超导热茶水锅炉 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种常压茶水锅炉,特别是一种高热效率的常压超 导热茶水锅炉。
背景技术
目前,传统的常压茶水锅炉有内炉体壁直接导热和导热管导热两种 结构。以内炉体壁直接导热的茶水锅炉, 一般包括有下底座、外炉体、 内炉体和排烟管,外炉体与内炉体之间的空腔为水室,排烟管下端连接 内炉体,排烟管上端从外炉体顶部伸出,外炉体侧壁上下分别设有出水 口和进水口,内炉体侧壁下部设有炉腔口,该炉腔口通过一炉口通管与外 炉体下部的炉口连接相通。但是,该结构中的内炉体壁热传导效率较低。 而以导热管导热的茶水锅炉,是通过在炉腔中将若干导热管竖立环设在 内炉体的炉膛内,并连通外接进水口和出水口,冷水通过导热管加热, 但是该结构的茶水锅炉中的导热管受热面积较小、热能利用率也还低, 水加热速度慢。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决上述问题,提供一种热能利用率高、水加热速 度快的超导热茶水锅炉。

本实用新型由于采用了导热效率特高的超导热管,使得内炉体中燃 料燃烧产生的热能可以快速、高效地传到水室中而加热水。其具有热能 利用率高、水加热速度快等优点。

具体实施方式
如图l、图2、图3所示, 一种超导热茶水锅炉,它包括下底座ll、 外炉体l、内炉体8和排烟管5,外炉体1与内炉体8之间的空腔为水室 7,排烟管5下端连接内炉体8出烟口 ,排烟管5上端从外炉体1顶面伸 出,外炉体1的侧壁上下分别设有出水口6和进水口4,内炉体8下侧 的炉腔口通过一炉口通管10与外炉体1下侧相应的炉口连接相通,所述 内炉体顶壁81上分别环列竖立焊接有若干超导热管2,超导热管2上部 冷凝段和下部蒸发段分别伸在水室7和内炉体的烟室中。
所述内炉体炉膛与烟室之间设有分流横板3,分流横板3上设有若 干烟气通孔9。烟气通孔9可设为环形通孔,分流横板3中与排烟管5相 对的中间阻挡部分,可使炉膛中的热烟气更多地与超导热管2下部接触, 使得超导热管2能够更好传热。另外,外炉体1底面如常规连接在下底 座11上。
本实用新型中的超导热管2为重力式超导热管,它是一种具有特高导热性能的新颖传热元件,其导热系数高达紫铜导热系数的数百倍,并 且工作时炉内的冷热水流均在管外流动,其换热系数远高于传统导热管 内水流动的换热系数,导热效率特高、水加热速度特快。
图1所述的超导热茶水锅炉为直烧式,其设于内炉体顶壁81上的中 间部分的超导热管2上部冷凝段可外倾,使得超导热管2下部蒸发段更 加分散并靠向中心,与热烟气更多更好地接触,以提高热利用效果。
如图4所示,其为卧式超导热茶水锅炉,它包括下底座ll、外炉体 1、内炉体8和排烟管5,外炉体1与内炉体8之间的空腔为水室7,排 烟管5下端连接内炉体8出烟口,排烟管5上端从外炉体1顶面伸出, 外炉体1的侧壁上下分别设有出水口 6和进水口 4,内炉体8下侧的炉 腔口通过一炉口通管10与外炉体1下侧相应的炉口连接相通,所述内炉 体顶壁81上分别环列竖立焊接有若干超导热管2,超导热管2的上部冷 凝段和下部蒸发段分别伸在水室7和内炉体的烟室中,内炉体炉膛与烟 室之间设有分流横板3,分流横板3上设有烟气通孔9。此外,外炉体l 底面也如常规连接在下底座11上。
本实用新型也同样可以适用于反烧式茶水锅炉。并且可使用柴、煤、 油等各种燃料燃烧加热。
本实用新型内炉体炉膛内燃料燃烧产生的热能通过超导热管热传 导,其热效率特高,与相同规格茶水锅炉比,水加热速度可快一倍,且 节能可达30%。

1.一种超导热茶水锅炉,包括下底座、外炉体、内炉体和排烟管,外炉体与内炉体之间的空腔为水室,排烟管下端连接内炉体出烟口,上端从外炉体顶面伸出,外炉体侧壁上下分别设有出水口和进水口,内炉体下侧的炉腔口通过一炉口通管与外炉体下侧相应的炉口连接相通,其特征是:所述内炉体顶壁上分别环列竖立焊接有若干超导热管,超导热管的上部冷凝段和下部蒸发段分别伸在水室和内炉体的烟室中。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种超导热茶水锅炉,其特征是:所述内 炉体炉膛与烟室之间设有分流横板,分流横板上设有烟气通孔。
