膨润土是呈黄绿色的粘土,加水后能膨胀成糊状,后来人们就把凡是有这种性质的粘土,统称为膨润土。膨润土矿是一种多种用途的矿产,其质量和应用领域主要取决于其中蒙脱石含量和属性类型及其晶体化学特性。膨润土在使用之前,需要对膨润土进行破碎加工,现有的破碎设备主要存在以下缺点:1、在破碎的过程中,膨胀土颗粒容易堵塞过滤网,降低破碎的效率;2、破碎的效果差,不能够进行多级破碎,导致细度达不到标准。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,而提出一种粉碎均匀的粉碎机。

1)通过设置横杆、导套、导杆、拉杆、击块和弹簧的之间的相互作用,利用弹簧形变恢复的过程中,击块可以快速与过滤网接触,从而可以对附着在过滤网上膨润土进行清理,避免颗粒堵塞过滤网,提升破碎的效率。
2)通过设置转动电机、第一粉碎辊、第二粉碎辊、齿轮、过滤网、搅拌棒和破碎齿之间的相互作用,通过转动电机可以带动第一粉碎辊和第二粉碎辊实现对流搅拌,可以对膨润土破碎的更加地充分和均匀,同时转动电机可以带动破碎齿对膨润土进一步地破碎,提高破碎效果,实现多级破碎,同时也可以对膨润土进行搅拌,加快筛选的速度。

参照图1-3,一种粉碎均匀的粉碎机,包括底座1,底座1的两侧均固定连接有固定块18,固定块18上螺纹连接有锁紧螺钉17,通过锁紧螺钉17可以将底座1进行紧固,提升底座1及其以上装置的稳定性,底座1上固定连接有粉碎箱2,粉碎箱2内固定连接有过滤网3,粉碎箱2内侧壁上连接有与过滤网3对应的抖动机构。
抖动机构包括固定连接在粉碎箱2两侧内壁上的横杆15,横杆15上固定连接有导套12,导套12上滑动连接有导杆16,导杆16的一端固定连接有拉杆14,导杆16的另一端固定连接有击块13,且击块13与过滤网3底部相接触,导杆16上套设有弹簧,弹簧的两端分别与导套12和撞击块13连接,过滤网3出现堵塞的时候,可以拉动拉杆14,此时导杆16和击块13出现运动,弹簧发生压缩,松开拉杆14时,弹簧形变恢复的过程中,击块13可以快速与过滤网3接触,使得过滤网3发生震动,达到清理的目的。
粉碎箱2内转动连接有搅拌棒10,且搅拌棒10位于过滤网3的上方,搅拌棒10上固定连接有多个破碎齿11,搅拌棒10的上方分别设有第一粉碎辊5和第二粉碎辊6,且第一粉碎辊5和第二粉碎辊6均与粉碎箱2内侧壁转动连接,第一粉碎辊5通过齿轮组与第二粉碎辊6连接,齿轮组包括分别固定连接在第一粉碎辊5和第二粉碎辊6上的齿轮7,两个齿轮7之间啮合连接,实现第一粉碎辊5和第二粉碎辊6之间的传动连接,且可以实现第一粉碎辊5和第二粉碎辊6之间的对流搅拌,对膨润土破碎的效果更好。
粉碎箱2连接有与第一粉碎辊5对应的动力机构,动力机构包括固定连接在粉碎箱2一侧的转动电机4,转动电机4的输出端贯穿粉碎箱2侧壁并与第一粉碎辊5固定连接,第一粉碎辊5和搅拌棒10一端均贯穿粉碎箱2侧壁并通过传动机构传动连接,传动机构包括固定连接在搅拌棒10上和第一粉碎辊5上的传动轮8,两个传动轮8通过传动带9传动连接,实现搅拌棒10和第一粉碎辊5之间的传动连接。
本实用新型中,打开转动电机4,将需要粉碎的膨润土放入粉碎箱2内部,转动电机4带动第一粉碎辊5转动,第一粉碎辊5通过齿轮7带动第二粉碎辊6出现转动,此时第一粉碎辊5和第二粉碎辊6转动的方向不同,从而实现对流的破碎方式,可以对膨润土破碎的更加地充分和均匀,经过破碎的膨润土落入至过滤网3上,均匀细度合格的膨润土经过过滤网3筛选,落入底座1上,同时第一粉碎辊5转动的同时可以带动搅拌棒10实现转动,搅拌棒10上的破碎齿可以对膨润土进一步地破碎,提高破碎效果,实现多级破碎,同时也可以对膨润土进行搅拌,加快筛选的速度,当过滤网3出现堵塞的时候,可以拉动拉杆14,此时导杆16和击块13出现运动,弹簧发生压缩,松开拉杆14时,弹簧形变恢复的过程中,击块13可以快速与过滤网3接触,使得过滤网3发生震动,达到清理的目的。

1.一种粉碎均匀的粉碎机,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上固定连接有粉碎箱(2),所述粉碎箱(2)内固定连接有过滤网(3),所述粉碎箱(2)内侧壁上连接有与过滤网(3)对应的抖动机构,所述粉碎箱(2)内转动连接有搅拌棒(10),且搅拌棒(10)位于过滤网(3)的上方,所述搅拌棒(10)上固定连接有多个破碎齿(11),所述搅拌棒(10)的上方分别设有第一粉碎辊(5)和第二粉碎辊(6),且第一粉碎辊(5)和第二粉碎辊(6)均与粉碎箱(2)内侧壁转动连接,所述第一粉碎辊(5)通过齿轮组与第二粉碎辊(6)连接,所述粉碎箱(2)连接有与第一粉碎辊(5)对应的动力机构,所述第一粉碎辊(5)和搅拌棒(10)一端均贯穿粉碎箱(2)侧壁并通过传动机构传动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉碎均匀的粉碎机,其特征在于,所述抖动机构包括固定连接在粉碎箱(2)两侧内壁上的横杆(15),所述横杆(15)上固定连接有导套(12),所述导套(12)上滑动连接有导杆(16),所述导杆(16)的一端固定连接有拉杆(14),所述导杆(16)的另一端固定连接有击块(13),且击块(13)与过滤网(3)底部相接触,所述导杆(16)上套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别与导套(12)和撞击块(13)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉碎均匀的粉碎机,其特征在于,所述齿轮组包括分别固定连接在第一粉碎辊(5)和第二粉碎辊(6)上的齿轮(7),两个所述齿轮(7)之间啮合连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉碎均匀的粉碎机,其特征在于,所述动力机构包括固定连接在粉碎箱(2)一侧的转动电机(4),所述转动电机(4)的输出端贯穿粉碎箱(2)侧壁并与第一粉碎辊(5)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉碎均匀的粉碎机,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括固定连接在搅拌棒(10)上和第一粉碎辊(5)上的传动轮(8),两个所述传动轮(8)通过传动带(9)传动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉碎均匀的粉碎机,其特征在于,所述底座(1)的两侧均固定连接有固定块(18),所述固定块(18)上螺纹连接有锁紧螺钉(17)。
