Second layer separation, inertial separation and centrifugal separation: after the first layer separation, the remaining oil fume with lighter weight is subjected to the centrifugal force and the attraction force at the same time, but the relative attraction force is larger than the centrifugal force. One part of the oil smoke flows to the adjacent annular fan blades through the through holes, and is gathered with other oil smoke or oil smoke particles into larger oil smoke particles to flow downwards under the action of inertia, and the oil smoke particles are thrown out of the annular fan blades at a higher tangential speed again under the action of centrifugal force.
Third layer separation, cyclonic centrifugal force and secondary vortex generation of concentric tubes: the concentric tube inner wall rotates to form a cyclone, the concentric tube is a low-pressure area, fluid or particles and the like in the tube move towards the tube wall under the action of centrifugal force, the tube wall forms high tangential velocity, and part of oil smoke is blocked from flowing upwards. Fourth layer separation, separation of secondary vortex generating assembly: the secondary vortex generating component at one end of the concentric tube generates flow field separation on the remaining oil smoke, and partial oil smoke is blocked by the vortex which does not flow upwards and rotate automatically due to the instability of the flow field to capture the oil smoke by means of the flow field separation.
