Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其包括水池清洁器和配合到水池清洁器上的轮刷,所述轮刷两端分别通过易拆结构与水池清洁器的两个传动齿轮相连,水池清洁器的两个传动齿轮由水池清洁器的动力机构进行驱动。本实用新型易于更换轮刷。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及水池清洁器领域,特别是指一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构。
背景技术
目前的水池清洁器上都会配备有轮刷,在水池清洁器使用时,水池清洁器的动力机构驱动水池清洁器移动,同时动力机构通过传动齿轮来驱动轮刷转动,使得轮刷对水池的池底和池壁上附着的污染进行清洁;由于轮刷会与水池的池底和池壁摩擦,轮刷易磨损,需要经常进行更换,因此需要一种易于更换轮刷的水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其易于更换轮刷。
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:
一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其包括水池清洁器和配合到水池清洁器上的轮刷,所述轮刷两端分别与水池清洁器的两个传动齿轮相连,水池清洁器的两个传动齿轮由水池清洁器的动力机构进行驱动;所述轮刷两端分别通过易拆结构与水池清洁器的两个传动齿轮相连,所述易拆结构包括轮刷扣、与传动齿轮相连的扭转件和设置于轮刷端部上的连接件;所述轮刷扣包括具有缺口的C形环状体;所述扭转件一端与传动齿轮相连,所述扭转件另一端设有一插入C形环状体内的连接柱,连接柱一侧形成有第一连接面;所述连接件一侧形成有与第一连接面相配合的第二连接面,第一连接面和第二连接面的其中之一设有定位槽,第一连接面和第二连接面另一个则设有与定位槽插接配合的定位销;所述轮刷端部的连接件从C形环状体缺口插入C形环状体中而使定位销与定位槽插接,并通过旋转轮刷扣而使C形环状体抱紧扭转件和连接件。
所述C形环状体侧壁沿周向开设有与缺口一侧相通的限位通槽,所述连接件上与第二连接面相对的另一侧形成与限位通槽活动嵌合的限位筋条;当C形环状体抱紧连接柱和连接件时,限位筋条与限位通槽嵌合。
所述限位通槽相对的两槽壁上分别设有定位凹槽,所述限位筋条上设有与定位凹槽相嵌合的定位凸粒。
所述C形环状体内壁为弧度大于90°且小于180°的优弧面。
所述C形环状体内壁设有向内凸起的限位台阶,所述扭转件上设有与限位台阶相抵的限位挡环。
所述扭转件与传动齿轮键连接。
所述连接件一体成型于轮刷端部上。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型当需要更换轮刷时,先旋转轮刷扣,使得C形环状体缺口正对轮刷端部的连接件,使得C形环状体松释对连接件和连接柱的抱紧;然后,将轮刷端部的连接件从C形环状体缺口取出而将轮刷拆卸下来;接着,将新的轮刷端部的连接件从C形环状体缺口插入C形环状体中,使得定位销与定位槽插接而将连接柱与连接件相连;最后,旋转轮刷扣,以使得C形环状体抱紧连接柱和连接件,从而完成轮刷的更换,整个更换过程十分方便。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本实用新型的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
如图1至图9所示,本实用新型揭示了一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其包括水池清洁器1和配合到水池清洁器1上的轮刷2,所述轮刷2两端分别与水池清洁器1的两个传动齿轮11相连,水池清洁器1的两个传动齿轮11由水池清洁器1的动力机构进行驱动。
所述轮刷2两端分别通过易拆结构与水池清洁器1的两个传动齿轮11相连,所述易拆结构包括轮刷扣3、与传动齿轮11相连的扭转件4和设置于轮刷2端部上的连接件21。其中所述轮刷扣3包括具有缺口311的C形环状体31,所述扭转件4一端与传动齿轮11相连,所述扭转件4另一端设有插入C形环状体31内的连接柱41,连接柱41一侧形成有第一连接面411,第一连接面411上设有定位槽4111。所述连接件21一侧形成有与第一连接面411相配合的第二连接面211,第二连接面211上设有与定位槽4111插接配合的定位销2111以将连接件21与扭转件4连接柱41相连;轮刷2端部的连接件21从C形环状体31缺口311插入C形环状体31中而使得定位销2111与定位槽4111插接,并通过旋转轮刷扣3而使得C形环状体31相连抱紧连接柱41和连接件21,以保证定位销2111与定位槽4111插接稳固。
配合图7至图9所示,本实用新型安装时,先将扭转件4一端与水池清洁器的传动齿轮111相连并将扭转件4连接柱41插入轮刷扣3的C形环状体31内;然后,旋转轮刷扣3或扭转件4而使得扭转件4的第一连接面正对轮刷扣3的C形环状体31缺口311;接着,将轮刷2端部的连接件21从C形环状体31缺口311插入C形环状体31中,使得定位销2111与定位槽4111插接,从而将扭转件4与轮刷2端部的连接件21相连;最后,旋转轮刷扣3,以使得C形环状体31抱紧连接柱41和连接件21,从而完成安装。而当需要更换轮刷2时,先旋转轮刷扣3,使得C形环状体31缺口311正对轮刷2端部的连接件21;然后,将轮刷2端部的连接件21从C形环状体31缺口311取出而将轮刷2拆卸下来;接着,将新的轮刷2端部的连接件21从C形环状体31缺口311插入C形环状体31中,使得扭转件4的定位销2111和新的轮刷2端部的连接件21的定位槽4111插接,从而将扭转件4与新的轮刷2端部的连接件21相连;最后,旋转轮刷扣3,以使得C形环状体31内壁抱紧连接柱41和连接件21,从而完成轮刷2的更换,整个更换过程十分方便。
配合图5和图6所示,其中所述扭转件4一端可形成有六棱柱43,而传动齿轮11中心形成有供六棱柱43插置的内六角孔111,使得扭转件4一端与传动齿轮11键连接;需要说明的是,扭转件4与传动齿轮11并不局限于键连接,也可以一体成型或焊接连接。而所述连接件21可一体成型于轮刷2端部上,连接件21也可焊接于轮刷2的端部上。
配合图4所示,其中所述轮刷扣3还可包括固定板32,C形环状体31临近传动齿轮11的一端与固定板32相连,固定板32对应于C形环状体31内腔设有与C形环状体31内腔正对相通的通孔321以供扭转件2穿置,扭转件2可枢接在水池清洁器1底部的支脚12上而将传动齿轮11可转动的配合到水池清洁器1上,轮刷扣3和传动齿轮21可分别位于支脚12两侧上。
所述C形环状体31内壁可以为弧度大于90°且小于180°的优弧面以使得C形环状体31能稳固的同时抱紧连接柱41和连接件21;而连接柱41上与第一连接面411相对的另一侧形成半径大于或等于C形环状体31内壁半径的第一弧面412,连接件21上与第二连接面211相对的另一侧形成有半径大于或等于C形环状体31内壁半径的第二弧面212,当定位销2111与定位槽4111插接时,第一弧面411与第二弧面212之间的最大间距大于等于C形环状体31内径,从而使得第一弧面411与第二弧面212能紧密抵靠C形环状体31内壁而使得C型环状体31抱紧连接柱41和连接件21。需要说明的是,C形环状体31内壁并不局限于为圆弧面,连接柱41上与第一连接面411相对的另一侧并不局限于形成半径大于或等于C形环状体31内壁半径的第一弧面412,连接件21上与第二连接面211相对的另一侧并不局限于形成有半径大于或等于C形环状体31内壁半径的第二弧面212,C形环状体31内壁也可以其他开放性曲面,连接柱41上与第一连接面411相对的另一侧也可以形成其他面型,连接件21上与第二连接面211相对的另一侧也可以形成其他面型,只要能保证C形环状体31能同时抱紧连接柱41和连接件21即可。
进一步,所述C形环状体31侧壁沿周向开设有与缺口311一侧相通的限位通槽312,连接件21上与第二连接面211相对的另一侧设有与限位通槽312活动嵌合的限位筋条213上;当C形环状体31抱紧连接柱41和连接件21时,限位筋条213与限位通槽312嵌合,从而限制C形环状体沿其轴向移动,进而保证C形环状体31抱紧连接柱41和连接件21。所述C形环状体31的限位通槽312相对的两槽壁上可分别设有定位凹槽3121,所述连接件21的限位筋条213上设有与定位凹槽3121相嵌合的定位凸粒2131,通过定位凹槽3121和定位凸粒2131的配合,使得限位筋条213能稳固嵌合在限位通槽312中。
进一步,配合图4和图5所示,所述C形环状体31内壁可设有向内凸起的限位台阶313,所述扭转件4上设有与限位台阶313相抵的限位挡环42,这样在将扭转件4插入轮刷扣3的C形环状体31中时,通过限位台阶313与限位挡环42的配合能起到一个限位作用以定位住扭转件4。
需要说明的是,本实用新型的定位销2111和定位槽4111可相反设置,即连接柱41的第一连接面411上设有定位销,连接件21的第二连接面211上设有与定位销插接配合的定位槽,这样也能使得连接21与连接柱41相连。

Claims (7)
1.一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其包括水池清洁器和配合到水池清洁器上的轮刷,所述轮刷两端分别与水池清洁器的两个传动齿轮相连,水池清洁器的两个传动齿轮由水池清洁器的动力机构进行驱动;其特征在于:
所述轮刷两端分别通过易拆结构与水池清洁器的两个传动齿轮相连,所述易拆结构包括轮刷扣、与传动齿轮相连的扭转件和设置于轮刷端部上的连接件;
所述轮刷扣包括具有缺口的C形环状体;所述扭转件一端与传动齿轮相连,所述扭转件另一端设有一插入C形环状体内的连接柱,连接柱一侧形成有第一连接面;所述连接件一侧形成有与第一连接面相配合的第二连接面,第一连接面和第二连接面的其中之一设有定位槽,第一连接面和第二连接面另一个则设有与定位槽插接配合的定位销;所述轮刷端部的连接件从C形环状体缺口插入C形环状体中而使定位销与定位槽插接,并通过旋转轮刷扣而使C形环状体抱紧扭转件和连接件。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其特征在于:所述C形环状体侧壁沿周向开设有与缺口一侧相通的限位通槽,所述连接件上与第二连接面相对的另一侧形成与限位通槽活动嵌合的限位筋条;当C形环状体抱紧连接柱和连接件时,限位筋条与限位通槽嵌合。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其特征在于:所述限位通槽相对的两槽壁上分别设有定位凹槽,所述限位筋条上设有与定位凹槽相嵌合的定位凸粒。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其特征在于:所述C形环状体内壁为弧度大于90°且小于180°的优弧面。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其特征在于:所述C形环状体内壁设有向内凸起的限位台阶,所述扭转件上设有与限位台阶相抵的限位挡环。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其特征在于:所述扭转件与传动齿轮键连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种水池清洁器的轮刷固定结构,其特征在于:所述连接件一体成型于轮刷端部上。
