本实用新型涉及一种人们日常生活中广泛使用的蒸煮用锅。
现在使用的各种蒸煮用锅,其底部结构均为光滑平底或略有凹凸状平底。这种结构由于受吸热面积所限,形成火焰炽热气流流速快,锅底有效吸收热能不足而散失热能较多,致使热效率低不能有效节能,造成能源浪费。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种热能利用率高且节能的蒸煮锅。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:本实用新型包括有一锅底,其特征在于在锅底上制作有与锅底连成一体的具有一定高度和间距的若干同心圆环板。

本实用新型下面将结合(附图)实施例作进一步详述:图1所示,1为锅底,在该锅底1上制作有与其连成一体的具有一定高度和间距的若干同心圆环板2、4等,同心圆环板2、4等的高度和间距可根据锅底1直径的大小来设计,这样就构成了本实用新型所设计提供的节能锅。本实用新型工作原理如下:将锅底1置于炉灶火焰上,火焰既加热了锅底1,也加热了若干同心圆环板2、4等,这样,传热面积由锅底1面积加上若干同心圆环板2、4等的内外侧面积之和组成,总面积可比原锅底面积扩大二至三倍,以至更多,以实现对锅内食物的蒸煮。
本实用新型现有技术具有如下优点:
由于在锅底制作有与之连成一体的若干同心圆环板,使锅底受热、传热面积大大增加,且若干同心圆环板之间形成的圆槽3能适度减缓锅底炽热气流的流速,而被扩大了的吸热面充分吸收热能,使热能损失减少。因此,热能利用率高,节约能源。
