Abstract

背景技术
电动工具包括具有输出轴的电动机,输出轴上附接有小齿轮以将扭矩从电动机传递至变速器。有时,风扇可旋转地耦合至输出轴以在输出轴旋转时冷却电动机。
实用新型内容
在一方面,本实用新型提出了一种电动工具,其包括:包括输出轴的电动机,包括变速器壳体的变速器,能够响应于从变速器接收扭矩而旋转的主轴,以及,耦合至输出轴的小齿轮。小齿轮包括:衬套部分,用于驱动变速器的齿形部分,以及在衬套部分与齿形部分之间的圆柱形部分。旋转电动工具还包括:风扇,其耦合至小齿轮的衬套部分;以及,轴承,其布置在圆柱形部分与变速器壳体之间以用于可旋转地支撑小齿轮和输出轴。

在详细描述本实用新型的各实施方式之前,应理解的是,本实用新型并不将其应用局限于在以下说明书中所描述的或在下图中所示的具体构造和部件布置。本实用新型能够有其他的实施方式,并且能够以各种方式来实现或实施。另外,还应理解的是,本文所使用的措辞和术语是出于描述的目的,它们不应被视为是限制性的。
具体实施方式
如在图1中示意性显示的,电动工具(比如旋转电动工具10)包括壳体14,位于壳体14上的触发器16,电动机18,多级行星变速器22,以及主轴24。当操作人员按下触发器16时,主轴24经由变速器22从电动机18接收扭矩。如图2中所示,电动机18包括定子26和转子30。在所示实施方式中,转子30包括从定子26伸出的电动机输出轴34,以及被耦合(例如,通过过盈配合、压合等等)以便与电动机输出轴34一起旋转的小齿轮42。在其他实施方式中,比如图4中所示的实施方式中,小齿轮42与输出轴34一体形成。
如图2和图3中所示,小齿轮42包括:衬套部分46,齿形部分50,以及在衬套部分46与齿形部分50之间的圆柱形部分54。衬套部分46被配置成将具有叶片60的风扇58可旋转地耦合至小齿轮42。在所示实施方式中,衬套部分46包括花键62,并且风扇58包括与衬套部分46的花键62接合的相应花键64(如图2A中所示),由此确保了风扇58与小齿轮42一起旋转。齿形部分50被配置为太阳轮,其与多级行星变速器22的多个行星齿轮66啮合。变速器22包括变速器壳体70,其具有开口74,小齿轮42的齿形部分50延伸通过开口74。
在变速器壳体70面向电动机18的一侧上,变速器壳体70限定了用于容纳轴承82的凹槽78,轴承82具有内圈86,外圈90,以及在内圈86和外圈90之间的多个滚子94。轴承82被设置在小齿轮42的圆柱形部分54上,以用于在变速器壳体70上可旋转地支撑小齿轮42和输出轴34,变速器壳体70进而由电动工具壳体14支撑。在一些实施方式中,内圈86过盈配合或压合至圆柱形部分54,并且外圈90在凹槽78内滑动配合至变速器壳体70。
在操作时,操作人员按下电动工具10的触发器16,这将启动电动机18并使得输出轴34和小齿轮42旋转。风扇58也通过其与衬套部分46的连接而旋转,这导致叶片60通过电动机18产生冷却气流。当小齿轮42旋转时,旋转的齿形部分50驱动变速器22的行星齿轮,最终使得主轴24响应于从变速器接收扭矩22而旋转。

Claims (20)
1.一种电动工具,其特征在于,包括:
电动机,其具有输出轴;
变速器,其具有变速器壳体;
主轴,其能够响应于从所述变速器接收扭矩而旋转;
小齿轮,其耦合至所述输出轴,所述小齿轮具有:
衬套部分,
齿形部分,其用于驱动所述变速器,以及
圆柱形部分,其位于所述衬套部分与齿形部分之间;
风扇,其耦合至所述小齿轮的衬套部分;以及
轴承,其布置在所述圆柱形部分与所述变速器壳体之间,以用于可旋转地支撑所述小齿轮和所述输出轴。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述轴承具有:
内圈,其耦合至所述圆柱形部分;以及
外圈,其耦合至所述变速器壳体。
3.如权利要求2所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述内圈压合或过盈配合至所述小齿轮的所述圆柱形部分。
4.如权利要求2所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述外圈滑动配合至所述变速器壳体。
5.如权利要求2所述的电动工具,其特征在于,还包括位于所述内圈和所述外圈之间的多个滚子。
6.如权利要求1所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述衬套部分具有花键,并且其中,所述风扇具有与所述衬套部分的所述花键接合的相应花键。
7.如权利要求1所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述变速器为具有多个行星齿轮的行星变速器。
8.如权利要求7所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述变速器壳体具有开口,所述小齿轮的齿形部分延伸通过所述开口,并且其中,所述小齿轮的齿形部分被配置为太阳轮,其与所述行星齿轮相啮合。
9.如权利要求8所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述变速器壳体限定了凹槽,所述轴承布置在所述凹槽中,并且其中,所述凹槽邻近所述开口。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述小齿轮压合或过盈配合至所述输出轴。

12.一种电动工具,其特征在于,包括:
电动机,其具有输出轴;
变速器,其具有变速器壳体;
主轴,其能够响应于从所述变速器接收扭矩而旋转;
小齿轮,其耦合至所述输出轴,所述小齿轮具有:
衬套部分,其具有花键,
齿形部分,其用于驱动所述变速器,以及
圆柱形部分,其在所述衬套部分与所述齿形部分之间;
风扇,其具有相应花键,所述相应花键将所述风扇耦合至所述衬套部分的所述花键,从而便于所述风扇与所述衬套部分一起旋转;以及
轴承,其可旋转地支撑所述小齿轮和所述输出轴,所述轴承具有:
内圈,其耦合至所述小齿轮的所述圆柱形部分,
外圈,其耦合至所述变速器壳体,以及
多个滚子,其位于所述内圈与所述外圈之间。
13.如权利要求12所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述内圈压合或过盈配合于所述小齿轮的所述圆柱形部分。
14.如权利要求12所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述外圈滑动配合至所述变速器壳体。
15.如权利要求12所述的电动工具,其特征在于,所述变速器为具有多个行星齿轮的行星变速器。
