一种节能炒锅
本实用新型涉及一种节能炒锅。
炒锅作为一种生活日用必备品随处可见。在中国,凸底铸铁炒锅更是普遍,可以说是中国菜烹饪的必备炊具。但凸底炒锅有如下不足:其一是锅底较平滑,上升热流沿锅底弧面散失较快,造成炒锅热效率较低;其二是凸底炒锅不能靠自身平稳地放置于地面或桌面上,必须用一环状锅圈托住才不至于翻倒。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种节能炒锅以克服现有技术之不足。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种节能炒锅,包括炒锅体和锅耳,其特征在于在炒锅体底部垂直设置有若干聚热片,聚热片的底沿处于同一水平面上。
所谓的一种节能炒锅,其特征在于在炒锅体底部垂直并呈放射状设置有若干聚热片,聚热片的底沿处于同一水平面上。
所谓的一种节能炒锅,其特征在于聚热片的制造材料和炒锅制造材料相同。
本实用新型的上述结构特征使其有如下特点:一是由于有若干聚热片的存在,使得炒锅同火源的热交换面积大大增加,提高了炒锅的热效率;二是由于若干聚热片的底沿处于同一水平面上,使得炒锅能通过聚热片方便稳定地放置在任何平面上。

图2是实施例锅底俯视示意图。
图中,①为炒锅体、②为聚热片、③为锅耳。在本实施例中在于在炒锅体①底部垂直并呈放射状设置有若干聚热片②,聚热片②的底沿处④于同一水平面上。炒锅体①和聚热片②采用同种材料制造。

3、如权利要求1所述的一种节能炒锅,其特征在于聚热片的制造材料和炒锅制造材料相同。
