本实用新型公开一种多层扩充卡的固定器,包括定位件、夹扣件及连接带。定位件包含定位本体,定位本体具有相对的顶部及底部,顶部轴向开设有扣孔,该底部延伸有多个定位爪;夹扣件包含压座、插销、弹性元件及受弹性元件带动而在压座上移动的推板,插销的一端凸伸出压座并能够插扣在扣孔中;连接带为可弯折的一带体,连接带的一端连接定位件、另一端连接夹扣件;借此提供能够将多层扩充卡定位在电路板上的固定器。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及扩充卡固定器,尤指一种多层扩充卡的固定器。
背景技术
服务器主机板上经常装设有扩充卡,如Wi-Fi、蓝牙、卫星导航、近场通讯(NFC)、数字无线电、无线千兆联盟(WiGig)、无线广域网络(WWAN)和固态硬盘(SSD)等扩充卡。一般而言,扩充卡的固定方式是将连接器设置在服务器主机的电路板上,接着将扩充卡的一侧缘插接连接器,另一侧再通过螺丝进行锁固,借此将扩充卡固定在电路板上。
一般在服务器主机板上大多是配置单层的扩充卡,目前且单层扩充卡大多是利用螺丝将扩充卡锁固在电路板,以避免该些扩充卡发生移动而影响电性连接或传输不良等问题。然而,利用螺丝锁固的方式在组装上较为不便,不符简化组设要求。再者,由于服务器经常储存大量的电子数据,故通过多种传输接口进行数据传输;但使用传统单层的扩充卡布设会占用电路板太多空间。对此,本实用新型设计一种简单易用的结构来实现扩充卡的堆栈方式。
有鉴于此,本实用新型遂针对上述现有技术,特潜心研究并配合学理的运用,尽力解决上述的问题点,即成为本实用新型改良的目标。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一目的,在于提供一种多层扩充卡的固定器,其能够将多层扩充卡定位在电路板上。
为了达成上述的目的,本实用新型提供一种多层扩充卡的固定器,用以将至少一扩充卡固定至一电路板,所述电路板设置有至少一连接器,所述扩充卡的一端插接所述连接器,该多层扩充卡的固定器包括定位件、夹扣件及连接带。定位件包含定位本体,定位本体具有相对的顶部及底部,顶部轴向开设有扣孔,该底部延伸有多个定位爪;夹扣件包含压座、连接该压座的插销、设置在该压座内的弹性元件及受弹性元件带动而在压座上移动的推板,插销的一端凸伸出压座并能够插扣在扣孔中;连接带为能弯折的一带体,连接带的一端连接定位件、另一端连接夹扣件;借此提供能够将多层扩充卡定位在电路板上的固定器。
其中,所述扩充卡的一侧成型有一定位槽,该定位本体的外型对应该定位槽的轮廓设置而能够部分容置在该定位槽中。
其中,所述扩充卡在该定位槽中成型有一压板,该定位本体在该扣孔的一侧成型有一承载台,该压板压掣在该承载台上而令该压板的顶面齐平该定位本体的顶部。
其中,该压座成型有能够应压掣该压板的顶面及该定位本体的顶部的一压掣平面,该压掣平面位在该插销的底部。
其中,该定位本体在该承载台的二侧分别成型有一挡臂。
其中,所述电路板具有至少一定位孔,该定位件通过该定位爪穿置该定位孔而结合在所述电路板上。
其中,该推板的一侧具有一推拉肋,该推拉肋的顶面凸出于该推板的一顶面。
其中,该压座在邻靠该推拉肋的位置成型有一让位空间。
其中,该弹性元件为一弹簧。
其中,所述电路板设置有能供一第二扩充卡插接的一第二连接器,该第二扩充卡的一侧成型有一第二定位槽及位在该第二定位槽中的一第二压板,该压座的一端成型有一容置槽,该推板受一外力作用而朝远离该容置槽的方向移动从而外露出该容置槽,并使该第二压板能够插置在该容置槽中,且该推板在该外力作用移除后会通过该弹性元件的弹性回复力而回复原位,并压掣在该第二压板上。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的多层扩充卡的固定器的定位件的定位本体开设有扣孔,且具有多个定位爪;另外,夹扣件包含压座、插销、弹性元件及受弹性元件带动而在压座上移动的推板;又,夹扣件的插销插置在定位件中时,该夹扣件的压座会压掣在扩充卡及定位件上,借此定位连接器的一外端。再者,夹扣件的压座一端成型有容置槽,用以穿置扩充卡的一端;此外,当夹扣件的一侧会压掣在扩充卡,借此予以定位定位扩充卡的一端,据此达到定位多层扩充卡的目的,增加本实用新型的实用性。

请参照图1,为本实用新型的多层扩充卡的固定器的使用示意图。如图所示,本实用新型的多层扩充卡的固定器1用以将至少一扩充卡2固定至一电路板3,且该电路板3设置有至少一连接器4。该扩充卡2的一端插接该连接器4、另一端通过多层扩充卡的固定器1而定位在该电路板3上。于本实用新型的一实施中,该电路板3设置有错位设置的二连接器4;又,二扩充卡2分别对应插接二连接器4,再通过该固定器1而定位在该电路板3上。更详细描述多层扩充卡的固定器1的结构如后。
请续参照图2及图3,分别为本实用新型的多层扩充卡的固定器二侧方向的立体外观示意图。多层扩充卡的固定器1包含一定位件10、一夹扣件20及一连接带30。该定位件10及该夹扣件20通过该连接带30而连接,该连接带30的二端分别连接该定位件10及该夹扣件20。
该定位件10包含一定位本体11,该定位本体11具有相对的一顶部111及一底部112。又,该顶部111轴向开设有一扣孔110,该底部112延伸有多个定位爪113。较佳地,各该定位爪113分别为一弹性勾臂。
该夹扣件20包含一压座21、连接该压座21的一插销22、设置在该压座21内的一弹性元件23及受该弹性元件23带动而在该压座21上移动的一推板24。此外,该插销22的一端凸伸出该压座21并能够插扣在该定位件10的扣孔110中。
较佳地,该弹性元件23为一弹簧。另外,该推板24的一侧具有一推拉肋241,该推拉肋241的顶面凸出于该推板24的一顶面。该推拉肋241的设置可供使用者握持而拉动该推板24。较佳地,该压座21在邻靠该推拉肋241的位置成型有一让位空间210,该让位空间210利于该推板24在该压座21上的移动。

更详细地说,该扩充卡2在该定位槽6中成型有一压板7;另一方面,该定位件10的定位本体11在该扣孔110的一侧成型有一承载台114。该压板7压掣在该承载台114上而令该压板7的顶面齐平该定位本体11的顶部;较佳地,该定位本体11在该承载台114的二侧分别成型有一挡臂115,以支撑定位该插销22。
据此,当该夹扣件20通过弯折该连接带30而朝该定位件10的方向移动,进而将该插销22插置在该定位件10的扣孔110。又,当该插销22插扣在该扣孔110中时,该二挡臂115分别抵贴该插销22的二侧,使该夹扣件20能够稳固地插置在该定位件10中。
值得注意的是,该夹扣件20的压座21成型有能够应压掣该压板7的顶面及该定位本体11的顶部的一压掣平面211,该压掣平面211位在该插销22的底部。因此,当该插销22插扣在该扣孔110后,该压掣平面211会压掣在该压板7的顶面及该定位本体11的顶部上,借此定位该连接器4的一外端。
请再参照图6及图7,分别为本实用新型的多层扩充卡的固定器的施力示意图及组合后的剖视图。于本实施例中,该电路板设置有可供一第二扩充卡2’插接的一第二连接器4’。另外,该第二扩充卡2’的一侧成型有一第二定位槽6’及位在该定位槽6’中的一第二压板7’。
于本实施例中,该夹扣件20的压座21一端成型有一容置槽200。该第二压板7’穿置在该容置槽200中。
又,当多层扩充卡的固定器1要定位另一扩充卡2’时,首先将一外力施于该推板24的推拉肋241(此时,该弹性元件23呈压缩状态而具有弹性回复力),将该推板24朝远离该容置槽200的方向移动从而外露出该容置槽200,并使该第二扩充卡2’的第二压板7’能够插置在该容置槽200中。最后,移除施加在该推拉肋241的外力,此时,该推板24会通过弹性回复力而回复至原位,使该推板24的一侧压掣该第二压板7'而定位该第二扩充卡2’的一端。据此,该第二扩充卡2’的一端即插接该第二连接器4’,另一端会通过该多层扩充卡的固定器而予以定位。
要说明的是,欲卸除该第二扩充卡2’时,则再施力于该推拉肋241并拉动该推板24,以令该推板24朝该让位空间210的方向移动而退离该第二压板7’,进而释放对该第二扩充卡2’的压掣。此时,该第二扩充卡2’未受该推板24的压掣而可抽离该第二连接器4’。据此,该二扩充卡2可通过该固定器1而分别对应插接二连接器4及定位在该电路板3上,增加使用上的便利性。
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种多层扩充卡的固定器,用以将至少一扩充卡固定至一电路板,所述电路板设置有至少一连接器,所述扩充卡的一端插接所述连接器,其特征在于,该多层扩充卡的固定器包括:
一定位件,包含一定位本体,该定位本体具有相对的一顶部及一底部,该顶部轴向开设有一扣孔,该底部延伸有多个定位爪;
一夹扣件,包含一压座、连接该压座的一插销、设置在该压座内的一弹性元件及受该弹性元件带动而在该压座上移动的一推板,该插销的一端凸伸出该压座并能够插扣在该扣孔中;以及
一连接带,为能弯折的一带体,该连接带的一端连接该定位件、另一端连接该夹扣件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层扩充卡的固定器,其特征在于,所述扩充卡的一侧成型有一定位槽,该定位本体的外型对应该定位槽的轮廓设置而能够部分容置在该定位槽中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多层扩充卡的固定器,其特征在于,所述扩充卡在该定位槽中成型有一压板,该定位本体在该扣孔的一侧成型有一承载台,该压板压掣在该承载台上而令该压板的顶面齐平该定位本体的顶部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多层扩充卡的固定器,其特征在于,该压座成型有能够应压掣该压板的顶面及该定位本体的顶部的一压掣平面,该压掣平面位在该插销的底部。

10.根据权利要求1所述的多层扩充卡的固定器,其特征在于,所述电路板设置有能供一第二扩充卡插接的一第二连接器,该第二扩充卡的一侧成型有一第二定位槽及位在该第二定位槽中的一第二压板,该压座的一端成型有一容置槽,该推板受一外力作用而朝远离该容置槽的方向移动从而外露出该容置槽,并使该第二压板能够插置在该容置槽中,且该推板在该外力作用移除后会通过该弹性元件的弹性回复力而回复原位,并压掣在该第二压板上。
