本实用新型涉及电车充电设备,具体涉及一种充电桩防水装置。
背景技术
电动车成为日常生活中最常见的交通工具之一,与其相配套的充电桩在户外也越来越多,处于户外充电桩的防水性是必须要考虑的问题之一,否则会引发意外事件的发生。目前充电桩一般设置在雨棚内,其充电插座暴露在外,仅仅依靠雨棚防水存在安全隐患。
实用新型内容
综上所述,为克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种充电桩防水装置。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种充电桩防水装置,包括插线盖板和底盒;所述底盒的前端螺纹连接所述插线盖板,其后端连接有进线管;其特征在于,还包括透明盖和引导线弯管;所述插线盖板上设有插孔,所述透明盖连接在所述底盒前侧并将所述插线盖板密封的罩住,在所述透明盖的下侧设有供充电插头穿入并连接所述插孔进行充电的开口;所述透明盖与所述底盒的连接处设有第一防水件,所述进线管与所述引导线弯管螺纹连接,所述进线管与所述引导线弯管连接处设有第二防水件。
本实用新型的有益效果是:密封防水性较好,解决了电动车下雨天充电时的安全问题,并且在满足充电和防水的功能功能的基础下对结构进行改良设计。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本实用新型还可以做如下改进:
进一步,所述第一防水件为橡胶固定圈。
进一步,所述橡胶固定圈采用过盈配合的方式装配在所述透明盖与所述底盒的连接处。
进一步,所述第二防水件为防水橡胶圈。
进一步,所述引导线弯管远离所述进线管的一端为圆弧弯曲结构。
进一步,所述底盒与所述插线盖板的连接处设有第三防水件。
进一步,所述第三防水件为防水垫圈。

如图1和2所示,一种充电桩防水装置,包括插线盖板2和底盒3;所述底盒3的前端螺纹连接所述插线盖板2,其后端连接有进线管5;其特征在于,还包括透明盖1和引导线弯管4;所述插线盖板2上设有插孔,所述透明盖1连接在所述底盒3前侧并将所述插线盖板2密封的罩住,在所述透明盖1的下侧设有供充电插头穿入并连接所述插孔进行充电的开口;所述透明盖1与所述底盒3的连接处设有第一防水件,优选的:所述第一防水件为橡胶固定圈6。所述进线管5与所述引导线弯管4螺纹连接,优选的:所述第二防水件为防水橡胶圈7。所述底盒3的与所述插线盖板2的连接处设有第三防水件,优选的:所述第三防水件为防水垫圈8。
该充电桩防水装置针对目前户外独立充电桩充电时存在的漏水不安全的问题展开设计的,在插线盖板2外围设计了一透明盖1,透明盖1与底盒3采用卡扣连接。插线盖板2和底盒3的前端、引导线弯管4和底盒3后端的进线管5均采用螺纹连接。橡胶固定圈6采用过盈配合的方式装配在底盒3与透明盖1连接的位置处,起到密封固定和防水的作用。同时,防水橡胶圈7采用过盈配合的方式装配在底盒3的进线管5与引导线弯管4的连接处,其起到二次防水的作用。另外,引导线弯管4具有一定圆弧度的弯曲设计也能起到防水和电线引导的作用。橡胶固定圈6、防水橡胶圈7和防水垫圈8为圆环结构,其可以采用橡胶或其他密封材料制得。

1.一种充电桩防水装置,包括插线盖板(2)和底盒(3);所述底盒(3)的前端螺纹连接所述插线盖板(2),其后端连接有进线管(5);其特征在于,还包括透明盖(1)和引导线弯管(4);所述插线盖板(2)上设有插孔,所述透明盖(1)连接在所述底盒(3)前侧并将所述插线盖板(2)密封的罩住,在所述透明盖(1)的下侧设有供充电插头穿入并连接所述插孔进行充电的开口;所述透明盖(1)与所述底盒(3)的连接处设有第一防水件,所述进线管(5)与所述引导线弯管(4)螺纹连接,所述进线管(5)与所述引导线弯管(4)连接处设有第二防水件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电桩防水装置,其特征在于,所述第一防水件为橡胶固定圈(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的充电桩防水装置,其特征在于,所述橡胶固定圈(6)采用过盈配合的方式装配在所述透明盖(1)与所述底盒(3)的连接处。
4.根据权利要求1所述的充电桩防水装置,其特征在于,所述第二防水件为防水橡胶圈(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的充电桩防水装置,其特征在于,所述引导线弯管(4)远离所述进线管(5)的一端为圆弧弯曲结构。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的充电桩防水装置,其特征在于,所述底盒(3)与所述插线盖板(2)的连接处设有第三防水件。
