Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a fender assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fender 1, a connecting bracket 2, and a wheel house boundary beam 3; the fender 1 includes a front portion 13 and a rear portion 15, a mounting plate 131 is provided at a bottom end of the front portion 13, and an arc-shaped wheel cover 151 is provided at a bottom end of the rear portion 15. The rear end of the junction of the mounting plate 131 and the front portion 13 is connected with the front end of the arc wheel cover 151, one end of the connecting bracket 2 is connected with the mounting plate 131, and the other end is connected with the wheel cover outer side beam 3 towards the rear direction of the fender 1.
In the present embodiment, the fender panel 1 is a front fender panel, and is formed by metal press forming.
The mounting plate 131 is provided inside the fender panel (inside the vehicle body), and extends from the front end of the front portion 13 to the rear end of the front portion 13 while inclining downward; the mounting plate 131 is provided with 2 mounting holes. By this design, the length of the mounting plate 131 on the fender 1 is reduced; thereby reduce the degree of difficulty of fender 1 processing, also improved anterior structural rigidity and intensity of fender 1 simultaneously.
The connecting support 2 is obliquely connected with the mounting plate 131 and the wheel house outer side beam 3 from the front part to the rear part of the fender 1, so that a connecting support cantilever is shorter, matching size chains among parts of the fender assembly are fewer, the space for mounting parts of the fender assembly is reduced, and the space for occupying the design space of parts such as lamps is reduced. Specifically, the connecting bracket 2 is formed from a single piece of sheet metal by a double bend, and includes a first portion 21, an intermediate portion 22, and a second portion 23. The first portion 21 and the second portion 23 are provided at upper and lower ends of both surfaces of the intermediate portion 22, respectively, and the first portion 21 and the second portion 23 are not parallel to each other. The first portion 21 is connected to the mounting plate 131, and the second portion 23 is connected to the wheel house outer side member 3. The design has simple shape, and is easy to form and control the size precision of parts.
In this embodiment, the first portion 21, the intermediate portion 22 and the second portion 23 are provided with flanges 27 on both sides thereof. The connecting bracket 2 is provided with a flanging 27 reinforcing structure, so that the rigidity and the strength of the connecting bracket 2 can be improved.
The surface of the first portion 21 in contact with the mounting plate 131 is provided with a first tongue 215, and the first tongue 215 extends from the head end of the connecting bracket 2 to the junction of the first portion 21 and the intermediate portion 22. Second grooves 213 having the same height as the first groove 215 are formed at both sides of the first groove 215, and a screw hole 25 is formed at each second groove 213. The first portion 21 is fixed to the mounting plate 131 by bolts through the screw holes 213 and the mounting holes. The second portion 22 is provided with a first positioning groove 235, and the positioning groove 235 extends from the connection position of the second portion 23 and the middle portion 22 to the end of the connecting bracket 2.
The 3 surfaces of wheel casing boundary beam are equipped with 2 mounting holes and second location tongue, and 2 mounting holes set up respectively in the both sides of second location tongue, and second location tongue is corresponding with first location tongue 235. The second portion 23 is bolted through the bolt holes 25 and the mounting holes to secure the second portion 23 to the wheel house outer frame 3. The precision of installation is improved through the cooperation of first location tongue 235 with the second location tongue, simultaneously, sets up the second location tongue on the wheel casing boundary beam, reduces the degree of difficulty and the part weight of fender 1 processing to avoid occupying 1 anterior other spare part design spaces of fender.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a still disclose an automobile, including above-mentioned fender assembly.
