托臂可通过第一卡扣件与架体结构的立柱卡扣连接，同时，通过避空位与架体结构的立柱卡入，使得第二卡扣件可与架体结构的立柱进行卡扣连接，因此，本实用新型通过第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件双重卡扣件与架体结构卡扣连接实现托臂与架体结构的稳固连接。从单侧托臂来说，该结构使得与本体连接的支撑部有两个点受力，从而提高托臂的支承效果，在承载较重的货物时，托臂和层板不会出现摇晃甚至折断的现象，大大提高储物架的结构强度和使用寿命。

所述第二卡扣件到避空位另一侧壁的距离大于架体结构卡合位的宽度。该设计使得本体可通过避空位卡入架体结构的立柱，并有足够空间让第二卡扣件与架体结构的立柱卡扣连接。
所述支撑部与本体垂直连接，并与本体一体成型。该设计可以提高托臂的结构强度。
本实用新型还包括用于加强支撑部与本体连接的加强支杆，所述本体通过加强支杆与支撑部连接。
所述支撑部设置有至少一个用于安装层板的凸台。层板上开设有与凸台连接的通孔，层板可通过通孔与凸台连接实现稳固安装在支撑部上。

实施例
如图1至图3所示，本实用新型储物架托臂包括本体1、用于安装层板2的支撑部3以及用于与架体结构4匹配卡合的第一卡扣件5和第二卡扣件6，其中，本体1设置有便于第二卡扣件6与架体结构4卡合的避空位7，支撑部3与本体1连接，第一卡扣件5设置在本体1的一端，第二卡扣件6靠近本体1另一端设置并朝向避空位7处，实现用于安装层板2的支撑部3通过第一卡扣件5和第二卡扣件6固定在架体结构4上。第一卡扣件5与第二卡扣件6均为倒钩。
上述本体1设置有便于第二卡扣件6与架体结构4卡合的避空位7是指：本体1远离第一卡扣件5的一端开设有凹槽，该凹槽作为本体与架体结构4卡合的避空位7。该第二卡扣件6设置在避空位7的侧壁，并朝向避空位7。而且，第二卡扣件6到避空位7另一侧壁的距离大于架体结构4卡合位的宽度。该设计使得本体1可通过避空位7卡入架体结构4的立柱4.1，并有足够空间让第二卡扣件6与架体结构4的立柱4.1卡扣连接。
本实用新型的支撑部3与本体1垂直连接，并与本体1一体成型。该设计可以提高托臂的结构强度。为了加强支撑部3与本体1的连接，本实用新型还包括加强支杆10，本体1通过加强支杆10与支撑部3连接。支撑部3设置有至少一个用于安装层板2的凸台8。层板2上开设有与凸台8连接的通孔2.1，层板2可通过通孔2.1与凸台8连接实现稳固安装在支撑部3上。
