本实用新型涉及锻造领域，具体的说是一种多用途滑动法兰开式预锻模。
背景技术
目前锻造车间用的是一种旧工艺自由锻，采用工艺是先把坯料锻成圆环，自由锻毛坯，然后再上锤用马架把孔扩大，扩完孔后再用压铁把凸台压出，压出凸台后再进炉加温，加温到始锻温度上扩孔机扩制成型，说明一点用压铁压台时，凸台的几何尺寸很不容易掌握，凸台的几何尺寸大小不均，容易造成废品，产品质量不稳定，生产效率低，费工费力，加大了生产成本，降低了效益。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种多用途滑动法兰开式预锻模，结构简单，操作方便，一次成型，成品率高，可用于多种高颈法兰的预锻模，用途广泛。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：
一种多用途滑动法兰开式预锻模，包含有模具本体，所述模具本体设置为内部设置有模膛，所述模膛的顶部侧面设置为与模具本体顶端平面呈向下倾斜2°角的斜面，所述模膛的底部侧面设置为与模具本体垂直平面呈向外倾斜15°角的斜坡。
所述模具本体材料采用3Cr2W8V，热处理硬度为HRC40度，抗打击能力60吨。
本实用新型结构简单，在模具本体的模膛内顶端设置2°的斜面，保证了断面和凸台根部之间有折叠，模膛底部设置的15度斜坡确保了坯料在斜度的协助下能顺利并快速成型，为锻件成型后快速脱模提供了条件，大大提高了生产效率，降低原材料成本，班产量由原来的1.5吨提高到3吨，各种生产能量消耗减少20%，锻造产品成品合格率达到100%，提高了产品的质量和精度，可用为PN25高颈法兰、PN16高颈法兰、PN40高颈法兰等多种型号法兰的预锻模，适合大规模推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述：
如图1所示，一种多用途滑动法兰开式预锻模，包含有模具本体1，所述模具本体1设置为内部设置有模膛11，所述模膛11的顶部侧面设置为与模具本体1顶端平面呈向下倾斜2°角的斜面111，所述模膛11的底部侧面设置为与模具本体1垂直平面呈向外倾斜15°角的斜坡112。
作为优选的方式，本实施例中，所述模具本体1材料采用3Cr2W8V，热处理硬度为HRC40度，抗打击能力60吨。
如图2所示，本实用新型在具体生产过程中，将模具本体1预热到250-300摄氏度之后进行使用，将坯料2预先锻造至略小于模膛11的尺寸，再把坯料2放置到模膛11中，将冲头3放置在坯料2顶端中心部位压制冲孔，冲孔成型后，再锻出大盘，然后用冲头从模具本体1底部把连接的余料和冲头3切入顶出，成品完成。
