The cooker may further include: a refueling system for refueling the fryer pot of the oiling system 40, the nozzle 46 of which is shown in fig. 9, and an oil discharge system for discharging the heated oil in the fryer pot; a water injection system for adding water to the water pan 33 of the system of blanching 30 and performing cold shower processing on the blanched material and a drainage system for discharging the heated/cold shower water in the water pan 33, a nozzle 36 of the water injection system is shown in fig. 9.
When the blanching system 30 is used to perform, for example, blanching on the material, as shown in fig. 10, the feeding device 20 firstly pours the material to be blanched in the large material box 222A into the blanching container 31 at the heating position, and performs pre-cooking on the material for a predetermined time by using hot water; then, as shown in fig. 9, the rotating arm 32 rotates upward to the cooling position to separate the blanching container 31 from the hot water, and the nozzle 36 sprays cooling water to the blanching material in the blanching container 31 for cooling treatment, and the cooling water is discharged from the blanching container 31; after draining, as shown in fig. 11, the pivot arm 32 continues to pivot upward to bring the blanching container 31 to the discharging position, and the blanching container 31 pours the material into and/or the material stirring/scattering mechanism 35 rotates clockwise to push/pull the material out of the processing container 35 and drop the material into the magazine of the feeding device 20.
According to the control of the cooking program, the material feeding device 20 transfers the blanched material to the oil system 40 for further processing, such as oil processing, and fig. 12 shows the state that the material feeding device feeds the material into the oil container 41 of the oil system 40; or the material feeding device 20 directly transfers the blanched material to the cooking pot 12 for cooking. The preferred embodiment of the cooker includes a fuel injection system for automatically filling oil and a water injection system for automatically adding water to the cookware 12 prior to or during cooking, the fuel injection system and nozzle portion 60 of the water injection system being shown in fig. 9. After cooking is complete, the cooking system 10 is rotated as a whole to the discharge position, as shown in fig. 13, and the cooking container 12 is turned downward to pour the dish into the dish placed on the dish tray 103.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it should be understood that equivalent modifications made in accordance with the present invention are intended to be covered by the scope of the present invention, as those skilled in the art would recognize without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A cooker comprises a control system and a cooking system; the cooking system comprises a base, a cooking pot, a stir-frying device arranged in the cooking pot and a pot heating device for heating the cooking pot; the base is provided with a rotating mechanism and a turnover mechanism which are connected with the cooking pot, the rotating mechanism drives the cooking pot to rotate around the central axis of the cooking pot, and the turnover mechanism drives the cooking pot to turn over in a vertical plane; the method is characterized in that: the cooking system is movably arranged on a workbench of the cooker in whole, and changes the position on the workbench under the control of the control system.
2. The cooker of claim 1, wherein: the cooking system is configured to be rotatable and/or translatable as a whole in a horizontal plane.
3. The cooker of claim 1, wherein: the rotating mechanism is also used for driving the stir-frying device and the stir-frying pan to synchronously or asynchronously rotate.
4. The cooker of claim 3, wherein: the rotating mechanism comprises a first motor which can drive the cooking pot to rotate through a first gear transmission mechanism and a second motor which can drive the stir-frying device to rotate through a second gear transmission mechanism; and wherein the rotation mechanism is configured to drive the cookware and the stir-fry device to rotate synchronously by the first motor or the second motor alone.

The cooker of claim 4, wherein: the first gear transmission mechanism comprises a first gear arranged on a rotating shaft of the cooking pan, a second gear meshed with the first gear, a third gear arranged on the same rotating shaft with the second gear, and a first clutch, and the second gear transmission mechanism comprises a fourth gear arranged on a stirring rotating shaft of the stir-frying device, a fifth gear driven by the second motor, and a second clutch; the third gear is switchable between an engaged position in which the third gear is engaged with the fourth gear and a disengaged position in which the third gear is not engaged with the fourth gear by the first clutch, and the fifth gear is switchable between an engaged position in which the fifth gear is engaged with the fourth gear and a disengaged position in which the fifth gear is not engaged with the fourth gear by the second clutch.
6. The cooker of claim 1, wherein: the automatic feeding device is characterized by further comprising a feeding device for feeding materials into the cooking pot under the control of the control system, wherein the feeding device comprises a material box assembly, a material box moving mechanism for driving the material box assembly to move and a material box overturning mechanism for driving the material box assembly to overturn and feed the materials.
7. The cooker of claim 6, wherein: the cartridge assembly is manually detachably mounted on the moving mechanism.
8. The cooker of claim 6, wherein: the material box assembly comprises a plurality of material boxes which are annularly arranged around the rotating center of the material box assembly, and the material box moving mechanism is a material box rotating mechanism which drives the material box assembly to rotate around the rotating center of the material box assembly.
9. The cooker of claim 6, wherein: the lubricating oil system comprises an oil pan, a lubricating oil container with a leakage hole, and a container driving device for driving the lubricating oil container to move between a heating position and a discharging position; the feeding device is also used for feeding materials to be processed into the lubricating oil container, and the lubricating oil system feeds the processed materials into the cooking pot at the discharging position of the lubricating oil system processing container.
10. The cooker of claim 6, wherein: the automatic water-boiling device is characterized by further comprising a water-boiling system, wherein the water-boiling system comprises a water pot, a water-boiling container with a hole and a container driving device for driving the water-boiling container to move between a heating position and a discharging position; the feeding device is further used for feeding the materials to be processed into the blanching container, and the blanching system can feed the processed materials into a material box of the feeding device at the discharging position of the blanching container.
