如图5所示，早期保险杠与翼子板配合处翻边结构，此翻边结构根部在保险杠在外表面处，注塑时容易在保险杠外表面产生缩痕，影响产品外观质量，同时翻边强度较弱。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型提供一种新型保险杠翻边防缩痕结构。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种新型保险杠翻边防缩痕结构，呈Z字型的翻边位于保险杠本体的端部，且翻边与保险杠本体一体化成型。
进一步地，所述的翻边与所述的保险杠本体之间设有加强筋。
进一步地，所述的翻边与所述的保险杠本体一体化注塑成型。
进一步地，所述的翻边的Z字型结构的折弯角度为120°。

如图1至图4，一种新型保险杠翻边防缩痕结构，呈Z字型的翻边2位于保险杠本体1的端部，且翻边2与保险杠本体1一体化成型。
作为本实施例的改进，如图4所示，所述的翻边2与所述的保险杠本体1之间设有加强筋3。所述的翻边2的Z字型结构的折弯角度为120°，即翻边2Z字的两处的夹角为120°。
进一步地，所述的翻边2与所述的保险杠本体1一体化注塑成型。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型保险杠翻边防缩痕结构，其特征在于：所述的翻边（2）的Z字型结构的折弯角度为120°。
