Abstract

一種電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,其係設置於該機架與該電源供應器之間,該機架二側係縱向分別設有二左支架以及二右支架,該滑軌結構包含有二內滑軌及二外滑軌,其中一內滑軌係橫向固定在該二左支架,而另一內滑軌係橫向固定在該二右支架,該二外滑軌係分別橫向鎖固於該電源供應器之兩側側邊上,且該等外滑軌與相對應之內滑軌相互套接,藉此,利用該滑軌結構讓該電源供應器在該機架內不會左右晃動,可加強其穩固性。

Description

電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構
本創作係與一種滑軌結構有關,特別是指一種電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構。
按,習知將電源供應器放入機架時,會先在將電源供應器放入機架之容置槽後,再將電源供應器之後方兩側側壁固設一L型固定板,該等L型固定板之另一端係位於該機架更後方之位置,且朝機架兩側之方向延伸,再將L型固定板之另一端鎖固於該機架之後側,使得該電源供應器可穩固設於機架中,不易左右晃動。
然而,由於該電源供應器之L型固定板是從後方與該機架之後側鎖固,因此在操作上非常不方便,且該電源供應器之前側沒有固定,因此於移動機架的過程中,電源供應器之前側容易晃動不穩,甚至撞到機架之兩側側壁而造成損壞,是以,本案創作人在觀察到上述缺點後,認為如何將電源供應器導正及固定於機架中,使電源供應器不會左右晃動,實有改進之必要,而遂有本創作之產生。
本創作之目的係在提供一種電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,其係利用該滑軌結構使該電源供應器在該機架內不會左右移動,可加強該電源供應器於該機架上的穩固性。
為達上述目的,本創作所提供之電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,該滑軌結構係設置於該機架與該電源供應器之間,藉以引導該電源供應器裝入該機架內,該機架二側係縱向分別設有至少二左支架以及二右支架,而該滑軌結構包含有:二內滑軌,其中一內滑軌係橫向固定在該二左支架,而另一內滑軌係橫向固定在該二右支架,每一內滑軌均包括有一縱向底板及沿該底板之頂緣及底緣橫向延伸之側板,且該底板與該等側板共同形成一開口朝內之U形槽;二外滑軌,其係分別橫向鎖固於該電源供應器之兩側側邊上,每一外滑軌均包括有一縱向底板及沿該底板之頂緣及底緣橫向延伸之側板,且該底板與該等側板共同形成一開口朝外之U型槽,且該等外滑軌與相對應之內滑軌形成套接,而可同向滑移並形成支撐作用。
本創作所提供之電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,該內滑軌之導引板可導引該外滑軌之滑移,使該內滑軌可順利滑設於該外滑軌之U形槽內,使該外滑軌與該內滑軌相互套接,而可同向滑移並形成支撐作用,讓該電源供應器在該機架內不會左右晃動,可加強該電源供應器於該機架內之穩固性。
請參閱第1圖、第3圖及第4圖所示,其係揭露有一種電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,該滑軌結構30係設置於該機架20與該電源供應器10之間,藉以引導該電源供應器10裝入該機架20內,該電源供應器10之兩側側邊設有複數螺孔11,該機架20二側係縱向分別設有至少二左支架21以及二右支架22,該二左支架21以及該二右支架22間形成一安裝空間,而該二左支架21以及該二右支架22分別設有複數螺孔23,每一螺孔23間係相隔一適當距離,該滑軌結構30包含有:
二內滑軌40,其中一內滑軌40係橫向固定在該二左支架21,而另一內滑軌40係橫向固定在該二右支架22,且該二內滑軌40呈相互平行設置,每一內滑軌40均包括有一縱向底板41及沿該底板41之頂緣及底緣橫向延伸之側板42,該底板41與該等側板42共同形成一開口朝內之U形槽43,而該底板41設有複數螺孔44,其係利用螺固元件45同時穿過該底板41之螺孔44及該左支架21及該右支架22之對應螺孔23中,使該二內滑軌40分別螺固於該二左支架21及該二右支架22之預定高度位置,而該底板41於該電源供應器10之前端係連接有一擋板46,該擋板46與該底板41呈垂直設置,且該擋板46設有一矩形孔47,可供外滑軌50之限位片56穿入,又,該二側板42之前端係分別具有一朝內傾斜之導引板48,該等導引板48係為導引斜面,藉以導引外滑軌50滑入。
二外滑軌50,其係分別橫向鎖固於該電源供應器10之兩側側邊上,每一外滑軌50均包括有一縱向底板51及沿該底板51之頂緣及底緣橫向延伸之側板52,該底板51與該等側板52共同形成一開口朝外之U形槽53,使該等外滑軌50與相對應之內滑軌40形成套接,且該底板51設有複數螺孔54,其係利用螺固元件55同時穿過該底板51之螺孔54及該電源供應器10之對應螺孔11中,讓該二外滑軌50鎖固於該電源供應器10之兩側側邊上,而該電源供應器10可滑移容置在兩個外滑軌50之間,又,該底板51於該電源供應器10之後端對應該內滑軌40之矩形孔47係設有一限位片56,其係呈一梯形狀。
為供進一步瞭解本創作構造特徵、運用技術手段及所預期達成之功效,茲將本創作使用方式加以敘述,相信當可由此而對本創作有更深入且具體之瞭解,如下所述:
請繼續參閱第2圖及第5圖所示,首先,將該電源供應器10放入該機架20內時,使用者只要將該電源供應器10往該安裝空間內推,讓該外滑軌50之限位片56對準於該內滑軌40之導引板48,此時,該外滑軌50可藉由該等導引板48導至該安裝空間之適當位置,使該內滑軌40得以順利滑設於該外滑軌50之U形槽53內,而使該內滑軌40之側板42與該外滑軌50之側板52相抵靠。
請再繼續參閱第5圖至第7圖所示,接著,繼續朝該容置空間內推動該電源供應器10,使該外滑軌50之限位片56穿入該內滑軌40之擋板46之矩形孔47內,而讓該內滑軌40和該外滑軌50卡合限位,形成擋止作用,使該內滑軌40可完整容置於該外滑軌50之U形槽內53,藉此,該電源供應器10在該機架20內不會左右晃動,可加強該電源供應器10於該機架20內之穩固性。
值得一提的是,請參閱第1圖所示,該電源供應器10之前端係設有一面板12,該面板12係抵靠於該左支架21及該右支架22上,而可夾固該電源供應器10,避免因該機架20晃動造成該電源供應器10之毀損,進一步加強該電源供應器10於該機架20內之穩固性,且該面板12兩側分別固接有一握把13,其概呈U形,使用者可藉由該等握把13將該電源供應器10取出或放入該機架20內,使用上更為快速且方便。
茲,再將本創作之特徵及其可達成之預期功效陳述如下:
本創作所提供之電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,該內滑軌40之導引板48可導引該外滑軌50之滑移,使該內滑軌40可順利滑設於該外滑軌50之U形槽53內,使該外滑軌50與該內滑軌40相互套接,而可同向滑移並形成支撐作用,讓該電源供應器10在該機架20內不會左右晃動,可加強該電源供應器10於該機架20內之穩固性。
綜上所述,本創作在同類產品中實有其極佳之進步實用性,同時遍查國內外關於此類結構之技術資料,文獻中亦未發現有相同的構造存在在先,是以,本創作實已具備新型專利要件,爰依法提出申請。
惟,以上所述者,僅係本創作之一較佳可行實施例而已,故舉凡應用本創作說明書及申請專利範圍所為之等效結構變化,理應包含在本創作之專利範圍內。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,該滑軌結構係設置於該機架與該電源供應器之間,藉以引導該電源供應器裝入該機架內,該機架二側係縱向分別設有至少二左支架以及二右支架,而該滑軌結構包含有: 二內滑軌,其中一內滑軌係橫向固定在該二左支架,而另一內滑軌係橫向固定在該二右支架,每一內滑軌均包括有一縱向底板及沿該底板之頂緣及底緣橫向延伸之側板,且該底板與該等側板共同形成一開口朝內之U形槽; 二外滑軌,其係分別橫向鎖固於該電源供應器之兩側側邊上,每一外滑軌均包括有一縱向底板及沿該底板之頂緣及底緣橫向延伸之側板,且該底板與該等側板共同形成一開口朝外之U型槽,且該等外滑軌與相對應之內滑軌形成套接,而可同向滑移並形成支撐作用。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,其中,該內滑軌係設於該外滑軌之U形槽內。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,其中,該內滑軌之底板於該電源供應器之前端係連接有一擋板,該擋板係設有一矩形孔,且該擋板與該內滑軌之底板呈相互垂直設置,而該外滑軌之底板於該電源供應器之後端對應該矩形孔係設有一限位片,使該限位片可穿置於該矩形孔內,形成擋止作用。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之電源供應器固設於機架上之滑軌結構,其中,該內滑軌之二側板前端係分別具有一朝內傾斜之導引板。
