蒸汽机车是以煤或油等作为燃料,在锅炉的燃烧器内燃烧反应,使锅炉内的水受热蒸发变为蒸汽,通过蒸汽管路导入汽缸,推动鞲鞴,将热能变为机械能,使车轮旋转。现有的蒸汽机车采用单回程锅炉,热量损失大,转换效率低。使机车效率很低,且在运行时需要较多的劳动力。

如图1-3扭不所示为本实用新型结构一种两回程锅炉蒸汽机车,包括燃料室和锅炉,所述锅炉包括顺次相连通的燃烧器5、炉胆11、烟室9和换热室12;燃烧器与燃油输送管路和空气输送管路相连接,燃烧器的排烟口与炉胆相连通,在炉胆内部靠近烟室的位置设有贯通炉胆的内热管6,在炉胆与锅炉外壁之间的换热室内设有多根烟管7,烟管一端与烟室相连通,另一端开口在烟气收集室13内,烟气收集室与大气连通;在换热室上方设有蒸汽出口1和连通蒸汽出口与汽缸8的供汽管路14,在供汽管路上设有阀门和管道泵;在换热室内设有阻尼隔板2。
优选的:在换热室内设置的阻尼隔板包括在换热室上方纵向设置的纵隔板和在下方横向设置的横隔板,阻尼隔板上设有多个通孔。进一步的,纵向隔板焊接在换热室上方的锅炉内壁上,沿烟气走向方向布设,即纵隔板为图1中的左右方向,多个纵隔板向心排列,其夹角为30度。横隔板沿炉胆的径向方向设置。阻尼隔板的设置,有效防止了锅炉内的水剧烈涌动的现象,使水加热平稳。

本实用新型结构中,烟气沿图中A路径通行,蒸汽沿B路径通行。燃料通过管路输送至燃烧器并在其内部燃烧,产生的高温烟气通过炉胆至烟室,并经换热室的烟管内部流通,最终通过烟囱排到大气;水通过给水泵从水箱输送至锅炉底部,经内热管运行至换热室烟管的外部,变成蒸汽后经蒸汽出口收集从供汽管路输送至汽缸,通过鞲鞴驱动车轮转动。燃烧器产生的热能通过烟管产生回路返回机车前部排放,水与烟气在内热管和换热室处经两次换热,烟管内产生的热能使锅炉内的水受热变成蒸汽,蒸汽通过内置加热蒸汽主管导入汽缸,推动鞲鞴,将热能变为机械能,使车轮旋转,提高了换热效率。烟气与水进行换热的时间长、面积大。
