一种转子精加工碎屑处理装置，包括机架，所述机架前端设有定位架，所述定位架下方设有滚轮架，所述机架后端设有刀架，所述刀架包括固定设置于所述机架上的刀架固定座和活动设置于所述机架上的刀架活动座，所述刀架活动座前端设有刀头，所述刀架活动座两侧设有与空气压缩机相连的气管。
所述定位架包括与机架固定连接的固定板，所述固定板上端活动连接有活动板，所述固定板底端和活动板顶端分别设有一皮带轮，所述两个皮带轮之间安装有皮带，所述活动板和固定板底端的皮带轮分别通过电机驱动。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：该转子精加工碎屑处理装置通过设于刀架活动座两侧设有与空气压缩机相连的气管将转子精加工后产生的粉末碎屑吹走，有效提高转子精加工的生产效率。

转子精加工碎屑处理装置的运行过程中，操作者将待精加工的电子转子放在滚轮架3上，随后启动刀架2和定位架4，定位架4将电机转子抵在滚轮架3上，起到对电机转子的定位并驱动电机转子转动，此时刀架活动座24向前，利用刀头21对电机转子表面进行精加工，电机转子精加工的过程中，与空气压缩机相连的气管22吹去电机转子表面产生的粉末碎屑。
所述定位架4包括与机架1固定连接的固定板41，所述固定板41上端活动连接有活动板42，所述固定板41底端和活动板42顶端分别设有一皮带轮43，所述两个皮带轮43之间安装有皮带44，所述活动板42和固定板41底端的皮带轮43分别通过电机驱动，电机驱动活动板42转动和皮带轮43和旋转，活动板42转动至皮带轮43可与电机转子接触的位置，此时皮带轮43带动电机转子在滚轮架3上转动。
本实用新型提供的转子精加工碎屑处理装置通过设于刀架活动座两侧设有与空气压缩机相连的气管将转子精加工后产生的粉末碎屑吹走，有效提高转子精加工的生产效率。
