1. A positioning and collating device for palletizing and positioning of a separator (100) between stacked workpieces, the positioning and collating device comprising:
the lifting mechanism (1) comprises a stand column (11) and a lifting frame (12), wherein the lifting frame (12) is arranged on the stand column (11) in a lifting manner along the vertical direction, the lifting frame (12) is of a hollow frame structure, the hollow position of the lifting frame (12) can be arranged corresponding to the stacking position of a workpiece, and the partition plate (100) penetrates through the hollow position and is arranged on the stacking position;
a positioning and arranging mechanism (2), wherein a plurality of positioning and arranging mechanisms (2) are arranged around the hollow position, and the positioning and arranging mechanism (2) is used for positioning and stretching the folded edges of the partition plate (100);
the positioning and arranging mechanism (2) comprises a positioning assembly (21) and an arranging assembly (22), wherein the positioning assembly (21) is used for being abutted with the bottom of the flanging outer wall of the partition board (100), and the arranging assembly (22) is used for expanding the flanging top of the partition board (100) to the outer side of the partition board (100);
the positioning assembly (21) comprises a positioning driving piece (211) and a positioning piece (212), wherein the positioning driving piece (211) is arranged on the lifting frame (12) and is used for driving the positioning piece (212) to move towards or away from the partition board (100) so that the positioning piece (212) has a positioning position abutting against the outer edge folding wall of the partition board (100) and an initial position away from the edge folding of the partition board (100);
the arrangement assembly (22) comprises a first driving piece (221), a second driving piece (222) and an arrangement piece (223), wherein the first driving piece (221) is arranged on the lifting frame (12) and used for driving the second driving piece (222) to move towards or away from the partition board (100), and the output end of the second driving piece (222) is connected with the arrangement piece (223) and used for driving the arrangement piece (223) to lift along the vertical direction so that the arrangement piece (223) can be inserted into an arrangement position inside the partition board (100) and an avoidance position higher than the folded edge of the partition board (100).
2. The positioning and sorting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the height of the positioning element (212) in the vertical direction is H1, the height of the folds of the partition (100) is H2, H1 < H2; and/or
The length L1 of the positioning piece (212) in the horizontal direction, and the length of the folded edge of the partition plate (100) is L2, and 2L1 is more than L2.

The positioning and sorting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the positioning and sorting mechanism (2) further comprises a guide assembly (23), the guide assembly (23) comprises a guide rod (231) and a guide sleeve block (232) which are in sliding fit, the guide rod (231) is fixed on the positioning piece (212), the extending direction of the guide rod (231) is parallel to the moving direction of the positioning piece (212), and the guide sleeve block (232) is fixed on the lifting frame (12).

The positioning and organizing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the organizing assembly (22) further comprises a mounting plate (224), the mounting plate (224) being fixed on both ends of the positioning member (212), the first driving member (221) being fixed on the mounting plate (224), the first driving member (221) being adapted to drive the second driving member (222) to move on the mounting plate (224).

The positioning and sorting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sorting member (223) comprises a connecting portion and a sorting portion arranged at an included angle, the connecting portion is fixedly connected with the output end of the second driving member (222), and the sorting portion can be inserted into the partition plate (100) and is abutted against the inner wall of the folded edge of the partition plate (100).
6. The positioning and collating device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the number of collating assemblies (22) is at least two, and at least two of the collating assemblies (22) are respectively provided on both sides of the positioning assembly (21) in two groups.
7. Palletizing plant, characterized in that it comprises a positioning and collating device according to any one of claims 1-6.
