节能热水壶
本实用新型涉及一种液体加热壶,尤其是热水壶。
现有的热水壶,壶体底部为平面,受热面积有限,使用时,热源热量损失大,既耗费能源,又不利于环保,给大气增加不必要的热量和过多的废气。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种节能热水壶,它不仅提高了热源热能利用率,而且有节能和保护环境的效果。
本实用新型的技术方案是对现有热水壶进行改进,该节能热水壶包括壶盖和壶体,壶体下部外侧有集热罩,该集热罩的顶部边缘与壶体壁连接、底部边缘略高于壶底与壶体壁分离构成集热夹壁;壶体底部整体上凸呈球冠形,在球冠凹面有涡形凸凹纹构成涡旋底;壶体底部内侧有曲状导热片,即旋流片。所述集热罩设计有导气小孔。
本实用新型的集热罩在烧水时其集热夹壁空间则成为集热高温室,具有减少热源(特别是燃气热源)热量的流溢、显著提高热水壶底部温度、增大热水壶高温受热面积的作用,涡旋底的作用是增大水的受热面积,球面下方形成高温室,提高了壶底壁的温度;旋流片的作用是与壶体底部凹面的凸凹纹配合借助热能使水产生涡流,涡流使局部相对较高温度的水较快速脱离导热片,加快冷暖对流,提高对流传导效果。总之,本实用新型增加了水的直接受热面积,显著地提高了热能利用率、节约能源、节省加热时间,减少了热量散发和废气排放,达到了节能和保护环境的效果,是居家适用的节能省时炊具。

实施例1:如图1所示,本实用新型包括壶盖1和壶体2,其特征在于壶体下部外侧有集热罩3,壶体底部整体上凸呈球冠形,在其凸面有多条曲状导热片4,集热罩设计有多个导气小孔5。如图2所示,在壶体底部球冠形凹面有涡形凸凹纹6。

1、一种节能热水壶,包括壶盖和壶体,其特征在于:壶体下部外侧有集热罩,该集热罩的顶部边缘与壶体壁连接、底部边缘略高于壶底与壶体壁分离构成集热夹壁。
2、根据权利要求1所述的节能热水壶,其特征在于:壶体底部整体上凸呈球冠形,在球冠凹面有涡形凸凹纹。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的节能热水壶,其特征在于:壶体底部内侧有曲状导热片。
4、根据权利要求1所述的节能热水壶,其特征在于:集热罩设计有导气小孔。
