Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构,其设置于该机架与该电源供应器之间,该机架二侧纵向分别设有二左支架以及二右支架,该滑轨结构包含有二内滑轨及二外滑轨,其中一内滑轨横向固定在该二左支架,而另一内滑轨横向固定在该二右支架,该二外滑轨分别横向锁固于该电源供应器的两侧侧边上,且该等外滑轨与相对应的内滑轨相互套接,借此,利用该滑轨结构让该电源供应器在该机架内不会左右晃动,可加强其稳固性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及滑轨结构技术领域,特别是指一种电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构。
背景技术
相关技术中将电源供应器放入机架时,会先在将电源供应器放入机架的容置槽后,再将电源供应器的后方两侧侧壁固设一L型固定板,该等L型固定板的另一端位于该机架更后方的位置,且朝机架两侧的方向延伸,再将L型固定板的另一端锁固于该机架的后侧,使得该电源供应器可稳固设于机架中,不易左右晃动。
然而,由于该电源供应器的L型固定板是从后方与该机架的后侧锁固,因此在操作上非常不方便,且该电源供应器的前侧没有固定,因此于移动机架的过程中,电源供应器的前侧容易晃动不稳,甚至撞到机架的两侧侧壁而造成损坏,是以,本案创作人在观察到上述缺点后,认为如何将电源供应器导正及固定于机架中,使电源供应器不会左右晃动,实有改进的必要,而遂有本创作的产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在提供一种电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构,其利用该滑轨结构使该电源供应器在该机架内不会左右移动,可加强该电源供应器于该机架上的稳固性。
为达上述目的,本实用新型所提供的电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构,该滑轨结构设置于该机架与该电源供应器之间,借以引导该电源供应器装入该机架内,该机架二侧纵向分别设有至少二左支架以及二右支架,而该滑轨结构包含有:二内滑轨,其中一内滑轨横向固定在该二左支架,而另一内滑轨横向固定在该二右支架,每一内滑轨均包括有一纵向底板及沿该底板的顶缘及底缘横向延伸的侧板,且该底板与该等侧板共同形成一开口朝内的U型槽;二外滑轨,其分别横向锁固于该电源供应器的两侧侧边上,每一外滑轨均包括有一纵向底板及沿该底板的顶缘及底缘横向延伸的侧板,且该底板与该等侧板共同形成一开口朝外的U型槽,且该等外滑轨与相对应的内滑轨形成套接,而可同向滑移并形成支撑作用。
作为优选方案,其中,该内滑轨设于该外滑轨的U型槽内。
作为优选方案,其中,该内滑轨的底板于该电源供应器的前端连接有一挡板,该挡板设有一矩形孔,且该挡板与该内滑轨的底板呈相互垂直设置,而该外滑轨的底板于该电源供应器的后端对应该矩形孔设有一限位片,使该限位片可穿置于该矩形孔内,形成挡止作用。
作为优选方案,其中,该内滑轨的二侧板前端分别具有一朝内倾斜的导引板。
本实用新型所提供的电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构,该内滑轨的导引板可导引该外滑轨的滑移,使该内滑轨可顺利滑设于该外滑轨的U型槽内,使该外滑轨与该内滑轨相互套接,而可同向滑移并形成支撑作用,让该电源供应器在该机架内不会左右晃动,可加强该电源供应器于该机架内的稳固性。

为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1、图3及图4所示,其揭露有一种电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构,该滑轨结构30设置于该机架20与该电源供应器10之间,借以引导该电源供应器10装入该机架20内,该电源供应器10的两侧侧边设有多个螺孔11,该机架20二侧纵向分别设有至少二左支架21以及二右支架22,该二左支架21以及该二右支架22间形成一安装空间,而该二左支架21以及该二右支架22分别设有多个螺孔23,每一螺孔23间相隔一适当距离。
该滑轨结构30包含有:二内滑轨40,其中一内滑轨40横向固定在该二左支架21,而另一内滑轨40横向固定在该二右支架22,且该二内滑轨40呈相互平行设置,每一内滑轨40均包括有一纵向底板41及沿该底板41的顶缘及底缘横向延伸的侧板42,该底板41与该侧板42共同形成一开口朝内的U型槽43,而该底板41设有多个螺孔44,其利用螺固组件45同时穿过该底板41的螺孔44及该左支架21及该右支架22的对应螺孔23中,使该二内滑轨40分别螺固于该二左支架21及该二右支架22的预定高度位置,而该底板41于该电源供应器10的前端连接有一挡板46,该挡板46与该底板41呈垂直设置,且该挡板46设有一矩形孔47,可供外滑轨50的限位片56穿入,又,该二侧板42的前端分别具有一朝内倾斜的导引板48,该等导引板48为导引斜面,借以导引外滑轨50滑入。
该滑轨结构30还包含有:二外滑轨50,其分别横向锁固于该电源供应器10的两侧侧边上,每一外滑轨50均包括有一纵向底板51及沿该底板51的顶缘及底缘横向延伸的侧板52,该底板51与该等侧板52共同形成一开口朝外的U型槽53,使该等外滑轨50与相对应的内滑轨40形成套接,且该底板51设有多个螺孔54,其利用螺固组件55同时穿过该底板51的螺孔54及该电源供应器10的对应螺孔11中,让该二外滑轨50锁固于该电源供应器10的两侧侧边上,而该电源供应器10可滑移容置在两个外滑轨50之间,又,该底板51于该电源供应器10的后端对应该内滑轨40的矩形孔47设有一限位片56,其呈一梯形状。
请继续参阅图2及图5所示,首先,将该电源供应器10放入该机架20内时,使用者只要将该电源供应器10往该安装空间内推,让该外滑轨50的限位片56对准于该内滑轨40的导引板48,此时,该外滑轨50可借由该等导引板48导至该安装空间的适当位置,使该内滑轨40得以顺利滑设于该外滑轨50的U型槽53内,而使该内滑轨40的侧板42与该外滑轨50的侧板52相抵靠。
请再继续参阅图5至图7所示,接着,继续朝该容置空间内推动该电源供应器10,使该外滑轨50的限位片56穿入该内滑轨40的挡板46的矩形孔47内,而让该内滑轨40和该外滑轨50卡合限位,形成挡止作用,使该内滑轨40可完整容置于该外滑轨50的U型槽内53,借此,该电源供应器10在该机架20内不会左右晃动,可加强该电源供应器10于该机架20内的稳固性。
值得一提的是,请参阅图1所示,该电源供应器10的前端设有一面板12,该面板12抵靠于该左支架21及该右支架22上,而可夹固该电源供应器10,避免因该机架20晃动造成该电源供应器10的毁损,进一步加强该电源供应器10于该机架20内的稳固性,且该面板12两侧分别固接有一握把13,其概呈U形,使用者可借由该等握把13将该电源供应器10取出或放入该机架20内,使用上更为快速且方便。

Claims (4)

1.一种电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构,该滑轨结构设置于该机架与该电源供应器之间,借以引导该电源供应器装入该机架内,该机架的二侧纵向分别设有至少二左支架以及二右支架,其特征在于,该滑轨结构包含有:
二内滑轨,其中一内滑轨横向固定在该二左支架,而另一内滑轨横向固定在该二右支架,每一该内滑轨均包括有一纵向底板及沿该底板的顶缘及底缘横向延伸的侧板,且该内滑轨的该底板与该内滑轨的该侧板共同形成一开口朝内的U型槽;
二外滑轨,其分别横向锁固于该电源供应器的两侧侧边上,每一该外滑轨均包括有一纵向底板及沿该底板的顶缘及底缘横向延伸的侧板,且该外滑轨的该底板与该外滑轨的该侧板共同形成一开口朝外的U型槽,且该二外滑轨与相对应的内滑轨形成套接,而可同向滑移并形成支撑作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构,其特征在于,该内滑轨设于该外滑轨的U型槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构,其特征在于,该内滑轨的底板于该电源供应器的前端连接有一挡板,该挡板设有一矩形孔,且该挡板与该内滑轨的底板呈相互垂直设置,而该外滑轨的底板于该电源供应器的后端对应该矩形孔设有一限位片,使该限位片可穿置于该矩形孔内,形成挡止作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电源供应器固设于机架上的滑轨结构,其特征在于,该内滑轨的二侧板前端分别具有一朝内倾斜的导引板。
