Abstract
一种翻盖型电子装置外壳,其包括第一壳体及第二壳体,该第一壳体具有第一卡合部,第二壳体设置有固定部、至少部分暴露于第二壳体外的把手、与该把手相连的卡合体及与该卡合体弹性连接的弹性体,该卡合体具有与该第一卡合部相配合的第二卡合部,该把手可使该卡合体绕该固定部中心轴沿第一方向转动,该弹性体使该卡合体具有相对该固定部中心轴沿与第一方向相反的第二方向转动的趋势。该第二壳体开设有邻近该固定部的滑槽,该滑槽与该固定部位于同一侧;该把手具有转轴及与该转轴同向延伸的卡持臂,该卡合体具有与第二卡合部相隔一定距离且与卡持臂相配合的卡持孔,该转轴穿过该固定部,且该卡持臂穿过滑槽并与卡持孔相配合。上述翻盖型电子装置外壳具有较易开启的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种翻盖型电子装置外壳。
背景技术
笔记本电脑由于体积小、重量轻而被广泛使用。通常,笔记本电脑包括上盖及底座,上盖一般设置有显示装置,底座一般设置有电子元件。笔记本电脑在处于非工作状态时候,上盖与底座通常是锁合于一块。而笔记本电脑在处于工作状态时候,上盖与底座通常保持相对开启状态。因此,笔记本电脑的上盖与底座通常需要具有较易开启与锁合的功能。
请参见图1与图2,笔记本电脑外壳10通常包括底座11、上盖12、滑扭13、卡钩14以及顶持弹簧15。底座11边缘设置有一个卡槽111。上盖12边缘开设有一矩形槽孔121及邻近该矩形槽孔121的抵持面123。滑扭13为一个设置于矩形槽孔121的矩形块体,其可沿矩形槽孔121平行底座11的侧边左右滑动,以供使用者扳动操作。卡钩14可与卡槽111相配合,其固设于滑扭13,且可随滑扭13左右滑动。顶持弹簧15一端固定于抵持面123,另外一端固定于卡钩14侧边,以将卡钩14及滑扭13保持在矩形槽孔121左侧。
上述笔记本电脑外壳10中,由于需要向右扳动滑扭13方可开启上盖12,上盖12边缘开设有一供滑扭13滑动的矩形槽孔121。笔记本电脑于使用过程,槽孔121内易聚集灰尘以及其他污垢,进而导致滑扭13较难在槽孔121滑动甚至卡死,使用中较为不便,从而导致上盖12较难开启。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种较易开启的翻盖型电子装置外壳。
一种翻盖型电子装置外壳,其包括第一壳体及第二壳体,该第一壳体具有第一卡合部,第二壳体设置有固定部、至少部分暴露于第二壳体外的把手、与该把手相连的卡合体及与该卡合体弹性连接的弹性体,该卡合体具有与该第一卡合部相配合的第二卡合部,该把手可使该卡合体绕该固定部中心轴沿第一方向转动,该弹性体使该卡合体具有相对该固定部中心轴沿与第一方向相反的第二方向转动的趋势;该第二壳体开设有邻近该固定部的滑槽,该滑槽与该固定部位于同一侧;该把手具有转轴及与该转轴同向延伸的卡持臂,该卡合体具有与第二卡合部相隔一定距离且与卡持臂相配合的卡持孔,该转轴穿过该固定部,且该卡持臂穿过滑槽并与卡持孔相配合。
上述翻盖型电子装置外壳中,把手与卡合体相连,第二卡合部与卡合体相连,通过把手使卡合体转动,卡合体转动一定角度后,其第二卡合部从第一壳体的第一卡合部退出,此时,即可开启第一壳体。该结构中不存在供滑扭滑动的槽孔,不存在槽孔内易聚集灰尘以及其他污垢进而导致滑扭较难在槽孔滑动甚至卡死的情况,因而较易开启上盖。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对翻盖型电子装置外壳做进一步详细说明。本发明的翻盖型电子装置外壳适用于笔记本电脑、手机、播放等电子装置,以下以笔记本电脑的外壳为例进行说明。
请参见图3,所示为本发明较佳实施例一的笔记本电脑外壳20。笔记本电脑外壳20包括上盖21、底座22、设置于上盖21的第一卡合部211、设置于底座22的把手24、连接该把手24的卡合体25及作用于该卡合体25的弹性体26。本实施例中,第一卡合部211与上盖21为一体成型结构,第一卡合部211为卡钩。
请再一并参见图4与图5,底座22包括一个底板221及由底板221向同一侧延伸的多个侧壁223。其中一个侧壁223上形成有固定部2231及邻近该固定部2231设置的滑槽2233。该滑槽2233为弧形,其弧所在圆的圆心位于固定部2231中心轴上。并且,该侧壁223的内侧面还形成有邻近滑槽2233的弹力作用部2235。
把手24呈圆柱形,其中一端形成有圆柱形转轴241及与转轴241同向延伸的卡持臂243。该转轴241的大小与固定部2231相对应,以便该转轴241可穿过该固定部2231。把手24的卡持臂243可穿过底座22的滑槽2233并可于该滑槽2233内滑动。
卡合体25呈圆柱形,其中一端面形成有用以固持弹性体26的固持部251,另外一端面形成有可与第一卡合部211相配合的第二卡合部253。并且,该卡合体25还形成可与把手24的卡持臂243相配合的卡持孔255。
本实施例中,第二卡合部253为可与第一卡合部211相卡合的卡钩。第二卡合部253的外侧面2531为弧形面,该弧形面可使第二卡合部253受挤时产生较多的侧向力,从而更有利于第二卡合部253后退以便第一卡合部211卡入第二卡合部253。
弹性体26为扭簧,其与卡合体25为分体设计。可以理解,弹性体26也可设置为与卡合体25成一体成型结构的弹片。
组装时,把手24的转轴241与卡持臂243分别穿过底座22的固定部2231与滑槽2233。弹性体26的簧圈固持于卡合体25的固持部251,卡持臂243再插入卡合体25的卡持孔255内并使弹性体26的其中一支脚抵持弹力作用部2235。这样,把手24与卡合体25分别位于该固定部2231的两开口端且相互连接,把手24可使卡合体25绕该固定部2231中心轴沿第一方向OA转动,弹性体26弹性连接该卡合体25与弹力作用部2235以使该卡合体25具有相对该固定部2231中心轴沿与第一方向A相反的第二方向OB转动的趋势。
请参阅图6与图7,上盖21与底座22相互闭合时,通过上盖21的第一卡合部211与第二卡合部253相互卡合,将上盖21锁固于底座22。这样,上盖21不会被随意开启,具有较好的稳定性能。
当需要开启上盖21时,旋转把手24,把手24通过卡持臂243带动卡合体25旋转。而由于扭簧的簧圈固持于卡合体25且扭簧的其中一支脚抵持弹力作用部2235,扭簧受力而产生形变。卡合体25转动一定角度后,其第二卡合部253从上盖21的第一卡合部211退出,此时,即可开启上盖21。
当上盖21开启后,施加于把手24的力撤销,因受力而处于变形状态的弹性体26因为外力的撤销而恢复常态,则将卡合体25及把手24推顶回初始状态。
当需要关闭上盖21时,直接扳动上盖21,上盖21的第一卡合部211的外侧面挤压第二卡合部253的外侧面,由于第二卡合部253外侧面为弧形面,第二卡合部253受挤压力的作用而后退。当第一卡合部211侧面绕过第二卡合部253的外侧面2531时,第二卡合部253在弹性体26的作用下向第一卡合部211运动,然后,第二卡合部253再在弹性体26的作用下卡合于上盖21的第二卡合部253。
上述笔记本电脑外壳翻盖型电子装置外壳20中,把手24与卡合体25分别位于固定部2231的两开口端且相互连接,第二卡合部253与卡合体25相连,旋转把手24,把手24通过卡持臂243带动卡合体25旋转。卡合体25转动一定角度后,其第二卡合部253从上盖21的第一卡合部211退出,此时,即可开启上盖21。该结构中不存在供滑扭滑动的槽孔,不存在槽孔内易聚集灰尘以及其他污垢进而导致滑扭较难在槽孔滑动甚至卡死的情况,因而较易开启上盖21。
上述第一、第二卡合部211、253均为卡钩,可以理解,可以将第一、第二卡合部211、253其中之一设计为卡钩,而将另一卡合部设置为与卡钩相卡合的卡孔。
上述第一卡合部211与上盖21为一体成型结构,卡合体25与把手24为分体结构。可以理解,上述第一卡合部211与上盖21可设计为分体结构,卡合体25与把手24也可设计为一体成型结构,此时,固定部2231可设计于底座22的其他位置或单独于底座22上固设置一具有该固定部2231的元件,只要把手24具有暴露于底座22外的部分即可。
可以理解,弹性体26也可为与把手24为一体成型结构的弹片等。
可以理解,弹力作用部2235还可直接设置于底座22的底板221的其他位置,也可为固设置于底座22的独立元件。
可以理解,上述笔记本电脑外壳20中,还可将第一卡合部211设置于底座22,而将把手24、卡合体25及弹性体26设置于上盖21。即假设上盖22(或底座21)为第一壳体而底座21(或上盖22)为第二壳体,则把手24、卡合体25及弹性体26既可设置于第一壳体,也可设置于第二壳体。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种翻盖型电子装置外壳,其包括第一壳体及第二壳体,该第一壳体具有第一卡合部,第二壳体设置有固定部、至少部分暴露于第二壳体外的把手、与该把手相连的卡合体及与该卡合体弹性连接的弹性体,该卡合体具有与该第一卡合部相配合的第二卡合部,其特征在于:该把手可使该卡合体绕该固定部中心轴沿第一方向转动,该弹性体使该卡合体具有相对该固定部中心轴沿与第一方向相反的第二方向转动的趋势;该第二壳体开设有邻近该固定部的滑槽,该滑槽与该固定部位于同一侧;该把手具有转轴及与该转轴同向延伸的卡持臂,该卡合体具有与第二卡合部相隔一定距离且与卡持臂相配合的卡持孔,该转轴穿过该固定部,且该卡持臂穿过滑槽并与卡持孔相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该第二壳体包括底板及由底板向同一侧延伸的多个侧壁,其中一个侧壁形成有所述固定部。
3.如权利要求2所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该固定部为一个开口,该把手与该卡合体分别位于该固定部的两开口端。
4.如权利要求3所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该滑槽为弧形。
5.如权利要求2所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该第二壳体形成有邻近该固定部的弹力作用部,该卡合体具有用以固持弹性体的固持部,该弹性体为扭簧,该扭簧的簧圈固持于该固持部且其支脚抵持弹力作用部。
6.如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该卡合体与该第二卡合部为一体成型结构。
7.如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该卡合体与该第二卡合部为分体结构。
8.如权利要求1所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该第一卡合部与第二卡合部的至少其中之一为卡钩。
9.如权利要求8所述的翻盖型电子装置外壳,其特征在于:该卡钩的外侧面为弧形面。
