The working principle of the double-exchange mobile platform is explained in detail by describing the specific structures of the material receiving platform 5 and the lifting device 6 in detail.
The material receiving tables 5 are provided with two wheels 502, the wheels 502 are mounted at the lower ends of the two wheels, the output shafts of the material receiving motors 503 are connected through bearings, the wheels 502 are driven to work through the material receiving motors 503, and the material receiving motors 503 are controlled through a PLC. The track 501 matched with the wheel 502 is arranged below the wheel 502, the track 501 is arranged on the ground on two sides below the rack 1 along the width direction of the rack 1, and the material receiving platform 5 is supported on the track 501 through the wheel 502. Before the work of material receiving machine, one of them removes the material receiving position to the material receiving machine below in two material receiving platforms 5, and material receiving machine work, the steel sheet falls to material receiving platform 5 on, and after the steel sheet reached a certain quantity, this material receiving platform 5 removed one side of material receiving machine along track 501 and unloaded the packing, and simultaneously, another material receiving platform 5 removed and receives the material to material receiving position of material receiving machine.

In order to meet this requirement, in this embodiment, a pit is provided directly below the material receiving machine, the pit is located between the two rails 501, the lifting device 6 is installed in the pit, and the support end of the frame 1 of the material receiving machine is provided on the bottom surface around the pit.
The lifting device 6 comprises a base 601, a movable support 602, a support 603 and a telescopic mechanism 604. Wherein, the base 601 is used as a mounting base of the lifting device 6 and is arranged at the bottom of the pit; one end of the movable bracket 602 is hinged with the base 601, and the other end is hinged on the supporting frame 603 at the upper end thereof, so that the supporting frame 603 can be controlled to ascend or descend; the telescopic mechanism 604 is installed on the base 601, and a telescopic end of the telescopic mechanism is connected with the movable support 602, so as to drive the movable support 602 to drive the support frame 603 to ascend or descend, and in this embodiment, a hydraulic cylinder is used as the telescopic mechanism 604.
When the material receiving platform 5 moves above the lifting device 6, the telescopic mechanism 604 drives the movable support 602 to work, and drives the support frame 603 to ascend, so that the material receiving platform 5 is lifted to the material receiving position of the material receiving machine, and a steel plate is received. firstly, before a steel plate production line works, a lifting device 6 is in an initial state, then a material receiving platform 5 is moved to the position above the lifting device 6, the lifting device 6 is controlled to ascend, the material receiving platform 5 is lifted to a material receiving position, and material receiving is prepared;
secondly, starting a steel plate production line, receiving the steel plates conveyed by the shearing system by a material receiving machine, dropping the steel plates onto a material receiving platform 5, and stopping the steel plate production line when the number of the steel plates on the material receiving platform 5 reaches a set number;
thirdly, the lifting device 6 descends to return to the initial state, drives the material receiving platform 5 in the step two to descend, and moves the material receiving platform to a discharging position on one side of the material receiving machine for packaging and discharging; meanwhile, another material receiving platform 5 is driven to be above the lifting device 6, the lifting device 6 lifts the material receiving platform to a material receiving position, and then the steel plate production line is started.
According to the method, the cold-rolled steel plate double-exchange mobile platform is adopted to carry the steel plate, so that the packing efficiency and the production efficiency of the steel plate are improved.

As shown in FIG. 5, a cold-rolled steel sheet receiving machine is installed at the tail end of a steel sheet production line, is connected with a steel sheet shearing system, and is used for receiving sheared steel sheets, stacking the steel sheets together and discharging and packaging the steel sheets. The material collecting device comprises a rack 1 and a material collecting device, wherein the rack 1 is used as an installation main body, and the material collecting device is installed on the rack 1. The material receiving device of the cold-rolled steel sheet receiving machine in embodiment 3 is mainly divided into a lateral material receiving portion using the lateral fixing frame 202 as a main body and a rear material receiving portion using the rear fixing frame 302 as a main body, and the specific structure thereof is described in detail below.

The cold-rolled steel plate double-exchange mobile platform comprises a material receiving machine, a material receiving platform 5 and a lifting device 6, wherein the material receiving machine adopts the cold-rolled steel plate material receiving machine of embodiment 5, the material receiving platform 5 and the lifting device 6 form the cold-rolled steel plate double-exchange mobile platform of embodiment 4, the cold-rolled steel plate double-exchange mobile platform is installed below the material receiving machine, and the detailed structure of the cold-rolled steel plate double-exchange mobile platform is described in detail below.
The material receiving machine comprises a machine frame 1 and a material receiving device, wherein the machine frame 1 is used as an installation main body, and the material receiving device is installed on the machine frame 1.
