Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a conventional frying and roasting machine includes an upper roasting tray assembly (not shown) and a lower roasting tray assembly 1, when in use, food to be roasted is placed in a frying and roasting cavity between the upper roasting tray assembly and the lower roasting tray assembly 1, and in order to ensure the heating effect of the food, the roasting surfaces of the upper roasting tray assembly and the lower roasting tray assembly 1 need to keep a certain distance from the food. However, during the cooking process, the liquid or other substances inside the food can be heated and gasified, so that the volume of the food is expanded continuously, and the fluffy mouthfeel of the cooked food is formed. If the distance between the upper baking tray component and the lower baking tray component 1 can not be adjusted according to the expansion process of food, the upper baking tray component can certainly press the food, and the expansion process and the fluffy taste of the food are influenced. Therefore, the distance between the upper roasting tray assembly and the lower roasting tray assembly 1 needs to be adjusted according to the expansion process of food in the using process of the frying and roasting machine, so that the heating effect of the roasting surface on the food is ensured, and the upper roasting tray assembly cannot press the food.
The current adjusting mode is that the upper roasting tray component is manually lifted, the adjusting cushion block is placed between the upper roasting tray component and the lower roasting tray component 1 for adjustment, and the upper roasting tray component and the lower roasting tray component 1 can be connected through the hinge component 2. Referring to fig. 1, hinge assembly 2 has a movable space in which the connecting position of upper tray assembly and lower tray assembly 1 can move in the direction shown by the double-headed arrow in the figure, thereby adjusting the distance between upper tray assembly and lower tray assembly 1. However, the adjustment process is complicated and cannot automatically and timely adjust the distance according to the expansion process of the food. And the current adjusting cushion block can not ensure that the baking surfaces of the upper baking tray component and the lower baking tray component 1 are kept in a parallel state, so that the heating temperature of food is uneven, the baking taste of the food is influenced, and the comfort of user experience is reduced.
In order to solve the above technical problem, referring to fig. 3 to 14, an embodiment of the present invention provides a frying and baking machine, which includes an upper baking tray assembly 10 and a lower baking tray assembly 20 rotatably connected to each other, and a frying and baking cavity 40 for placing food is formed between the upper baking tray assembly 10 and the lower baking tray assembly 20.

The specific value of the distance between adjacent driving positions can be selected within the above range according to the needs, and the embodiment is not limited thereto.
Further, referring to fig. 10, 11 and 14, the floating assembly 33 provided in the present embodiment includes a floating member 331, and an abutting member 332 and a connecting member 333 provided on the floating member 331; the connecting end of the connecting piece 333 is connected with the upper grill pan assembly 10, and the abutting end of the abutting piece 332 extends toward the upper grill pan assembly 10.
The driving component 32 abuts against the floating component 331, and the floating component 331 drives the abutting component 332 and the connecting component 333 to move along a preset direction; the connecting member 333 drives the upper grill pan assembly 10, and the abutting member 332 abuts against the upper grill pan assembly 10 and moves along a predetermined direction, so as to adjust the distance between the upper grill pan assembly 10 and the lower grill pan assembly 20. An escape through hole 318 is formed on one side of the housing 31 facing the upper grill pan assembly 10 for the abutting piece 332 and the connecting piece 333 to pass through.
It should be noted that the floating component 33 is located in the accommodating cavity 317, the floating component 331 is located at a side close to the driving component 32, and the connecting component 333 and the abutting component 332 on the floating component 331 are located at a side close to the upper grill plate component 10. Both the attachment members 333 and the abutment members 332 extend from the housing 31 and extend toward the upper grate assembly 10. The connecting piece 333 is connected with the upper roasting tray component 10, the abutting piece 332 passes through the avoiding through hole 318 under the driving of the floating piece 331 and abuts against the upper roasting tray component 10 when moving upwards along the preset direction, and the upper roasting tray component 10 is driven to move along the preset direction through the connecting piece 333 and the abutting piece 332, so that the moving stability of the upper roasting tray component 10 is ensured.
Wherein, referring to fig. 1, the rotational connection of the upper tray assembly 10 and the lower tray assembly 20 is achieved by at least one hinge assembly 50. The hinge assembly 50 comprises a hinge member 51 connected with the upper tray assembly 10 and a hinge seat 52 connected with the lower tray assembly 20; the hinge 51 is rotatably connected with the hinge seat 52, and the hinge 51 rotates on the hinge seat 52 at the rotation center thereof; the connecting end of the link 333 is connected to the hinge 51.
When the frying and roasting machine is used, a user can firstly drive the floating assembly 33 to move upwards to a first height position by using the driving assembly 32 according to the volume of food to be roasted, and at this time, the accommodating cavity 317 also has the first height. The upper roasting tray assembly 10 is rotated relative to the lower roasting tray assembly 20 by the hinge assembly 50, the frying cavity 40 is opened, food to be roasted is placed in the frying cavity 40, and the upper roasting tray assembly 10 is covered again. In the process of baking food, the volume of the food is continuously increased, and at this time, there are two ways of adjusting the distance between the upper roasting tray assembly 10 and the lower roasting tray assembly 20: first, the user rotates the driving shaft 323, and the driving assembly 32 drives the floating assembly 33 to move up to a second height position (the second height is greater than the first height), and the accommodating chamber 317 has a second height to accommodate the expanded food. In this case, the power for moving the upper tray assembly 10 upward is derived from the driving assembly 32. The second is that the supporting member 325 of the driving member 32 keeps the first height constant, and the food expands to push against the upper heating surface 11 of the upper grill plate 10, so that the upper grill plate 10 moves upward, and the upper grill plate 10 further drives the floating member 33 to move upward through the connecting member 333 when moving upward, thereby realizing the floating process of the floating member 33, and the floating member 33 floats upward with the first height as the starting point. In this case, the power for moving the upper tray assembly 10 upward is derived from the expanded food.
It should be noted that, during the food heating process, the user can also adjust the floating reference height of the floating assembly 33 driven by the driving assembly 32 according to the food expansion rate, for example, in the above description, the floating assembly 33 floats based on the first height, if the food expansion rate is higher in some feasible embodiments, the driving assembly 32 can be used to drive the floating assembly 33 to the second height position in advance, so that the floating reference height of the floating assembly 33 is the second height, i.e., different adjustment steps of the driving assembly 32 are adjusted. In practice, the height of the driving assembly 32 and the floating assembly 33 can be adjusted by the user according to the volume of the food before cooking and the expansion rate during the cooking, and the specific value of the height is not limited in this embodiment, and is not limited to the above example.
In an implementation manner, the connecting piece 333 of the floating assembly 33 is connected with the upper grill pan assembly 10 through the hinge 51, the floating assembly 33 is driven by the upper grill pan assembly 10 to move to at least two floating positions with different heights along a preset direction, and the distance between the adjacent floating positions is 1-10 mm. The floating assembly 33 provided in this embodiment may also have different floating positions, that is, floating positions with different heights, and the specific value of the distance between adjacent floating positions may be adjusted as needed, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8 and 14, the abutting point of the abutting end of the abutting piece 332 of the floating assembly 33 on the upper grill pan assembly 10 and the connecting point of the connecting end of the connecting piece 333 on the upper grill pan assembly 10 are spaced apart from each other on the upper grill pan assembly 10.
It should be noted that the connection point of the connection end of the connection piece 333 and the upper grill pan assembly 10 may be located on the outer peripheral wall of the upper grill pan assembly 10, and the abutting end of the abutting piece 332 may be located at the side of the center position of the upper grill pan assembly 10 relative to the connection point, so that the two are located at different positions of the upper grill pan assembly 10. In practical use, the abutting points and the connecting points may also be other different positions on the upper grill plate assembly 10, and this embodiment is not limited to this, and is not limited to the above example.
When the frying and roasting machine is used, the connecting piece 333 is connected with the upper roasting tray component 10 and is fixed from the position of the connecting point, and when the floating piece 331 drives the abutting piece 332 to abut against the upper roasting tray component 10, the abutting piece 332 pushes the abutting piece 332 to move upwards along the preset direction from the position of the abutting point. Because the connecting piece 333 and the abutting piece 332 are both connected to the floating piece 331, when the floating component 33 pushes the upper roasting tray component 10, the connecting piece 333 and the floating piece 331 form stable abutting and connection relations similar to a triangle on the upper roasting tray component 10, and the floating piece 331, the connection point and the abutting point form three vertexes of the triangle respectively, so that the upper roasting tray component 10 is moved by a stable connection structure, the stability of the connection and moving processes is ensured, the thickness of the frying and roasting machine is consistent in use, and the condition of uneven thickness cannot occur.
As a possible embodiment, the distance between the abutting point of the abutting end on the upper bakeware component 10 and the connecting point of the connecting end on the upper bakeware component 10 is the distance shown in a in fig. 14, and the value of the distance a may be 20-80 mm. Preferably, the distance a may range from 35 to 45 mm. In practical use, the user may select a specific value of the distance between the abutting point and the connecting point within the above value range, and the specific value is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, referring to fig. 11, in the driving assembly 32 of the present embodiment, one side of the driven member 322 facing the floating assembly 33 has a top surface, one side of the floating member 331 facing the driving assembly 32 has a floating surface, and when the driven member 322 is driven by the driving member 321 to abut against the floating assembly 33, the top surface abuts against the floating surface.
It should be noted that the floating member 331 and the driven member 322 of the present embodiment are abutted to each other in a surface-to-surface manner, and the abutting surface can effectively increase the abutting area of the two with respect to the abutting point, thereby ensuring the stability when the driven member 322 drives the floating member 331 to move, and effectively avoiding the problem of tilting or deflection when the floating member 331 and the upper grill pan assembly 10 move upwards.
As a possible embodiment, the upper tray assembly 10 is provided with an upper heating surface 11 facing the frying cavity 40, the lower tray assembly 20 is provided with a lower heating surface 21 facing the frying cavity 40, and when the upper tray assembly 10 and the lower tray assembly 20 are engaged with each other, the upper heating surface 11, the lower heating surface 21, the abutting surface and the floating surface are all parallel to each other.
It should be noted that, as can be seen from the above description of the driving assembly 32, the upper heating surface 11 and the lower heating surface 21 are parallel to each other to ensure the heating uniformity of the food, and the upper heating surface 11, the lower heating surface 21, the abutting surface and the floating surface are parallel to each other, which not only ensures that the distances between the positions in the frying cavity 40 and the upper heating surface 11 and the lower heating surface 21 are equal, thereby ensuring the heating uniformity of the food before the height adjustment of the frying and roasting machine, but also ensures that the abutting surface and the floating surface are parallel to the upper heating surface 11 (or the lower heating surface 21) at the same time, thereby ensuring the distances between the positions in the frying cavity 40 and the upper heating surface 11 and the lower heating surface 21 are equal during the movement of the upper roasting plate assembly 10, thereby ensuring the heating uniformity of the food during the height adjustment of the frying and roasting machine, and ensuring the roasting taste of the food to the greatest extent.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11, the floating assembly 33 provided in this embodiment may further include at least one floating guide assembly 334, wherein a guide direction of the floating guide assembly 334 is located in a preset direction; the floating member 331 is engaged with the floating guide member 334 and moves in a predetermined direction by being abutted by the driving member 32.
The floating guide assembly 334 comprises a floating guide through hole 334a formed on the housing 31, the abutting piece 332 penetrates through the floating guide through hole 334a and extends towards the upper roasting tray assembly 10, and a floating guide bearing is further arranged between the floating guide through hole 334a and the abutting piece 332; the extending directions of the abutting piece 332 and the floating guide through hole 334a are both in a predetermined direction, and the abutting piece 332 is driven by the floating piece 331 to move along the predetermined direction.
It should be noted that, when the driving component 32 drives the floating component 33 to move upwards along the predetermined direction, the floating guide through hole 334a in the floating guide component 334 can limit the path and direction of the movement of the abutting piece 332, and prevent the abutting piece 332 from deflecting or dislocating, thereby ensuring that the abutting piece 332 can be accurately abutted against the abutting point of the upper grill assembly 10, and ensuring the stability when the abutting piece 332 and the connecting piece 333 drive the upper grill assembly 10 to move upwards.
As a possible implementation manner, when the driving component 32 does not abut against the floating component 331, the distance between the abutting end of the abutting component 332 and the upper grill component 10 is the distance shown by b in fig. 14, and the value of the distance b ranges from 1 mm to 50 mm. Preferably, the distance b is in the range of 1-35 mm. The distance b can determine the range of the upper grill pan assembly 10 moving up and floating, so in practical use, a user can limit the specific value of the distance between the abutting end and the upper grill pan assembly 10 within the above-mentioned value range according to the expansion degree of the food, and the specific value is not limited in this embodiment.
As a possible embodiment, the abutment member 332 is a rod-shaped structure, and the diameter of the abutment member 332 is 3-20 mm. Preferably, the abutment 332 has a diameter of 5-8 mm. The abutting member 332 may be a rod-shaped structure, where the rod-shaped structure may be a round rod, and the abutting member 332 needs to abut against the upper grill pan assembly 10 and move the upper grill pan assembly 10, so if the diameter of the abutting member 332 is smaller, the mechanical strength of the abutting member is not strong enough to ensure the movement of the upper grill pan assembly 10, and if the diameter of the abutting member is too large, the manufacturing cost of the grill machine is increased, and the volume of the entire height adjusting assembly 30 is increased. Therefore, in practical use, the user can select a specific value of the diameter of the abutment member 332 within the above-mentioned range of values according to the material of the abutment member 332 and practical requirements, and the specific value is not limited in this embodiment. Further, the abutment member 332 may also be a square bar or other irregular bar-shaped structure, and in this case, the mechanical strength of the abutment member 332 and the manufacturing cost can be ensured by limiting the cross-sectional area of the abutment member.
As an alternative embodiment, the floating assembly 33 includes a plurality of floating guide assemblies 334, and the plurality of floating guide assemblies 334 are spaced apart in the accommodating chamber 317 in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction. The floating assembly 33 provided by this embodiment is provided with a plurality of floating guide assemblies 334, and the plurality of floating guide assemblies 334 are arranged at intervals, so that the moving direction of the abutting member 332 can be limited at each position along the direction perpendicular to the preset direction, and the stability of the connecting member 333 and the upper grill pan assembly 10 abutting against the connecting member 333 in moving is improved.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the height adjusting assembly 30 may further include a locking assembly 60, wherein the locking assembly 60 abuts against the driving member 321 for locking or unlocking the abutting state of the driving member 321 against the floating assembly 33. When the frying and baking machine provided by the embodiment is used, the driving assembly 32 needs to drive the floating assembly 33 to adjust the height of the whole frying and baking cavity 40, and when the height is maintained, food is placed in the frying and baking cavity 40, and the floating height of the floating assembly 33 is adjusted according to the volume change of the food baking process, so that the baking base is completed when the height of the frying and baking cavity 40 is maintained. The height adjusting assembly 30 of the present embodiment locks the pushing state of the driving assembly 32 to the floating assembly 33 through the locking assembly 60, so as to achieve the purpose of maintaining the height of the frying and roasting chamber 40.
Specifically, the locking assembly 60 is located in the mounting cavity 325a of the support 325, and the locking assembly 60 may include a locking body 61 having a receiving groove 611, and a locking member 63 and at least one elastic member 62 located in the receiving groove 611, wherein the receiving groove 611 faces the driving member 321. The two ends of the elastic member 62 are respectively connected to the inner wall of the receiving groove 611 and the locking member 63, and at least a portion of the locking member 63 extends out of the opening of the receiving groove 611 under the elastic force of the elastic member 62 and abuts against the driving member 321.
It should be noted that the shape and size of the recess of the containing groove 611 facing the driving element 321, the cavity of the containing groove 611 and the recess can be set according to the requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment. The elastic element 62 disposed inside the receiving groove 611 may be a spring and/or a resilient sheet, one end of the elastic element 62 may be connected to the locking element 63, and specifically may be connected to an end of the locking element 63 facing a bottom side of the receiving groove 611, and the other end of the elastic element 62 may be connected to an inner wall of the receiving groove 611, and specifically may be connected to the bottom of the receiving groove 611. At least part of the locking member 63 protrudes from the notch to abut on the driver 321, thereby forming a locked state. The resilient member 62 is now in compression at all times.
A stopping portion (not shown) may be further disposed on a side wall of the locking member 63, and when the locking member 63 moves towards the notch side of the accommodating groove 611, the stopping portion may stop at the notch position to prevent the locking member 63 from coming out of the accommodating groove 611, so as to maintain the structural stability of the locking assembly 60. The distance between the stopping portion and the notch defines the length of the locking assembly 60 extending out of the notch, so in practical use, a user can set the depth of the containing groove 611 and the distance between the stopping portion and the notch according to the distance between the end of the locking member 63 and the driving member 321, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, the driving member 321 and the locking member 63 are abutted by the engaging member 70, and the engaging member 70 includes an engaging groove 71 provided on one of the locking member 63 and the driving member 321, and an engaging piece 72 provided on the other of the locking member 63 and the driving member 321. In the present embodiment, the engaging groove 71 is disposed on the driving member 321, and the engaging member 72 is disposed on the locking member 63, which is described and illustrated as an example, in practical use, a user may need to change the disposition positions of the engaging groove 71 and the engaging member 72.
The driving member 321 is provided with a plurality of engaging grooves 71, and the plurality of engaging grooves 71 are spaced along the outer circumference of the driving member 321. The abutment positions with the driver 321 are each on the outer periphery of the driver 321, because the driver 321 rotates along its own axis when operating. The plurality of engaging grooves 71 are spaced along the outer circumference of the driving member 321, so that different engaging grooves 71 can be selectively engaged with the engaging pieces 72 when the driving member 321 rotates. When the engaging piece 72 is engaged with the engaging groove 71, the locking state of the locking assembly 60 is established, and when the engaging piece 72 is disengaged from the engaging groove 71, the unlocking state of the locking assembly 60 is established.
It should be noted that the number of the engaging grooves 71 and the distance between adjacent engaging grooves 71 can be set as required, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
Next, the operation of the locking assembly 60 will be described by taking fig. 12 as an example, and fig. 12 shows a state where the engaging member 72 of the locking assembly 60 is engaged with the engaging groove 71, at this time, the locking assembly 60 locks the driving assembly 32, and the driving assembly 32 is naturally subjected to the locking force of the locking assembly 60 to maintain the engagement state of the driving gear and the driven rack. When the driven member 322 of the driving assembly 32 needs to be moved upward, the driving gear rotates by rotating the driving shaft 323 counterclockwise, the engaging force of the engaging assembly 70 is gradually reduced, the engaging piece 72 and the engaging groove 71 are disengaged from each other, and when the driving gear rotates, the engaging piece 72 is engaged again in the engaging groove 71 adjacent to the driving gear in the clockwise direction, and the locking state is achieved again. The driving gear rotates anticlockwise so as to drive the driven rack to move upwards.
In an embodiment, the engagement groove 71 is formed on the pinion gear of the drive element 321 or on the drive shaft 323. The operation of the locking assembly 60 is described above by taking the engaging groove 71 formed on the driving member 321 as an example, in practical use, the engaging groove 71 may be formed on the driving shaft 323, and a user may set the position according to the position relationship between the locking assembly 60 and the driving gear and the driving shaft 323, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In an embodiment, the engaging surfaces of the engaging groove 71 and the engaging member 72 are arc-shaped surfaces or V-shaped surfaces. It should be noted that, the engaging surfaces of the engaging groove 71 and the engaging piece 72 need to be ensured to be engaged with or disengaged from each other easily, when the engaging surfaces are arc-shaped surfaces, the engaging surfaces are arc-shaped structures, and when the engaging surfaces are V-shaped surfaces, the engaging surfaces are oblique-cut structures, which are both beneficial to the engaging piece 72 being disengaged from or engaged into the engaging groove 71, thereby improving the operation convenience of the locking assembly 60.
Referring to fig. 3 and 14, the upper tray assembly 10 and the lower tray assembly 20 provided in this embodiment are connected by at least one hinge assembly 50, and the hinge assembly 50 is located at a side between the upper tray assembly 10 and the lower tray assembly 20 close to the height adjusting assembly 30.
The hinge assembly 50 includes a hinge member 51 connected to the upper tray assembly 10 and a hinge seat 52 connected to the lower tray assembly 20. The hinge member 51 is rotatably coupled to the hinge base 52, and the hinge member 51 rotates on the hinge base 52 with its own rotation center.
It should be noted that the hinge member 51 can be connected to the upper grill pan rotating shaft in the upper grill pan assembly 10, and the hinge seat 52 can be connected to the base in the lower grill pan assembly 20. The upper roasting tray assembly 10 and the lower roasting tray assembly 20 are connected through the hinge assembly 50, and the upper roasting tray assembly 10 is driven to rotate relative to the lower roasting tray assembly 20 to be connected by utilizing the rotation of the hinge piece 51 in the hinge seat 52, so that the operation process of the frying and roasting machine is simplified, the acting force required in the opening and closing process of the frying and roasting cavity 40 of the frying and roasting machine is reduced, and the operability of the frying and roasting machine is improved.
Specifically, the hinge seat 52 has a hinge cavity 521 therein, the hinge cavity 521 extends in a predetermined direction, and the hinge member 51 is connected in the hinge cavity 521. The hinge member 51 is connected to the height adjustment assembly 30, and when the height adjustment assembly 30 adjusts the distance between the upper grill pan assembly 10 and the lower grill pan assembly 20, the hinge member 51 moves in a predetermined direction in the hinge chamber 521 under the driving of the height adjustment assembly 30.
Further, the connecting end of the connecting member 333 of the floating assembly 33 is connected with the hinge 51. When the floating assembly 33 moves toward the upper grill plate assembly 10 under the abutting action of the follower 322, the abutting end abuts against the upper grill plate assembly 10.
It should be noted that the hinge chamber 521 may be an oblong structure, and the extending direction of the oblong structure is located in a preset direction. During the operation of the height adjustment assembly 30, the driving assembly 32 drives the floating assembly 33 to move upward, and the connecting member 333 can drive the hinge member 51 to move in a predetermined direction in the hinge chamber 521. When the floating assembly 33 is in the first height position, the hinged connection of the upper tray assembly 10 and the lower tray assembly 20 can still be achieved based on the hinge member 51 being located in the hinge cavity 521. The hinge assembly 50 can be adapted to the adjustment process of the height adjustment assembly 30, ensuring the structural stability of the grill.
In an embodiment, a plurality of hinge assemblies 50 are disposed between the upper tray assembly 10 and the lower tray assembly 20, and the hinge assemblies 50 are spaced along the periphery of the frying machine between the upper tray assembly 10 and the lower tray assembly 20. The hinge assemblies 50 are rotatably connected to the upper tray assembly 10 and the lower tray assembly 20 together, so that the hinge stability of the two can be improved.
Referring to fig. 8, the height adjustment assembly 30 of the present embodiment is provided to be fixed to the toaster in an integrated mounting manner. Specifically, the housing 31 and the frying and baking machine are detachably connected through a mounting assembly, the mounting assembly includes at least one first mounting part 311 disposed on the housing 31 and at least one second mounting part 22 disposed on the frying and baking machine, and the second mounting part 22 is disposed on the lower baking tray assembly 20 of the frying and baking machine.
It should be noted that, when the frying and roasting machine is in operation, the upper roasting tray assembly 10 moves in a predetermined direction relative to the lower roasting tray assembly 20, so that the height adjusting assembly 30 is disposed on the lower roasting tray assembly 20 to effectively prevent the upper roasting tray assembly 10 from affecting the installation stability of the height adjusting assembly 30 when moving.
As a possible embodiment, the first mounting part 311 and the second mounting part 22 are connected by a fastener and/or a snap. The height adjusting component 30 and the lower baking tray component 20 are connected by adopting a fixing piece or a buckling mode, so that the replacement and the maintenance of the height adjusting component 30 can be facilitated. And the height adjusting assembly 30 is detachably mounted in an integrated manner, so that the operation process of assembling the height adjusting assembly 30 with the frying and baking machine can be greatly reduced, and the preparation efficiency of the frying and baking machine is improved. Furthermore, the height adjusting assembly 30 can also be installed on the existing frying and baking machine with the upper roasting tray assembly 10 and the lower roasting tray assembly 20, so that the problem that the height of the frying and baking cavity 40 cannot be flexibly adjusted in the existing frying and baking machine is solved, and the practicability and the applicability are higher.
Further, the mounting assembly includes a plurality of first mounting members 311 and a plurality of second mounting members 22, and the plurality of first mounting members 311 and the plurality of second mounting members 22 are connected in a one-to-one correspondence. The plurality of first mounting parts 311 and the plurality of second mounting parts 22 can improve the mounting stability of the housing 31 on the lower grill plate assembly 20, and the specific number of the first mounting parts 311 and the second mounting parts 22 is not limited in this embodiment.
Also, a plurality of first mounting pieces 311 may be provided on the housing 31 at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the preset direction. The second mounting part 22 is correspondingly arranged on the lower roasting plate component 20. The plurality of first mounting pieces 311 fix the housing 31 in a direction perpendicular to the preset direction, effectively preventing it from shaking or shifting.
The housing 31 includes an upper cover 315 and a lower cover 316, the upper cover 315 and the lower cover 316 are buckled to each other to form a receiving chamber 317 therebetween; the first mounting part 311 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of first mounting parts 311 are all provided on the upper cover 315, or the plurality of first mounting parts 311 are all provided on the lower cover 316. By arranging all the first mounting members 311 on the upper cover 315 or the lower cover 316, the difficulty in processing the housing 31 can be greatly reduced and the processing procedure can be simplified, and because the upper cover 315 and the lower cover 316 are separate structures, if a plurality of first mounting members 311 are arranged on the upper cover 315 and the lower cover 316, respectively, the mounting stability of the housing 31 can be reduced when the upper cover 315 and the lower cover 316 are separated. Therefore, in the embodiment, the first mounting member 311 is disposed on the upper cover 315 in its entirety, and in practical use, the first mounting member 311 may also be disposed on the lower cover 316 in its entirety, and the user may set the first mounting member according to the specific structure and size of the upper cover 315 and the lower cover 316, which is not limited in the embodiment.
The first mounting part 311 includes at least one first mounting part 311a and at least one second mounting part 311b, and the first mounting part 311a and the second mounting part 311b are respectively located at different height positions of the housing 31 along a preset direction. When the height adjusting assembly 30 is used, the internal driving assembly 32 can drive the floating assembly 33 to move along the preset direction, so that the installation stability of the height adjusting assembly 30 on the preset direction can be ensured, the first installation part 311a and the second installation part 311b can be respectively arranged at different height positions of the shell 31 along the preset direction, the shell 31 is limited from different height positions, and the problem of shaking or shifting caused by the action force of the movement of the driving assembly 32 when the height adjusting assembly is used is prevented. The specific mounting heights of the first mounting portion 311a and the second mounting portion 311b may be set as desired, and the embodiment does not limit this.
Specifically, the housing 31 has a first outer wall 313 and a second outer wall 314 facing different directions, when the height adjustment assembly 30 is disposed on the toaster, the first outer wall 313 faces the toaster, the first mounting portion 311a is disposed on the first outer wall 313, and the second mounting portion 311b is disposed on the second outer wall 314.
It should be noted that the housing 31 may have a cubic structure as shown in fig. 11, the first outer wall surface 313 and the second outer wall surface 314 may have different side wall surfaces of a cube, and in practical use, the housing 31 may have other structures as long as it has outer wall surfaces with different orientations. By providing the first mounting portion 311a and the second mounting portion 311b on the outer wall surfaces in different directions, the housing 31 can be fixed from all directions, thereby improving the stability of connection between the housing 31 and the lower grill pan assembly 20.
Further, since the abutting member 332 of the floating assembly 33 is directly abutted against the upper grill pan assembly 10, in the conventional grill machine, in order to avoid the problem of food sticking, an anti-sticking coating is generally disposed on the upper heating surface 11 and/or the lower heating surface 21. The abutting member 332 may be repeatedly abutted against the upper grill pan assembly 10 for a long time and many times, which may damage the surface coating of the upper grill pan assembly 10 at a position close to the upper grill pan rotation shaft, and may affect the integrity of the anti-sticking coating, thereby not only reducing the aesthetic property of the frying and baking machine, but also causing the problem that food is stuck in the damaged area. To solve this problem, the wear-proof member 80 is disposed between the abutting end of the abutting member 332 and the upper grill plate assembly 10.
As an achievable embodiment, the wear-resistant piece 80 may be a wear-resistant resin piece and/or a wear-resistant rubber piece.
