the baking tray (200) is movably arranged in the baking cavity (101);
the moving component is movably arranged on the oven main body (100) and can move relative to the oven main body (100), and the moving component is connected with the baking tray (200) or can be abutted against the baking tray (200);
the driving mechanism is arranged in the oven main body and is in transmission connection with the moving assembly, and the driving mechanism can drive the moving assembly to drive the baking tray (200) to move towards the outside of the baking cavity (101).

The oven according to claim 1, characterized in that the moving assembly comprises a moving frame (110) movably mounted on the oven main body (100), the moving frame (110) can move back and forth along the side wall of the oven main body (100), the moving frame (110) is connected with the baking tray (200) or the moving frame (110) can abut against the baking tray (200), and the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the moving frame (110).
