一种翻盖型电子装置外壳,其包括第一壳体及第二壳体,该第一壳体具有第一卡合部,第二壳体设置有按压本体、连接该按压本体且可与第一卡合部相配合的第二卡合部及弹性部,该按压本体包括至少部分暴露于第二壳体外的按压部,该按压本体具有形成于按压本体其中一端的枢转部,该按压部与枢转部相隔一定距离设置,该按压本体通过枢转部可转动地固设于第二壳体,该弹性部连接与枢转部相对的按压本体的另一端,且施力使按压本体转动时该弹性部使该按压本体具有回转的趋势。上述翻盖型电子装置外壳具有较易开启的优点。

Description

翻盖型电子装置外壳
技术领域
本发明涉及一种翻盖型电子装置外壳。
背景技术
笔记本电脑由于体积小、重量轻而被广泛使用。通常,笔记本电脑包括上盖及底座,上盖一般设置有显示装置,底座一般设置有电子元件。笔记本电脑在处于非工作状态时候,上盖与底座通常是锁合于一块。而笔记本电脑在处于工作状态时候,上盖与底座通常保持相对开启状态。因此,笔记本电脑的上盖与底座通常需要具有较易开启与锁合的功能。
请参见图1与图2,笔记本电脑外壳10通常包括底座11、上盖12、滑扭13、卡钩14以及顶持弹簧15。底座11边缘设置有一个卡槽111。上盖12边缘开设有一矩形槽孔121及邻近该矩形槽孔121的抵持面123。滑扭13为一个设置于矩形槽孔121的矩形块体,其可沿矩形槽孔121平行底座11的侧边左右滑动,以供使用者扳动操作。卡钩14可与卡槽111相配合,其固设于滑扭13,且可随滑扭13左右滑动。顶持弹簧15一端抵持抵持面123,另外一端抵持卡钩14侧边,以将卡钩14及滑扭13保持在矩形槽孔121左侧。
上述笔记本电脑外壳中,开启上盖12时,需要向右扳动滑扭13方可开启上盖12。而现有笔记本电脑通常体积较小,因此,包括滑扭13在内的零部件也需满足体积小的要求。而体积较小的滑扭13设置于上盖12时,使用者手指接触滑扭13的面积相对较小。再加上向右扳动滑扭13是对滑扭13施加侧向作用力,经常存在手指在滑扭13表面打滑的情况,使用中较为不便,从而导致上盖12较难开启。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种较易开启的翻盖型电子装置外壳。
一种翻盖型电子装置外壳,其包括第一壳体及第二壳体,该第一壳体具有第一卡合部,第二壳体设置有按压本体、连接该按压本体且可与第一卡合部相配合的第二卡合部及弹性部,该按压本体包括至少部分暴露于第二壳体外的按压部,该按压本体具有形成于按压本体其中一端的枢转部,该按压部与枢转部相隔一定距离设置,该按压本体通过枢转部可转动地固设于第二壳体,该弹性部连接与枢转部相对的按压本体的另一端,且施力使按压本体转动时该弹性部使该按压本体具有回转的趋势。
上述翻盖型电子装置外壳包括按压本体、连接该按压本体的第二卡合部及弹性部。按压本体具有按压部及枢转部,按压本体通过枢转部可转动地固设于第二壳体。通过按压按压部即可使第二卡合部从第一卡合部退出,从而可开启第二壳体。而按压按压本体是向按压本体施加垂直的作用力,较少存在手指于按压本体上打滑的情况,因而该翻盖型电子装置外壳具有较易开启的优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对翻盖型电子装置外壳做进一步详细说明。本发明的翻盖型电子装置外壳适用于笔记本电脑、手机、播放等电子装置,以下以笔记本电脑的外壳为例进行说明。
请参见图3,所示为本发明较佳实施例一的笔记本电脑外壳20。笔记本电脑外壳20包括上盖21、底座22、设置于上盖21的第一卡合部23及设置于底座22的按压单元24。本实施例中,第一卡合部23与上盖21为一体成型结构,且第一卡合部23为卡孔。
请参见图4,底座22包括底板221及由底板221向同一侧延伸的多个侧壁223。其中一个侧壁223上开设一开口2231。底板221边缘邻近开口2231处形成有固定部227,该固定部227为圆柱形凸起。底板221距离开口2231一定距离的区域形成有与固定部227斜相对的弹力作用部225。该弹力作用部225为自底板221延伸形成的薄片状凸起。
请参见图5与图6,按压单元24包括按压本体241、连接该按压本体241的第二卡合部243及弹性部245。按压本体241的其中一端形成有枢转部2411,该枢转部2411为与固定部227相对应的圆形孔。弹性部245设置于与枢转部2411相对的按压本体241的另一端。弹性部245与按压本体241为一体成型结构,且弹性部245为“S”形弯曲延伸的弹片。另外,该按压本体241其中一侧面还形成有按压部2413。该按压部2413为与底座22的开口2231的形状及大小相对应的凸台,且该按压部2413与枢转部2411相隔一定距离设置,以便按压按压部2413时,按压本体241能以枢转部2411为转点形成力矩,便于轻松按压操作。
本实施例中,第二卡合部243与按压本体241为一体成型结构,且第二卡合部243为可与第一卡合部23相卡合的卡钩。第二卡合部243具有一定的弹性,且第二卡合部243的外侧面2431为弧形面,该弧形面可使第二卡合部243受挤时产生较多的侧向力,从而更有利于第二卡合部243产生形变并后退。
组装时,枢转部2411套设于固定部227,按压部2413设置于开口2231,弹性部245远离按压本体241一端抵持底座22的弹力作用部225。这样,按压本体241可转动地固设于底座22。
需要强调,本实施例中,固定部227为圆柱形凸起,枢转部2411为与固定部227相对应的圆形孔,组装时,圆柱形凸起直接插入圆形孔内即可,无需另外的组装工序,具有组装简单的优点。
请参阅图7与图8,上盖21与底座22相互闭合时,上盖21的第一卡合部23与固定于底座22的第二卡合部243相互卡合,上盖21锁固于底座22。这样,上盖21不会被随意开启,具有较好的稳定性能。
当需要开启上盖21时,按压按压部2413,这样,按压本体241受力并将力施加于弹性部245与固定部227。由于固定部227与枢转部2411相配合将按压本体241可转动地固定于底座22,弹性部245受力会被压缩,因此,按压本体241绕固定部227发生转动。这样,连接按压本体241的第二卡合部243随着按压本体241的转动而从上盖21的第一卡合部23退出,此时,即可开启上盖21。在施力使按压本体241转动的过程中,弹性部245由于处于压缩状态,其对按压本体241施加一个反作用力,以使按压本体241具有回转的趋势。
当上盖21开启后,施加于按压部2413的力撤销,因受力而处于压缩状态的弹性部245因为外力的撤销而恢复常态,则按压本体241在弹性部245的推顶作用下回转回初始状态。
当需要关闭上盖21时,直接扳动上盖21,上盖21的第一卡合部23侧面挤压第二卡合部243的外侧面2431,由于第二卡合部243具有一定的弹性且其外侧面2431为弧形面,第二卡合部243受挤压力的作用产生形变而后退。当第一卡合部23侧面绕过第二卡合部243的外侧面2431时,第二卡合部243在弹性部245的作用下向第一卡合部23运动,然后,第二卡合部243即卡合于上盖21的第一卡合部23。
上述笔记本电脑外壳20中,第二卡合部243与按压本体241相连,通过按压按压本体241即可使按压本体241转动,从而使第二卡合部243从第一卡合部23退出,从而可开启上盖21。而按压按压本体241是向按压本体241施加垂直的作用力,较少存在手指于按压本体241上打滑的情况,因而较易开启上盖21。
另外,需要强调的是,在上述实施例中,按压本体241、第二卡合部243与弹性部245为一体成型结构。这样,该一体成型结构在组装笔记本电脑外壳20时具有容易组装的优点。
可以理解,第一卡合部23也可设置为卡钩,与之相应的是,第二卡合部243可设置为与卡钩相卡合的卡孔,还有两者可以换位置,卡孔在下,卡钩在上。并且,上述第一卡合部23与上盖21可设计为分体结构,上述第二卡合部243与按压本体241也可设计为分体结构,例如将具有第二卡合部243的独立元件直接通过螺钉锁合等方式固定于按压本体241。
可以理解,弹性部245与按压本体241也可为分体结构。并且,弹性部245还可设置为弹簧。
上述弹性部245是设置于与按压部2413相对的按压本体241的另一侧,弹性部245是通过推力作用于按压本体241。可以理解,弹性部245也可设置于与按压部2413相同的按压本体241一侧或设置于与枢转部2411相对的按压本体241另外一侧边。相应的是,弹力作用部225可设置于底座22的侧壁等位置,此时,弹性部245远离按压本体241的一端可固设于弹力作用部225,且弹性部245可通过拉力作用于按压本体241。并且,弹力作用部225还可设置为与底座22分开的独立元件。
可以理解,固定部227也可为圆形孔,与之相应的是,枢转部2411应为圆柱形凸起。
为使按压本体241具有较好的触感,该按压部2413的表面上还可形成多个长条状凹槽。可以理解,该按压部2413的表面还可设置为粗糙面。
可以理解,上述笔记本电脑外壳20中,还可将第一卡合部23设置于底座22,而将按压单元24设置于上盖21。可以理解,上述开口2231、固定部227及弹力作用部225也可全部或部分省略,而只要满足按压单元24的按压部2413的至少部分暴露于所在的上盖21或底座22外,且按压按压部2413能使第二卡合部243后退即可。另外,假设底座22(或上盖21)为第一壳体而上盖21(或底座22)为第二壳体,则按压单元24既可设置于第一壳体,也可设置于第二壳体。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 【权利要求1】一种翻盖型电子装置外壳,其包括第一壳体及第二壳体,该第一壳体具有第一卡合部,第二壳体设置有按压本体、连接该按压本体且可与第一卡合部相配合的第二卡合部及弹性部,该按压本体包括至少部分暴露于第二壳体外的按压部,其特征在于:该按压本体具有形成于按压本体其中一端的枢转部,该按压部与枢转部相隔一定距离设置,该按压本体通过枢转部可转动地固设于第二壳体,该弹性部连接与枢转部相对的按压本体的另一端,且施力使按压本体转动时该弹性部使该按压本体具有回转的趋势。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该第二壳体具有开口及固定部,该按压部设置于该开口,该枢转部固定于该固定部。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求2所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该固定部为圆柱形凸起,该枢转部为与该圆柱形凸起相配合的圆形孔。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该第二壳体具有弹力作用部,该弹性部远离按压本体的一端作用于弹力作用部。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该弹力作用部为形成于第二壳体的凸起,该弹性部与该按压本体为一体成型结构,该弹性部为“S”形弹片且该弹性部远离按压本体的一端抵持弹力作用部。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该第一卡合部与第二卡合部至少其中之一为卡钩。
  7. 【权利要求7】如权利要求6所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该卡钩的外侧面为弧形面。
  8. 【权利要求8】如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该按压本体与该第二卡合部为一体成型结构。
  9. 【权利要求9】如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该弹性部与该按压本体为分体结构,该弹性部为弹簧。
  10. 【权利要求10】如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该按压部表面形成多个凹槽。
