该项装置主要是为了节约能源,减少烧水时间,提高热效率而设计的。
市场上目前销售的烧水壶主要是从底部一个方向进行加热,其剩下的热能得不到充分的利用,而加热后的水从某种角度上讲又从壶的边缘散热了一部分,这样也就增加了烧水的时间。
该装置的出现完全解决了以上不足之处,同时在现有市场上销售的烧水壶上加一节能圈,便可实现高效节能烧水壶。
下面将结合附图对该项装置的原理进一步描述:
(1)为节能圈,(2)为水壶,(3)为热能流动方向,当水壶(2)加满水加热时,热流(3)顺着壶底向四周扩散,因受节能圈(1)的阻挡后而顺着水壶(2)的边缘向上流动,最后热能(3)从壶口处流出,在这热能(3)流动的过程中,水壶(2)除壶口处不被热流(3)加热,水壶(2)的其它部位均被加热,这样水壶(2)的吸热面积比原有的吸热面积增加2倍以上,因此加热时间能缩短一倍,同时对水壶里的冷热水的对流创造了有利的条件,使水的烧开率更高。

  1. 一个由水壶(2),节能圈(1)组成的节能水壶装置,其不论水壶(2)形状如何,节能圈(1)的形状一定要是上小下大,使节能圈(1)与水壶(2)的上部间隙小于下部间隙,节能圈的上部和下部均要向内延伸,底部的延伸以不挡热能(3)向上加热为限,上部的延伸以不挡热能(3)流出为限。
