The transfer assembly 104 realizes automatic switching of the agricultural products between the stockpiling, the roasting and the heat preservation, in this example, the transfer assembly 104 includes a first mechanical gripper 1041 and a first transfer module 1042, the first transfer module 1042 drives the first mechanical gripper 1041 to move back and forth and up and down, the first transfer module 1042 controls the first mechanical gripper 1041 to grip the agricultural products to automatically switch between the stockpiling area, the roasting area and the heat preservation area, and in this example, in order to avoid the first mechanical gripper 1041 directly gripping the agricultural products, the present example transfers the agricultural products by:
1) the carrier 103 is hung on the rotating body, and based on the hanging, the first mechanical hand 1041 directly grabs the carrier 103, and the carrier 103 is transferred and switched among the storage mechanism 1021, the baking mechanism 1022 and the heat preservation mechanism 1023; this way the carrier 103 is moved as a whole;
2) at least one cartridge 106 configured to hold a single agricultural product is configured to mate with the carrier 103, and the first mechanical hand 1041 directly grips the cartridge 106 to transfer and switch the cartridge 106 on the carrier between the stocker 1021, the grilling mechanism 1022, and the incubation mechanism 1023.
Through above two kinds of modes, all can directly avoid first mechanical tongs 1041 to directly snatch agricultural product.
Because the storage mechanism 1021, the baking mechanism 1022 and the heat preservation mechanism 1023 are all driven to rotate during operation, for this reason, the first transmission module 1042 drives the first mechanical hand grip 1041 to reciprocate among the storage mechanism 1021, the baking mechanism 1022 and the heat preservation mechanism 1023, when the carrier 103 or the box 106 needs to be gripped, the first transmission module 1042 drives the first mechanical hand grip 1041 to move downwards until the carrier 103 or the box 106 is gripped, so as to facilitate the first mechanical hand grip 1041 to smoothly grip the carrier 103 or the box 106, in this example, the top positions of the storage mechanism 1021, the baking mechanism 1022 and the heat preservation mechanism 1023 are used as gripping positions, that is, when the carrier 103 carrying the agricultural product moves to the top position, the first transmission module 1042 controls the first mechanical hand grip 1041 to move downwards to grip the carrier 103 or the box 106.
Correspondingly, the top of the heat insulation cover 105 corresponding to the grilling mechanism 1022 and the heat insulation mechanism 1023 is respectively provided with a movable window, when the material is required to be supplemented or taken out from the grilling mechanism 1022 and the heat insulation mechanism 1023, the movable windows are opened, and the movable windows are closed in other time periods.
In order to package the sold roasted agricultural products, the packaging machine further comprises a packaging mechanism 107, the packaging mechanism 107 comprises a suction mechanism 1071 and a packaging station 1072, the suction mechanism 1071 is used for sucking a packaging body 108 for packaging the agricultural products and sucking the packaging body 108 to the packaging station 1072, the packaging machine further comprises a turnover mechanism 109 and a transfer mechanism 110 matched with the turnover mechanism 109, wherein the turnover mechanism 109 comprises a second mechanical hand 1091 and a second transmission module 1092, and the second transmission module 1092 drives the second mechanical hand 1091 to rotate left and right and drives the second mechanical hand 1091 to turn over towards the packaging station 1072; the transfer mechanism 110 comprises a third mechanical hand grip 1101 and a third transmission module 1102, the third transmission module 1102 drives the second mechanism hand grip 1101 to move left and right, up and down, back and forth and rotate, the third transmission module 1102 drives the third mechanical hand grip 1101 to move towards the heat preservation mechanism 1023 side and drives the third mechanical hand grip 1101 to grip the carrier 103 or the box 106 at the bottommost of the heat preservation mechanism 1023, the third mechanical hand grip 1101 transfers the carrier 103 or the box 106 to the second mechanical hand grip 1091, and the second transmission module 1092 drives the second mechanical hand grip 1091 to turn towards the inside of the packaging body 108 on the packaging station 1072, so that the agricultural products in the carrier 103 or the box 106 fall into the packaging body 108.
Considering that the present application is an integrated machine for roasting and selling agricultural products, the packaging body 108 of the present embodiment is a thermal insulation paper, such as tinfoil, and the specific shape of the tinfoil is not limited, and further, the packaging station 1072 is designed as a profiling packaging station matched with the tinfoil.
To achieve the internal circulation transfer, further, the second transmission module 1092 drives the second mechanical gripper 1091 to transfer the empty carrier 103 or cassette 106 to the third mechanical gripper 1101, the third transmission module 1102 drives the third mechanical gripper 1101 to move toward the stocker 1021, and drives the third mechanical gripper 1101 to place the empty carrier 103 or cassette 106 on the stocker 1021.
In the process of roasting agricultural products or in the process of keeping warm by the roasting and selling all-in-one machine, waste materials are inevitably generated, for example, sweet potatoes are roasted, sweet potato skins are generated on the carriers 103 or the boxes 106, therefore, the carriers 103 or the boxes 106 need to be cleaned, and further, the example also comprises a cleaning mechanism which is used for cleaning the empty carriers 103 or the boxes 106.
Because the cleaning principle for the carrier 103 or the cartridge 106 is the same, the following cleaning methods are listed as the cleaning cartridge 106 below:
the first cleaning mode is as follows: artifical the washing, this wiper mechanism is high-pressure squirt, and this high-pressure squirt sets up in casing 101, when the manual work carries out the material loading to storage mechanism 1021, and the manual work is taken this high-pressure squirt and is carried out high-pressure cleaning to the box body 106 of storage mechanism 1021 overhead earlier, then, places agricultural product in the box body 106 after the washing again.
The second cleaning mode comprises the following steps: automatic cleaning, in this example, in cooperation with the transfer mechanism 110, a visual recognition device and a corresponding automatic cleaning mechanism are added, the automatic cleaning mechanism can automatically spray high-pressure water based on a corresponding control signal, and the visual recognition device can recognize whether residues exist in the box body 106 based on visual recognition; during specific application, because the turnover mechanism 109 is arranged opposite to the storage mechanism 1021, the third mechanical gripper 1101 of the transfer mechanism 110 needs to rotate before moving towards the storage mechanism 1021, therefore, the third mechanical gripper 1101 sequentially sets a detection station, a cleaning station, a disinfection station and a drying station in the rotating process from the turnover mechanism 109 to the storage mechanism 1021, the identification device is arranged corresponding to the detection station, the automatic cleaning mechanism is arranged corresponding to the cleaning station, the ultraviolet lamp is arranged corresponding to the disinfection station, and the dryer is arranged corresponding to the drying station; when the third mechanical gripper 1101 grips an empty cartridge 106 and passes through the detection station, the visual recognition device recognizes whether residues exist in the cartridge 106, if so, the automatic cleaning mechanism, the ultraviolet lamp and the dryer are pre-started, when the cartridge 106 passes through the cleaning station, the automatic cleaning mechanism is started to clean the cartridge 106, when the cartridge 106 passes through the sterilization station, the ultraviolet lamp is started to sterilize the cartridge 106, and when the cartridge 106 passes through the drying station, the dryer is started to dry the cartridge 106; finally, the third mechanical gripper 1101 places the dried cassette 106 on the magazine 1021.
Based on the second cleaning method, it is also conceivable for the skilled person to clean each of the cartridges 106 without adding a visual recognition device, i.e. without recognizing whether a residue remains in the cartridge 106, and to clean the cartridges in other ways than by high pressure water cleaning, such as ultrasonic cleaning.
For the automatic cleaning mode, a person skilled in the art will certainly think that a corresponding waste water collecting device is arranged at the cleaning station corresponding to the automatic cleaning mechanism, and waste water generated in the cleaning process is collected through the waste water collecting device.
It should be noted that the box body 106 of this embodiment is a shell-shaped structure with an opening at the top, and the side surface and the bottom surface of the shell-shaped structure are both provided with through holes, so that the box body 106 is heated uniformly.
The application of the agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine of the present application will be described below by taking the delivery box 106 as an example.
First, the agricultural products are manually placed in the box of the storage mechanism 1021.
In an operating state, the first transmission module 1042 drives the first mechanical hand grip 1041 to move the box 106 with the agricultural products in the storage mechanism 1021 into the baking mechanism 1022, the baking mechanism 1022 bakes the agricultural products, and after the agricultural products are baked, the first transmission module 1042 drives the first mechanical hand grip 1041 to move the box with the baked agricultural products in the baking mechanism 1022 into the heat preservation mechanism 1023.
In a selling state, after a user orders through a human-computer interaction interface, the third transmission module 1102 drives the third mechanical hand grip 1101 to move towards the heat preservation mechanism 1023, and drives the third mechanical hand grip 1101 to grip the box 106 at the bottommost part of the heat preservation mechanism 1023, the third mechanical hand grip 1101 transmits the box to the second mechanical hand grip 1091, and the second transmission module 1092 drives the second mechanical hand grip 1091 to turn towards the inside of the packaging body 108 on the packaging station 1072, so that agricultural products in the box 106 fall into the packaging body 108; then the user takes out the baked agricultural products with the packaging bodies through the goods outlet window; simultaneously, the second transmission module 1092 drives the second mechanical gripper 1091 to transfer the empty cassette 106 to the third mechanical gripper 1101, the third transmission module 1102 drives the third mechanical gripper 1101 to move toward the stocker 1021 side, and drives the third mechanical gripper 1101 to place the empty cassette 106 on the stocker 1021.
Example two:
based on the first embodiment, the present embodiment can improve the internal structure combination of the first embodiment to realize an agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine with another structure.
The improvement mode is as follows: the grilling mechanism and the heat preservation mechanism in the first embodiment are designed as an integrated grilling heat preservation mechanism, so that the grilling heat preservation mechanism has grilling and heat preservation functions, and the inner space of the housing is physically divided into a material storage area and a grilling heat preservation area.
Based on the design, the baking heat preservation mechanism has a baking working mode and a heat preservation working mode, and is used for baking the agricultural products in the baking working mode, and is used for preserving heat of the baked agricultural products in the heat preservation working mode.
The specific structure of the storage mechanism in this embodiment is the same as that of the storage mechanism in the first embodiment, and the structure of the transfer assembly is the same as that of the transfer assembly in the first embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
The structural design of the baking heat preservation mechanism of the present embodiment can also refer to the structural design of the baking mechanism of the first embodiment, specifically, the baking heat preservation mechanism includes a pair of oppositely arranged rotating bodies and a driving assembly, the carrier is vertically suspended between the pair of rotating bodies, the driving assembly drives the pair of rotating bodies to move circularly, and the carrier moves circularly along with the rotating bodies. Correspondingly, the outer side of the baking heat-preserving mechanism is also provided with a heat-insulating cover.

Based on this design, this integration machine has storage section, baking section and heat preservation section, and this integration machine includes: the agricultural product baking device comprises a pair of oppositely arranged rotating bodies and a driving assembly, a carrier is vertically suspended between the pair of rotating bodies, the driving assembly drives the pair of rotating bodies to move circularly, the carrier moves along with the rotating bodies circularly, when the carrier moves from a storage section to a baking section, the baking section bakes the agricultural products in the carrier, and when the carrier moves from the baking section to a heat preservation section, the heat preservation section preserves the temperature of the agricultural products in the carrier.
Example four:
based on the first embodiment, the embodiment provides an agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine with another structure.
Different from the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the integrated agricultural product roasting and selling machine 10 of the present embodiment, the storage mechanism 1021, the roasting mechanism 1022 and the heat preservation mechanism 1023 of the body 102 are sequentially arranged from the right end to the left end in the internal space of the housing 101, the left end of the heat preservation mechanism 1023 of the present embodiment is further designed with the collection mechanism 500, the front end of the housing 101 is provided with a delivery window and a corresponding man-machine interface for ordering and/or a two-dimensional code and a coin inserting device and/or a card swiping device for ordering, and the right end of the housing 101 is provided with an openable door structure corresponding to the storage mechanism 1021, so as to supplement materials into the storage mechanism 1021.
The internal structure of the storage mechanism 1021, the heat preservation mechanism 1023 and the collection mechanism 500 are similar, taking the storage mechanism 1021 as an example, the storage mechanism 1021 comprises symmetrically designed transmission parts 10211, the transmission parts 10211 are vertically arranged, and reciprocate from top to bottom and from bottom to top in the vertical direction, suspension brackets 10212 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the transmission parts 10211, and the carrier 103 is suspended on the suspension brackets 10212 between the storage mechanisms 1021.
The grilling mechanism 1022 in this example includes a pair of oppositely disposed rotors between which each carrier 103 is vertically suspended, and a drive assembly that drives the rotors in a circular motion, with the carriers 103 following the circular motion of the rotors.
The transferring assembly 104 of this embodiment is similar to a conveyor belt, and the storage mechanism 1021, the grilling mechanism 1022, the heat preservation mechanism 1023 and the collecting mechanism 500 are respectively provided with an ejection mechanism directly below, the ejection mechanism can separate the carrier 103 from the suspension rack 10212 when extending upwards, when the ejection mechanism places the carrier 103 on the transferring assembly 104, the transferring assembly 104 drives the carrier 103 to move, and correspondingly, when extending upwards, the ejection mechanism can also eject the carrier 103 on the corresponding transferring assembly 104 until the carrier is suspended on the corresponding suspension rack 10212.

The internal structures of the storage mechanism 1021, the grilling mechanism 1022 and the heat preservation mechanism 1023 in this embodiment are similar, and the specific structure can refer to the first embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
The transmission assembly 104 includes a first transmission part 1041 and a second transmission part 1042, wherein the first transmission part 1041 moves up and down and back and forth, the first transmission part 1041 is matched with the bottom of the storage mechanism 1021 and the bottom of the grilling mechanism 1022, the first transmission part 1041 transmits the carrier 103 at the bottom of the storage mechanism 1021 to the bottom of the grilling mechanism 1022, and suspends the carrier 103 on the rotating body of the grilling mechanism 1022; similarly, the second transmission unit 1042 also has up and down and back and forth movement, and the second transmission unit 1042 cooperates with the top of the grilling mechanism 1022 and the bottom of the warming mechanism 1023 to move the carrier 103 from the grilling mechanism 1022 into the warming mechanism 1023.

the present embodiment provides an automatic discharging mechanism, which can be embodied as a combination of a storage mechanism and a delivery component in the agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine provided in the above embodiments, but is not limited to the application of the agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine.
As shown in fig. 11, the automatic discharging mechanism of this embodiment includes at least one bin 1, a carrier 2 and a transferring assembly 3, wherein the bin 1 is configured to store objects, the carrier 2 is used for carrying the objects, the carrier 2 is movably disposed in the bin 1, and the transferring assembly 3 is used for transferring the carrier 2 in the bin 1 to a next process, so that the objects are discharged to the next process by means of the carrier 2.
In this embodiment, the transfer elements 3 are matched with the bins 1 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, in other embodiments, a plurality of bins 1 may share one group of transfer elements 3, and for the specific structure of the transfer element 3, reference is made to the transfer element in the first embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
The raw material storage rack is arranged in the storage bin 1, the carrier 2 is movably arranged on the raw material storage rack, specifically, the raw material storage rack comprises a pair of oppositely arranged rotating bodies and a driving assembly, the carrier 2 is vertically suspended between the pair of rotating bodies, the driving assembly drives the rotating bodies to move circumferentially, and the carrier 2 moves circumferentially along with the rotating bodies.

When automatic discharging mechanism is applicable to the automatic vending all-in-one, according to the object type of the storage in feed bin 1, need disinfect to feed bin 1, for example, the object of the storage in feed bin 1 is agricultural product, coffee beans, or milk product etc. consequently, in order to disinfect to feed bin 1, this example still includes sterilizing equipment, and sterilizing equipment sets up in feed bin 1 to disinfect when feed bin 1 closes, and sterilizing equipment is done work and is just allowed transfer assembly 3 work. The sterilizing device may be an ultraviolet lamp, i.e. sterilizing by ultraviolet rays, or an ozone generator, i.e. sterilizing by ozone.
In addition to the above sterilization measures, the present embodiment further includes a bacteriostatic device for filling the storage bin 1 with inert gas, and the bacteriostatic device is disposed in the storage bin 1, so that when the storage bin 1 is in an open state, the storage bin 1 is filled with inert gas, that is, the storage bin 1 is bacteriostatic by the inert gas.

The agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine according to claim 2, wherein the roasting heat preservation mechanism has a roasting operation mode and a heat preservation operation mode, the roasting heat preservation mechanism is used for roasting the agricultural products in the roasting operation mode, and the heat preservation operation mode is used for preserving heat of the roasted agricultural products.

The agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine according to claim 2, wherein the roasting and heat preserving mechanism comprises a roasting mechanism and a heat preserving mechanism which are physically independent from each other, and the transfer component sequentially transfers the carriers from the storage mechanism to the roasting mechanism and the heat preserving mechanism according to the roasting process of the agricultural products.
5. The agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine according to claim 4, wherein the storage mechanism, the roasting mechanism and the heat preservation mechanism respectively comprise: a pair of oppositely arranged rotating bodies and a driving assembly;
the carrier is vertically suspended between the pair of rotating bodies, the driving assembly drives the rotating bodies to move circularly, and the carrier moves circularly along with the rotating bodies.

The agricultural produce roast and sale all-in-one machine of claim 10, further comprising at least one cassette associated with said carrier for holding individual agricultural produce, said staging mechanism delivering said cassette with said agricultural produce for sale to said flipper mechanism, said flipper mechanism flipping said cassette towards the interior of the package at said packaging station to flip the agricultural produce within said cassette into said package, said staging mechanism further delivering said empty cassette to said storage station.
12. The agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine according to claim 11, further comprising a cleaning mechanism for cleaning the empty box body.
13. The agricultural product roasting and selling all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein a heat insulation cover is arranged on the roasting heat insulation station.
14. The integrated agricultural product roasting and selling machine according to claim 13, wherein the roasting temperature range in the roasting heat preservation station is a first preset range of temperature, and the heat preservation temperature range is a second preset range of temperature.
15. An automatic discharging mechanism, characterized by, includes:
at least one bin configured to store objects;
the carrier is used for carrying objects and is movably arranged in the stock bin;
and the transfer assembly is used for transferring the carrier in the bin to the next procedure so that the object is discharged to the next procedure by means of the carrier.
16. The automatic discharging mechanism of claim 15, wherein a raw material shelf is arranged in the bin, and the carrier is movably arranged on the raw material shelf.
17. The automated discharge mechanism of claim 16, wherein said stock material shelf comprises a pair of oppositely disposed rotating bodies and a drive assembly;
the carrier is vertically suspended between the pair of rotating bodies, the driving assembly drives the rotating bodies to move circularly, and the carrier moves circularly along with the rotating bodies.
18. The automated discharge mechanism of claim 15, further comprising at least one cassette associated with the carrier for holding individual objects such that the objects are discharged to a next process by the flow of the cassette.
19. The automatic discharging mechanism of claim 15, further comprising a sterilization device, wherein the sterilization device sterilizes the bin when the bin is closed, and the sterilization device allows the transfer assembly to operate after the sterilization device is operated.
20. The automatic discharging mechanism of claim 15, further comprising a bacteriostatic device for filling the bin with inert gas, such that when the bin is in an open state, the bin is filled with inert gas.
21. The automatic discharging mechanism of claim 15, further comprising an insect repelling device disposed in the bin and repelling insects when the bin is opened.
22. The automatic take-off mechanism of claim 16, wherein the stock racks are provided with pressure sensors or photoelectric sensors.
23. The automatic outfeed mechanism of claim 15, further comprising an identification device cooperating with the bin to identify the type of object within the bin.
24. The automatic discharging mechanism of claim 16, further comprising a refrigerating mechanism configured to cooperate with the raw material shelf, wherein the refrigerating mechanism is configured to maintain the temperature in the bin within a predetermined range.
