背景技术
水蛭为无脊椎软体动物，无骨架结构，全体均可利用，水蛭营养丰富，富含蛋白质、多肽、微量元和脂肪酸素等营养物质，其中，水蛭所含的17种氨基酸中，就有7种为人体必需氨基酸，因此，人们对水蛭饮片的需求量越来越大，然而现有的而饮片是将水蛭杀死后对其进行晾晒，不仅周期长，而且制备的饮片有腥味，不利于口感。

为了解决上述技术问题，本申请提供了一种水蛭饮片的加工装置，本申请是通过下述方案实现的：
一种水蛭饮片的加工装置，包括通过管路连接的清洗装置，浸泡装置，过滤装置和炒锅，所述清洗装置上设有搅拌轴和与搅拌轴相配合的电机，所述搅拌轴上设有横杆，所述横杆上设有两个竖直向下的立杆，左立杆和右立杆，所述立杆上均匀设有搅拌桨，两个立杆上的搅拌桨上下错层平行布置，所述过滤装置内设有过滤网，所述过滤网与水平面的夹角为30°。
优选的，所述浸泡装置的外部设有外壳，所述浸泡装置和外壳之间形成夹套腔，所述夹套腔内设有环状盘管，环状盘管围绕浸泡装置环绕。
优选的，左立杆的搅拌桨上均匀设有若干小孔，右立杆的搅拌桨上设有凸起。
优选的，所述炒锅的底部外壁设有保护罩，所述保护罩的形状与所述炒锅的底部形状相对应。
优选的，所述炒锅从外向内依次为不锈钢层、中间层和内衬层。
优选的，所述中间层为耐火砖层。
优选的，所述内衬层为不锈钢耐热层。
优选的，所述炒锅的上方设有可自由打开的透明锅盖。
有益效果：通过设有清洗装置将水蛭清洗干净，通过设有麸炒锅对水蛭进行麸炒炮制，在麸炒的过程中加入菊花或玫瑰花做成多种口味的饮片，既可以去腥，又缩短了炮制的时间。
