Abstract

本实用新型涉及机械加工技术领域，特别是一种适用于大型板类铝合金工件装夹的可上下移动的涨芯夹具。
背景技术
大型板类铝合金工件进行装夹时通常利用铝板上的销孔定位,普通压板压紧,由于工件较大,落入圆柱销时容易对工件造成划伤且不容易对准销孔,同时上端的压板对于工件的加工容易产生刀具干涉,部分情况下还需要移动压板加工,严重影响装夹和加工效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作灵活，装夹效率高，产品质量稳定性好，无安全隐患的可上下移动的涨芯夹具。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括底座、限位套筒、弹簧、导向套、涨塞、涨套和手柄，其特征是：限位套筒设置在底座上，导向套、涨塞与涨套配合并设置在限位套筒腔内，在导向套和底座之间设置有弹簧。
本实用新型具有以下优点：该涨芯夹具的涨套可上下移动，工件装夹前将涨套旋入低位，工件在底座上放好后再将涨套向上旋入工件定位孔，同时旋紧涨塞，将工件涨紧，可极大的提高装夹的效率，减少刀具干涉的情况发生。

具体实施方式
如附图1—2所示，该上下可移动涨芯夹具包括底座1、限位套筒2、弹簧3、导向套4、涨塞5、涨套6和手柄7，限位套筒2设置在底座1上，导向套4、涨塞5与涨套6配合并设置在限位套筒2腔内，在导向套4和底座1之间设置有弹簧3。其工作过程是工件装夹前先移动手柄7，将涨套6旋至定位面以下，工件落入定位面放稳后，移动手柄7，将涨套6旋入工件定位孔，同时旋紧内六角螺栓，压紧涨塞5，从而完成定位并利用涨套6的膨胀将工件夹紧。
