的磨损，减少车辆修理量，降低车辆修理费用，保证列
车安全运行。本实用新型构造简单、制造成本低，使
用方便。
Description
本实用新型涉及轴承密封领域。
目前，铁路货物车辆普遍采用滚动轴承，但由于轴承密封罩在压装时，极易发生变形，使其与外圈装配时难以达到过盈量要求，经常发生松动故障，而且增加了密封罩与外圈在嵌合牙口的磨损。密封罩松动容易造成轴承甩油或使外部水、灰等污染物进入轴承内部，危及行车安全。现常规解决办法是采用换轮方法处理，并对轴承进行退拨后彻底修理才能使用，既影响车辆的正常运用，又造成人力、物力和财力的浪费。
本实用新型的目的是推出一种能防止松动的铁路货车滚动轴承密封罩。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种铁路货车滚动轴承防松密封罩，其特殊之处在于密封罩由罩体与橡胶层组成；橡胶层粘接于罩体与外圈嵌合处，厚度根据密封罩的外径尺寸而定。
下列结合实施例对本实用新型进一步说明：
图1为防松密封罩剖面图。
1为罩体，2为橡胶层。
防松密封罩由罩体1和橡胶层2组成。橡胶层2位于密封罩与外圈嵌合处。粘胶方法可采用一般钢骨架粘胶工艺。所用橡胶品种为氯丁橡胶等。胶层的厚度，具体应根据密封罩外径尺寸而定。如按现有密封罩，其配合外径为（217.24±0.06mm），这时胶层厚度为0.06mm，不能超过0.1mm。但是，为了适当增加粘胶厚度以便更有效防松，可对现有密封罩进行改造，减小其外径尺寸，如对配合外径为 （217.14±0.06）mm～（214.24±0.06）mm的密封罩，这时胶层厚度为0.1～5mm。胶层厚度适当增加可提高密封性能，同时使粘胶过程容易。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下优点：1 由于胶层的弹性，可适当加大密封罩与外圈配合的过盈量，同时由于橡胶与钢铁间的摩擦系数较大，使配合紧密，起到防松作用。2 由于胶层的作用，减少了密封罩嵌合牙口部分的磨损，使密封罩修复方便。3 具有良好的防松作用，对减少车辆修理量，降低车辆修理费用，提高车辆运用效率，保证列车安全运行具有重要意义。

1、一种铁路货车滚动轴承防松密封罩，其特征在于密封罩由罩体与橡胶层构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防松密封罩，其特征在于橡胶层粘接于罩体与外圈嵌合处，厚度根据密封罩的外径尺寸而定。
