a first sensor (191) and a second sensor (192), the second sensor (192) disposed at a bottom of the silo, the first sensor (191) disposed above the second sensor (192);
wherein the first sensor (191) and the second sensor (192) are respectively used for detecting whether the packing bag is in the bin at the respective positions.
