Abstract
本实用新型提供一种铝制品熔炼回收炉,包括自内向外依次设置的炉体、燃烧室、耐火层及隔热层,炉体正下方设有贯穿耐火层与隔热层底部的燃烧器,炉体中心设有与其底部垂直的导向柱,导向柱上安装有滤渣板,滤渣板通过链条与设于炉体顶部环形上盖上的提升机相连接,链条由设于环形上盖内侧的定滑轮支撑和导向,环形上盖由立柱支撑在隔热层顶部,立柱之间形成烟气通道;炉体靠近其底部的侧壁上设有排液管,排液管进口端设有滤网、出口端伸出到隔热层外部。本实用新型利用提升机通过链条实现了炉体底部滤渣板的上、下移动,从而能够及时清除炉底熔渣,缩短了清渣的操作时间,避免了炉底沉渣,保证了熔炼炉的连续生产。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及铝制品熔炼技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝制品熔炼回收炉。
背景技术
铝制品的回收利用主要是将含铝的金属零件破碎到一定规格后,放入熔铝炉中进行熔炼,在700℃左右的高温及催化剂作用下熔融成铝液,铝液流入模具成型,经冷却后形成高纯度的铝锭。而对于其它未熔化的金属零件(比如熔点较高的钢铁、铜等金属部件),则沉降在炼铝炉底部成为熔渣,需要定期利用专门的扒渣工具将炉底的熔渣耙出冷却,不然影响后续铝制品的熔炼。这种扒渣方式需要停炉后进行,有时还需要进行降温处理,不仅效率低下,而且使得熔炼炉来回地降温升温而不能连续生产。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种铝制品熔炼回收炉,以解决现有的扒渣方式需要停炉后进行,有时还需要进行降温处理,不仅效率低下,而且使得熔炼炉来回地降温升温而不能连续生产的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了以下技术方案:
本实用新型提供的一种铝制品熔炼回收炉,包括自内向外依次设置的炉体、燃烧室、耐火层及隔热层,所述炉体正下方设有贯穿所述耐火层与隔热层底部的燃烧器,所述炉体中心设有与其底部垂直的导向柱,所述导向柱上安装有滤渣板,所述滤渣板通过链条与设于所述炉体顶部环形上盖上的提升机相连接,所述链条由设于所述环形上盖内侧的定滑轮支撑和导向,所述环形上盖由立柱支撑在所述隔热层顶部,所述立柱之间形成烟气通道;所述炉体靠近其底部的侧壁上设有排液管,所述排液管进口端设有滤网、出口端伸出到所述隔热层外部。
进一步地,所述导向柱顶部设有限位档头。
进一步地,所述滤渣板加工有供铝液通过的漏孔,所述漏孔均匀分布在所述滤渣板上。
进一步地,所述滤渣板外圆周向设有间距相等的挡渣齿,所述挡渣齿上端所形成的圆内切于所述炉体的内壁。
进一步地,所述链条、提升机及定滑轮沿所述环形上盖均匀分布,数量一一对应。
进一步地,所述链条、提升机及定滑轮数量至少为两组且所述提升机同步运行。
进一步地,所述排液管出口端与所述隔热层外壁之间设有排液阀,所述排液阀与所述提升机联锁控制。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的铝制品熔炼回收炉有益效果在于:
本实用新型通过设置在炉体底部的滤渣板,利用提升机通过链条实现了滤渣板的上下移动,从而及时清除铝制品在熔炼回收过程中产生的熔渣,实现了不停炉清渣,缩短了清渣的操作时间,避免了炉底沉渣,保证了熔炼炉的连续生产。

为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本实用新型的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本实用新型所保护的范围。
参见图1~图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种铝制品熔炼回收炉,包括自内向外依次设置的炉体1、燃烧室2、耐火层3及隔热层4,炉体1正下方设有贯穿耐火层3与隔热层4底部的燃烧器5,炉体1中心设有与其底部垂直的导向柱6,导向柱6顶部设有限位档头61,导向柱6上安装有滤渣板7,滤渣板7通过链条8与设于炉体1顶部环形上盖9上的提升机10相连接,链条8由设于环形上盖9内侧的定滑轮11支撑和导向,环形上盖9由立柱12支撑在隔热层4顶部,立柱12之间形成烟气通道;炉体1靠近其底部的侧壁上设有排液管13,排液管13进口端设有滤网14、出口端伸出到隔热层4外部。
具体地,首先燃烧器5点火,使燃料在燃烧室2内燃烧,开始对炉体1进行预热与升温,当炉体1温度达到设定值后,再将铝制品由环形上盖9中部投入炉体1内进行熔炼,铝制品在高温(700℃左右)下逐渐熔化变成铝液,而那些未熔化金属零件则沉降到炉体1底部的滤渣板7上,当熔化后的铝液达到炉体三分之二体积时或者整体运行时间达到预定清渣时间时,停止投入铝制品,提升机10开始运行以收紧链条8,通过定滑轮11传递动力使得滤渣板7在导向柱6的导向下垂直上升,并在上升过程中将铝液中的上层浮渣带离铝液,滤渣板7上升到限位档头61处提升机10停止运行,然后用扒渣工具清除滤渣板7上的熔渣,最后滤渣板7随着提升机10的反转而下降至炉体1的底部,完成一次熔渣清理过程,而在滤渣板7下降的同时,可再次投入铝制品到炉体1内继续熔炼;在滤渣板7上升后的期间内,熔化后的铝液经过滤网14的再次过滤滤除滤渣板7不能拦截的细小熔渣后,由排液管13排出炉体1以供浇铸成型为铝锭。这种不停炉的清渣方式,缩短了操作时间,避免了炉底沉渣,保证了熔炼炉的连续生产。
滤渣板7加工有供铝液通过的漏孔,漏孔均匀分布在滤渣板7上。
滤渣板7外圆周向设有间距相等的挡渣齿71,用于在滤渣板7上升时挡住熔渣不随铝液流动;挡渣齿71上端所形成的圆内切于炉体1的内壁,用于在滤渣板7上升时铲除附着在炉体1内壁上的熔渣。
链条8、提升机10及定滑轮11沿环形上盖9均匀分布,数量一一对应。
链条8、提升机10及定滑轮11数量至少为两组且提升机10同步运行,最好为三组。这样设置有利于保持滤渣板7平稳地上升。
排液管13出口端与隔热层4外壁之间设有排液阀15,排液阀15与提升机10联锁控制。当提升机10运行收紧链条8带动滤渣板7上升后,排液阀15打开,排出炉体1内的铝液到铝液罐(图中未示出)以供浇铸或者直接流入到模具中成型;当提升机10反转放开链条8使得滤渣板7下降到炉体1底部后,排液阀15关闭。

1.一种铝制品熔炼回收炉,包括自内向外依次设置的炉体(1)、燃烧室(2)、耐火层(3)及隔热层(4),所述炉体(1)正下方设有贯穿所述耐火层(3)与隔热层(4)底部的燃烧器(5),其特征在于,所述炉体(1)中心设有与其底部垂直的导向柱(6),所述导向柱(6)上安装有滤渣板(7),所述滤渣板(7)通过链条(8)与设于所述炉体(1)顶部环形上盖(9)上的提升机(10)相连接,所述链条(8)由设于所述环形上盖(9)内侧的定滑轮(11)支撑和导向,所述环形上盖(9)由立柱(12)支撑在所述隔热层(4)顶部,所述立柱(12)之间形成烟气通道;所述炉体(1)靠近其底部的侧壁上设有排液管(13),所述排液管(13)进口端设有滤网(14)、出口端伸出到所述隔热层(4)外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝制品熔炼回收炉,其特征在于,所述导向柱(6)顶部设有限位档头(61)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝制品熔炼回收炉,其特征在于,所述滤渣板(7)加工有供铝液通过的漏孔,所述漏孔均匀分布在所述滤渣板(7)上。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的铝制品熔炼回收炉,其特征在于,所述滤渣板(7)外圆周向设有间距相等的挡渣齿(71),所述挡渣齿(71)上端所形成的圆内切于所述炉体(1)的内壁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝制品熔炼回收炉,其特征在于,所述链条(8)、提升机(10)及定滑轮(11)沿所述环形上盖(9)均匀分布,数量一一对应。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的铝制品熔炼回收炉,其特征在于,所述链条(8)、提升机(10)及定滑轮(11)数量至少为两组且所述提升机(10)同步运行。
7.根据权利要求1所述的铝制品熔炼回收炉,其特征在于,所述排液管(13)出口端与所述隔热层(4)外壁之间设有排液阀(15),所述排液阀(15)与所述提升机(10)联锁控制。
