本实用新型涉及焊接装置，具体说一种用于船舶钢结构焊接的眼睛保护专用自动焊小车。
背景技术
目前，在散货船、矿砂船以及钢结构焊接过程中，自动焊接小车已经相当普及，自动焊接小车保证焊接质量，焊接速度，但是强光对工作人员的伤害是焊接领域普遍存在的问题，正常工作时，焊接人员会选择双手分别控制防护罩和焊接小车，用于降低强光对人体的伤害，但长时间单手拿防护罩会增加了工作负荷，单手控制小车影响工作效率和焊接质量。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，使用方便、稳定、安全，能有效兼顾眼睛防护和焊接质量、效率的眼睛保护专用自动焊小车。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种眼睛保护专用自动焊小车，包括自动焊小车，自动焊小车上经连接杆连接焊枪，其特征在于：还包括万向支架和防护罩，防护罩经万向支架连接于连接杆上，防护罩上开孔安装强光可视防护镜。
所述焊枪连接于万向支架上。
本实用新型在焊接小车的连接杆上经万向支架分别连接焊枪和防护罩，在操控焊枪焊接角度时，将防护罩对应于焊接强光处，强光可视防护镜避免强光对眼睛伤害，防止焊渣溅射，有效保护眼睛，使用方便、稳定、安全，防护罩在万向支架上多方向可调，可适用于不同钢结构焊接方向、方位的要求。
