the first adjusting structure (4) is used for adjusting the position of the adjusting piece (3) relative to the mounting base body (1) in the width direction of the vehicle body, and the second adjusting structure (5) is used for adjusting the position of the mounting piece (2) in the height direction of the vehicle body.

the mounting base body (1) comprises a first transverse plate (101) and a second transverse plate (102) which are arranged at intervals along the height direction of a vehicle body;
the connecting part (201) is connected to the first transverse plate (101);
the adjusting piece (3) is connected with the second transverse plate (102) through the first adjusting structure (4).

the adjusting piece (3) comprises a first adjusting plate (301) and a second adjusting plate (302) which are orthogonally arranged;
the first adjusting plate (301) and the second transverse plate (102) are connected through the first adjusting structure (4);
the second adjustment plate (302) and the mounting member (2) are connected by the second adjustment structure (5).
4. A fender mounting assembly according to claim 3, wherein:
the first adjusting structure (4) comprises a first connecting hole (401) correspondingly formed in the second transverse plate (102) and the first adjusting plate (301), and a first connecting piece (402) penetrating through the first connecting hole (401);
at least one of the first connecting holes (401) is a strip-shaped hole extending in the width direction of the vehicle body.
5. A fender mounting assembly according to claim 3, wherein:
the mounting part (2) comprises a mounting plate (203), and the fender mounting part (202) comprises a mounting hole formed in the mounting plate (203).
6. A fender mounting assembly according to claim 5, wherein:
the second adjusting structure (5) comprises a second connecting hole (501) correspondingly formed in the mounting plate (203) and the second adjusting plate (302), and a second connecting piece (502) penetrating through the second connecting hole (501);
at least one of the second connecting holes (501) is a strip-shaped hole extending along the height direction of the vehicle body.
7. A fender mounting assembly according to claim 5, wherein:
