本实用新型公开了一种汽车悬浮顶外装饰件安装结构，包括侧围外板和悬浮顶外装饰件以及D柱装饰板，所述悬浮顶外装饰件设在侧围外板上，所述悬浮顶外装饰件的边缘设有卡脚，所述卡脚位于D柱装饰板边缘的内侧。该汽车悬浮顶外装饰件安装结构设计合理，布置卡扣位置式尽量的接近边角，同时在翻边位置设计卡脚的结构，通过D柱装饰板压在悬浮顶外装饰件的卡脚上，从而对悬浮顶外装饰板的边角起翘问题起到了很好的控制效果；并且结构简单，成本低。

背景技术
随着汽车造型的不断革新，人们通过对立柱装饰板的配色将车顶与车身区隔开来，给人以车顶与车身分离的视觉感受。这种富有朝气的悬浮式车顶造型理念如今已成为SUV的主流。悬浮式车顶的外观匹配对整体造型效果有着极大的影响，合理的悬浮顶外装饰件安装结构显得尤为的重要。
目前悬浮顶外装饰板的安装方式基本分为两种：1、通过防水卡扣与钣金卡接；2、3M胶粘接配合卡接。以上两种安装方式较为常见，但都存在着缺陷。单一的卡接无法有效的控制悬浮顶外装饰板边角处起翘的问题，会造成外观效果差的缺陷；3M胶粘接配合卡接虽然能解决起翘的问题，但使用3M胶，对操作环境要求较高，同时还存在着拆卸不便的缺陷。

针对现有技术不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车悬浮顶外装饰件安装结构，以达到有效控制悬浮顶外装饰件边角起翘的目的。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
该汽车悬浮顶外装饰件安装结构，包括侧围外板和悬浮顶外装饰件以及D柱装饰板，所述悬浮顶外装饰件设在侧围外板上，所述悬浮顶外装饰件的边缘设有卡脚，所述卡脚位于D柱装饰板边缘的内侧。
进一步的，所述悬浮顶外装饰件通过卡扣卡在侧围外板上，所述卡扣靠悬浮顶外装饰件边缘设置。
所述卡脚与悬浮顶外装饰件为一体结构。
所述悬浮顶外装饰件对应D柱装饰板侧设有翻边，卡脚设在翻边上。
所述卡脚为从悬浮顶外装饰件边缘伸出并排的一组。
所述D柱装饰板的边缘对应卡脚设有向卡脚翻折的压边。
所述卡脚上对应压边的边缘设有定位槽。

下面对照附图，通过对实施例的描述，对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图4所示，该汽车悬浮顶外装饰件安装结构，包括侧围外板1和悬浮顶外装饰件2以及D柱装饰板3，悬浮顶外装饰件2设在侧围外板1上，悬浮顶外装饰件2的边缘设有卡脚201，卡脚201位于D柱装饰板3边缘的内侧。
悬浮顶外装饰件2通过卡扣卡在侧围外板上，卡扣靠悬浮顶外装饰件边缘设置。布置卡扣位置式尽量的接近边角，同时在翻边位置设计卡脚的结构，通过D柱装饰板压在悬浮顶外装饰件的卡脚上，从而对悬浮顶外装饰板的边角起翘问题起到了很好的控制效果；并且结构简单，成本低。
悬浮顶外装饰件2对应D柱装饰板3侧设有翻边，卡脚201设在翻边上。卡脚与悬浮顶外装饰件为一体结构，可通过注塑一体成型。
卡脚201为从悬浮顶外装饰件边缘伸出并排的一组。D柱装饰板的边缘对应卡脚设有向卡脚翻折的压边。卡脚上对应压边的边缘设有定位槽，定位可靠，不易晃动。
本实用新型产品在保留原有卡接结构的基础上，在翻边处新增卡脚结构，不增加额外成本，拆装方便。通过卡脚结构有效的控制了悬浮顶外装饰件普遍存在的边角起翘的问题，使产品外观得到保障。

4.如权利要求1所述汽车悬浮顶外装饰件安装结构，其特征在于：所述悬浮顶外装饰件对应D柱装饰板侧设有翻边，卡脚设在翻边上。
