自控型产锅巴式电饭煲
本实用新型属于一种电饭煲,特别是一种自控型产锅巴式电饭煲。
目前市面上的电饭煲一般用来煲饭或粥,煮出来的饭不会焦,这是电饭煲的优点,但对于喜欢吃香脆的金黄色锅巴的人士来说,普通电饭煲就无能为力了,而专利97214621.0保温式电子电饭煲也只有保温、节能等特点。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能安全地自动控制煮饭的效果,可煮出带锅巴的米饭的电饭煲。
本实用新型的电路由加热支路与限温控温支路串联而成,加热支路由电阻与煮饭灯串联后再与发热盘并联,再串联上熔断器,限温控温支路由控温器并联二极管后再串联上电阻与保温灯串联后再并联限温器的结构,在限温控温支路两端之间还跨接了一个保温器。
本实用新型采用新设计的电路,通过控温器限温和杠杆的作用,使煮出的米饭可以形成可口的锅巴。

如图1所示,本实用新型的电路由加热支路与限温控温支路串联而成,加热支路由电阻R3与煮饭灯H1串联后再与发热盘R1并联,再串联上熔断器Fu,限温控温支路由控温器ST并联二极管V后再串联上电阻R4与保温灯H2串联后再并联限温器SA的结构,在限温控温支路两端之间还跨接了一个保温器R2。接通交流电源,限温器SA吸合,发热盘R1得电开始加热,当温度达到控温器ST的断电温度时,控温器ST断开,发热盘R1得到的功率为P=U*U/2R1+U*U/2(R1+R2),当加热至限温器SA的控温温度时,限温器SA断开,保温器R2开始工作,进入保温状态。
常温下控温器ST常闭,当按下开关限温器SA吸合,电流通过熔断器Fu、发热盘R1、控温器ST、限温器SA形成回路,此时发热盘R1为全功率加温状态。当温度升至控温器ST的断电动作温度时,控温器ST断开,电流经二极管V通过,此时发热盘R1为半功率加温状态,当水不断蒸发,同时带走发热盘R1的热量,发热盘R1的温度会下降,当降至控温器ST的接通温度时,控温器ST接通,发热盘R1以全功率加温,如此反复,直至干水,发热盘R1的温度不再下降,控温器ST一直断开用半功率加温,温度渐渐升至限温器SA的断开温度时,限温器SA断开,此时电源通过熔断器Fu、发热盘R1、保温器R2形成回路,这时为保温状态。
控温器的型号可以为ABUND 228 12A 240V 13A 125V

1、一种自控型产锅巴式电饭煲,其电路由加热支路与限温控温支路串联而成,加热支路由电阻R3与煮饭灯H1串联后再与发热盘R1并联,再串联上熔断器Fu,其特征在于:限温控温支路由控温器ST并联二极管V后再串联上电阻R4与保温灯H2串联后再并联限温器SA的结构,在限温控温支路两端之间还跨接了一个保温器R2。
2、由权利要求1所述的电饭煲,其特征在于:限温控温支路由控温器ST并联数个二极管V后再串联上电阻R4与保温灯H2串联后再并联限温器SA的结构,在限温控温支路两端之间还跨接了一个保温器R2。
