技术领域
本实用新型涉及机电工程技术领域，具体来说涉及一种带有电源保护结构的烘箱。
背景技术
电解铜箔在表面处理的最后步骤，会用到烘箱加热干燥。这种在线加热的烘箱通常由若干内置加热管的烘箱保温层构成。加热管电热元件是以金属管为外壳，沿管内中心轴向均布螺旋电热合金丝，其空隙填充压实具有良好绝缘导热性能的结晶氧化镁砂，管口两端用耐高温硅胶密封，再经其它工艺处理而成的电热元件。该装置可加热空气、金属箔和各种液体，具有结构简单、机械强度高、热效率高、安全可靠、安装简便、使用寿命长等特点。但该类装置在机械结构方面存在着不足，例如，在烘箱的加热管布置中，加热管电源接头通常为不耐高温的材料，而保温箱区域温度可达300℃以上；现有布置方式使配电箱、电源线及接头容易受高温导致氧化，老化过快、甚至走火，这样既无法确保烘箱的使用寿命，也无法确保生产线的正常运行。因此，针对以上方面，需要对现有技术进行合理的改进。

针对相关技术中的问题，本实用新型提出一种带有电源保护结构的烘箱，在确保烘箱使用寿命的同时也可确保生产线的正常运行。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的：
一种带有电源保护结构的烘箱，包括烘箱保温层，所述烘箱保温层内设有加热管，所述加热管的一端延伸到烘箱保温层外侧，所述加热管通过电源线连接到配电箱，靠近所述加热管一端的一段电源线上套设有延长管。
进一步的，所述烘箱保温层采用耐高温陶瓷材料。
进一步的，所述加热管内设电热合金丝和结晶氧化镁颗粒。
进一步的，所述延长管与加热管通过焊接相连。
本实用新型的有益效果：烘箱加热管外侧连接一段延长管，使电源线和配电箱远离高温区域，防止了高温烘烤可能导致的配电箱及线路损坏，从而大大提高了用电安全性，同时也可确保烘箱的正常运行使用。

如图1所示，一种带有电源保护结构的烘箱，包括烘箱保温层1，所述烘箱保温层1内设有加热管2，所述加热管2的一端延伸到烘箱保温层1外侧，所述加热管2通过电源线4连接到配电箱5，靠近所述加热管2一端的一段电源线4上套设有延长管3。所述烘箱保温层1采用耐高温陶瓷材料。所述加热管2内设电热合金丝和结晶氧化镁颗粒。所述延长管3与加热管2通过焊接相连。
在具体使用过程中，配电箱5中电源接通后，加热管2内的电热合金丝首先将结晶氧化镁颗粒加热，高温氧化镁将热量传导到整个烘箱保温层1，烘箱保温层1对铜箔进行在线加热，延长管3的存在使电源线4和配电箱5远离烘箱高温区域，防止了高温烘烤可能导致的配电箱5及线路损坏，从而大大提高了用电安全性，同时也可确保烘箱的正常运行使用。

1.一种带有电源保护结构的烘箱，包括烘箱保温层（1），所述烘箱保温层（1）内设有加热管（2），所述加热管（2）的一端延伸到烘箱保温层（1）外侧，所述加热管（2）通过电源线（4）连接到配电箱（5），其特征在于，靠近所述加热管（2）一端的一段电源线（4）上套设有延长管（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有电源保护结构的烘箱，其特征在于，所述烘箱保温层（1）采用耐高温陶瓷材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有电源保护结构的烘箱，其特征在于，所述加热管（2）内设电热合金丝和结晶氧化镁颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有电源保护结构的烘箱，其特征在于，所述延长管（3）与加热管（2）通过焊接相连。
