一种带有包边绝缘垫片的三元电池盖板,包括有铆钉、极耳、止动架、基板、绝缘垫片和压板,在所述的极耳、止动架、基板、绝缘垫片和压板上分别开有铆钉孔,在基板上的铆钉孔内设有密封圈,所述的密封圈为凸台形状,在所述的绝缘垫片的边缘上设有一圈包边,所述的压板的形状与大小与绝缘垫片的包边的内壁结构相匹配,使压板位于绝缘垫片的包边内部,所述的铆钉依次穿过极耳、止动架、基板、绝缘垫片和压板,顶端与压板铆接,铆钉与极耳之间焊接连接,在所述的止动架的上端面上开有与密封圈相对应的凹槽。
所述的铆钉有两个。
在所述的止动架的下面开有与极耳相匹配的开口。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型绝缘垫片注塑成品率高,盖板极柱铆接后,绝缘垫片由于有一圈包边结构,铆接受力后,包边结构均匀散力,最终达到垫片不开裂效果,顶盖成品率高。此结构顶盖提高了电池负极绝缘性能,整体提高了电池组安全性能,注塑成品率高,盖板极柱铆接后,绝缘垫片有一圈包边结构,铆接受力后,包边结构均匀散力,最终达到垫片不开裂效果。

如图1、2所示,一种带有包边绝缘垫片的三元电池盖板,包括有铆钉1、极耳2、止动架3、基板4、绝缘垫片5和压板6,在所述的极耳2、止动架3、基板4、绝缘垫片5和压板6上分别开有铆钉孔,在基板4上的铆钉孔内设有密封圈7,所述的密封圈7为凸台形状,在所述的绝缘垫片5的边缘上设有一圈包边8,所述的压板6的形状与大小与绝缘垫片5的包边的内壁结构相匹配,使压板6位于绝缘垫片5的包边内部,所述的铆钉1依次穿过极耳2、止动架3、基板4、绝缘垫片5和压板6,顶端与压板6铆接,铆钉1与极耳2之间焊接连接,在所述的止动架3的上端面上开有与密封圈7相对应的凹槽9。
所述的铆钉1有两个。
在所述的止动架3的下面开有与极耳2相匹配的开口10。

1.一种带有包边绝缘垫片的三元电池盖板,其特征在于:包括有铆钉、极耳、止动架、基板、绝缘垫片和压板,在所述的极耳、止动架、基板、绝缘垫片和压板上分别开有铆钉孔,在基板上的铆钉孔内设有密封圈,所述的密封圈为凸台形状,在所述的绝缘垫片的边缘上设有一圈包边,所述的压板的形状与大小与绝缘垫片的包边的内壁结构相匹配,使压板位于绝缘垫片的包边内部,所述的铆钉依次穿过极耳、止动架、基板、绝缘垫片和压板,顶端与压板铆接,铆钉与极耳之间焊接连接,在所述的止动架的上端面上开有与密封圈相对应的凹槽,在所述的止动架的下面开有与极耳相匹配的开口。
